Me and my kids loved this air bnb.

We had our flight canceled and had to find a place to stay for us and our 2 kids. This space was perfect for our 2 nights. It gave lots of space for everyone to have their own space to relax from a very stressful airport experience.

Great place to stay. Was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Easy to find and plenty of parking in the covered garage. Super close to Disney parks and tons of restaurants and stores. Host was very responsive, friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

For a last minute trip this was the perfect spot for my family. Luis was very responsive when we encountered a few hiccups which was out of his control. The place was very clean and quiet.

Worst experience ever! Positive: The property wasn’t clean when I arrived rooms smelt like smoke. Weed on the floors. Place was a nightmare now waiting to receive a refund. I have all pictures to go with it do not recommend staying here. They said they would refund my money and never did. No front desk there no accommodations. Don’t bring your kids here not safe. The inside of the condo itself was beautiful. However, it says right in the title POOL & HOTTUB. When I asked how to get in the pool as it was a locked gate, it took 6 hours for them to respond at 1AM only to say there's nothing they can do and they guess we actually can't have access and they hoped I understood. I have 2 kids and solely booked this property for the pool. It is literally written POOL & HOTUB on over 40 of Gabriel's other listings in the same complex. Either they should take it off the description of their condos, or they should reimburse all those guests they lie to.

Nice apartment, comes with pets. Positive: Nice apartment, very comfortable beds and good facilities like washing machine etc. Negative: The first apartment was infested with cockroaches. I messaged via the app and to be fair we were moved to a new apartment within 10 hrs. The public stair well was also infested with cockroaches and smelt of weed and urine. On the 2nd from last day cockroaches started to invade the 2nd apartment also by that time I was looking forward to going home.

Realmente el lugar es bastante cómodo pero el Piso se ve que no lo limpia tiene un poco de mal olor el lugar y en el baño había cucaracha está bastante retirado no hay nada de distracción allí una piscina pero súper sucia tampoco tiene líquido para uno limpiar el lugar cuando reserve cóloque que tenía una mascota y tuve que pagar aparte casi 50 dólares más de lo que ya había pagado entonces de verdad no entiendo el lugar es cómodo y bonito pero necesita algo de limpieza y olor.

Had pros and cons but was good for its value. Positive: The condo was very clean. The location was a pro and con, driving to and from town from there was inconvenient but the location also felt private and quiet with nature. The layout of the condo was also nice in the two rooms being apart to provide privacy. And we liked the ensuite being one with the master bedroom. Negative: We had difficulties checking in due to the website not accepting my card. It took over a hour to find someone to help us and resolve the issue. We had other issues in the condo, like the power flickering on and off during our stay, furniture not being built right and falling apart (dresser and paper towel holder), and the lamps not having knobs, we were able to find and turn on one of the lamps by the bed but never found the other one. The pool being so shallow and the hot tub being closed the whole time also was disappointing. Then the last 2 days of our trip, the garage door was closed off and there was not enough parking for everyone, which was frustrating. The door not having a handle was also inconvenient when trying to close and lock the front door.

Just got back from our adult trip. Our stay at Luiz condo was perfect. Perfect location. We were about 10 min from Epcot and everything you need. Like Starbucks, Publix, restaurants etc. We had minor hiccups , but luiz responded immediately. We loved the closed in patio. We all had our coffee out there every morning. Also, our flight was later in the day. And luiz let us do a late check out , which was nice to sleep in a little since we did a 3 day park. So everyone was exhausted. One little negative I will say.. when walking in, it smelled like a strong order of syrup. It was unpleasant. But other than that, it was a great stay. Oh and the beds were so comfortable. Overall worth every penny. Thanks for being the best host.

This place was absolutely perfect! We drove up only for the night to go to Epcot and was pleased with our night in Orlando at the Condo. It was safe, clean, all amenities as described. Close to restaurants and Disney which was perfect after a long day at the parks! Thank you so much for the perfect environment and comfortable stay for me and my lady!

My daughter and I had a perfect stay while we’ve been in transition and searching for a new place. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. The few small issues I noticed were fixed immediately the next morning. The host was responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. I wish we could’ve stayed longer, but the dates were already booked. I would definitely stay here again.

good Positive: It was a great place Negative: I walk with difficulty and have a disabled parking disc and could not get a nearby parking space because poeplewiyj no disc parked on thr spot for disabled persons. The dishwasher do not wash clean and we could not find a prop for the basin to fill it with water.

We booked here for my 21st birthday weekend and we absolutely loved it! It is SO much bigger and nicer than the pictures depicted! We had so much fun & Gabriel and Ana replied quickly and effectively! We will be booking here again!!!

Great spot! Super comfy beds and couch. We really enjoyed the enclosed balcony for morning coffee and the well stocked kitchen.

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Winter Garden. The location was perfect and very convenient to all the Disney parks, which made getting back and forth easy after long park days. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Upstay was very welcoming and quick to respond whenever we had questions, which made the whole experience smooth and stress free. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Luiz was a great host, he replied promptly when we had any questions and had maintenance out very quickly when we discovered one of the toilet seats was broken on arrival. He also assisted when the building fire alarm went off in the early hours, keeping us up to date on what was happening. The condo itself was lovely and the pictures represented it well. Great location for visiting theme parks or outlet malls. I would recommend Luiz and his Upstay condo without a second thought.

The place where I stayed is truly magical. It is very close to Disney, which makes it even more special and convenient. The place is very spacious and clean, making the stay extremely comfortable. It also offers a great variety of things to do, including a well-equipped gym. I would definitely recommend it.

The condo was very clean pool was top notch. Everything was clean. Quiet building. Indoor parking. Couldn’t have been easier to check in and out. Condo made us feel like we were at home. Large balcony, close to anything and everything. I enjoyed my stay.

The stay was amazing! Disney is literally 5 minutes away, your near everything you need and the amenities are top tier. I could live in the gym and sauna… It’s def a 10/10, I’m gonna stay again!!!

Positive: The location was great. The decor was nice. Negative: The bedding was not clean upon arrival. It was as if someone just made the bed up after a week’s stay. There was hair in the bed. Thankfully, there was a functioning washer and dryer. We had to wash the linens before going to bed, after our day of travels. The floors were dirty, as well. There was lots of hair everywhere. Thankfully, there was a broom and mop available. We were able to sweep and mop making it more comfortable to relax in.

Find somewhere else to stay. Positive: The only thing I liked was the layout of the apartment. Negative: The pictures provided of the property on the website had to be old because the unit doesn't look new like the photos. The area is sketchy; the parking is awkward and dark. Management doesn’t keep up the property, and an elevator wasn't working. Upon approaching the front door of the unit, there wasn't a doorknob. It only had a keypad. We had to use the door knocker to pull the door closed to lock it. Upon entering the property, it appeared to be clean, but then we were hit with a really bad smell of urine/ammonia. We looked around and discovered the property was not as clean as we hoped. Plus, the smell of the sheets on the beds was horrible, and that made me decide not to stay. I contacted the host, providing pictures and video. I should've known there wasn't going to be a resolution because it's all about keeping people's money. The fact that we are forced to accept mediocrity while paying our hard-earned money is insane. There was dirt, dust, and animal hair on the baseboards and furniture, and one of the tubs desperately needed resurfacing. We found bugs in the living room and kitchen. The smell when you first walk in most likely came from the molded and rusted standing water surrounding the bottom of the hot water tank that is to your right in a closet when you first walk in. They probably used old cleaning rags and a sour mop to clean. They wouldn't even refund the cleaning fee since I never stayed there. The cleaners told them it was clean and didn't smell. I mean, why would they tell the truth and lose money? The host also said the cleaners provided them pictures that I stayed there, but I provided them with a video showing everything in place. I have proof that I stayed at another property. I don’t expect things to be perfect because my expectation of clean is different. I have cleaned places before to be comfortable, but I do expect a place not to smell.

this is a lovely apartment. it's nicely decorated has a very clean kitchen with big refrigerator and 2 kinds of coffee makers the patio looks out into the woods which was pleasant to look at in the mornings. there were plenty of pillows on the bed and the bed we slept in was comfortable. the layout of the apartment was nice the entry door was a little bizarre and had no handle but the digital lock was convenient and worked well

Host miscommunicated lock key code and we could not check in until very late. I had to call Airbnb customer service to get them locate host. After one hour they gave Airbnb the correct code. The apartment is spacious and beds are comfortable. However, bed sheets need to be washed. Split plan is a plus. The two bedroom are completely separated. I don’t recommend it for family with small kids. I personally think the apartment overall wasn’t clean. There are stains on walls and floors need to be mopped. Bed sheets had stains and hairs. The building is peaceful and the surrounding nice. Very nice to seat at the large balcony.

Absolutely beautiful space to stay while visiting Orlando. The patio is huge & is so nice to sit out on after a long day & the bedrooms are massive. I will say the street out front sometimes gets backed up with traffic, it usually takes a minute for someone to let you out. The exits to the parking garage are a little narrow but overall the stay was amazing & I would recommend to everyone!!

The unit itself was nice. It was clean and cutely decorated. The rooms and bathrooms were nice and big, and the living space was comfortable. The condo complex, though, was pretty gross. All of the trash cans and dumpsters were overflowing onto the floor, and there was dog poop everywhere. The amenities were nice, the pool and gym were great, but it was hard to get past the gross parking garage and front grass with poop.

the facility was not what we expected according to the photos. Inside the retail unit was great although not completely cleaned. Food remnants were in thee carpet and there was no vacuum to clean. The stairs we had to use were really for evacuation emergencies and were not cleaned, spider webs were prominent.

I’m very pleased with this Airbnb. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. The place itself was just as described. The beds were so comfortable and having a tub to soak in was an added bonus. The staff at the property were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I was really impressed with the host’s quick responses and how they addressed any concerns or issues I had. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

We enjoyed our stay. Nice condo. The building itself was different than expected. More hotel like than condo like but not necessarily a bad thing. Communication was good. We came for Disney so this was a great location and super close to the parks

All I can say is save your money 🤷🏽‍♀️ from towels with poop stains to the cleaners unlocking the doors and entering the apartment at 9:30 when I was not even clothed, it wasn’t a great experience. If you plan on cooking here, make sure you buy seasoning because they don’t even give you salt, as for coffee, the coffee maker is there…just go buy your own coffee because they don’t supply it. Make sure you check your dishes before you use them because ours were stained and dirty. All in all, this wasn’t worth the money at all. There’s not much to do and the host isn’t very attentive , the most he’ll tell you is to go buy your own stuff. 🤷🏽‍♀️ as for the person opening the door when we were still in the apartment, all he said is he apologizes for the inconvenience. Save your money.

Very clean, nicely decorated, larger than it looks! Lots of room to spread out, big screened in porch, deep jetted tub in master. Comfortable beds. We loved the game room and the pool! Will definitely be back.

Apartamento excelente, muito espaçoso, limpo e cheiroso. Quartos e banheiros amplos e confortáveis, colchões que não dão vontade de sair da cama. Adorei a estadia, foi oferecido: sabões, papel higiênico e papel toalha. Anfitrião sempre responde de forma rápida e gentil. Achei um pouco distante dos Outlets, cerca de 25 a 40 minutos, considerando que o trânsito é bem pesado, mas nada que prejudique a hospedagem. Única coisa que foi um pouco decepcionante é a piscina, que permanece trancada, só pode ser aberta se alguém estiver de dentro e abrir, por sorte haviam crianças dentro da piscina e pedimos para que eles abrissem, se estivesse sem ninguém de dentro não seria possível. Garagem ampla, fácil de estacionar e o ambiente do condomínio é excelente. Voltaria inúmeras vezes!

Place was exactly as describe. Clean and very comfortable. Back porch was my favorite spot. Bed was one of the best beds I’ve slept in. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Nice place. Photos were as pictured. The apartment was clean and spacious with good working appliances. The check in process was easy and Gabriel and Ana responded to all of my questions promptly. I was able to book this place last minute with no issues. I did notice an odor that was probably paint or something close to new construction, so maybe put something to help it have a clean scent. The apartment has a good working washer, dryer stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The dishes and utensils in the apartment are adequate for a new listing, but I will suggest supplying coffee. The apartment does need face cloths, please put those in and not just have hand towels and body towels. Overall this place is nice and I would recommend anyone to book a stay.
