Godt sted. Perfekt til en familie på ferie. Positive: Alt var meget fint og passede godt til vores ferie.. Negative: Køkkenets pander godt trænge til en udskiftning og der var et par småting omkring udgangen til terrasserne, der kunne trænge til en kærlig hånd, men det var i småtingsafdelingen.

great place to stay and amazing communication
Beautiful place. The children loved the pool area. Had everything that was in the description. And the 192 strip had pretty much everything you could think of waterpark food entertainment. Exactly 10 minutes away from Disney as described. And about 30 to 40 minutes, depending on the day and the traffic from Universal Studios and all the other parks like Volcano Bay.

The unit itself is very nice, the property is very well maintained. However, if you do not like the heat this place is not for you. The AC can’t be set lower than 72 degrees and with it being 90 degrees plus then entire stay it was unbearable. The living room area was fine, the bedrooms were very stuffy and humid. We had to purchase fans to try to make it comfortable and that still didn’t work. The only room that is somewhat comfortable is the master bedroom, the 2 other bedrooms are not. The WiFi also kept disconnecting throughout our stay.
The place was very nice inside and looked exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and spacious for me and the other guests. My only issues were that the back bathroom didn’t really have hot water, and the master bedroom bathtub along with the drain in the back bathroom didn’t seem to lift properly. Also, the TV in the master bedroom didn’t have as many streaming apps as the living room and back room TVs, and the internet lagged on and off in the master bedroom. Other than that, everything was nice and matched the listing accurately. The pool was also really good, especially for kids since it’s not too deep and only goes up to 5 feet.
Great location, the apartment itself is spacious with 3 rooms. One of which has a Harry Potter theme. My kids had a great time in here playing ping-pong and pool. The Gym was also used and had all the equipment I needed.
We had a Great Stay. The Hot tub probably was the only issue we faced during our stay. It wouldn’t get Hot, other than that we enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Very convenient location for going to Disney, nice place, great views, but what really stood out for us was the AMAZING customer service from Luiz. Replies very quickly to help you with any questions or concerns, even late at night!! He really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable. FIVE STARS for Luiz. We wish every host was as helpful and accommodating as him!!

We had a great stay! The host was very friendly and welcoming, the place was clean and comfortable, and everything was as described. Overall, it was a great experience and we would happily stay here again.

Positive: It was convenient area Negative: Had to go up 4 flights of stairs which was fine, but the staircase smelled of a dog pee and dirty! My room had ants ghost ants was all in food we bought they offered to move us. I didn’t care for the room had water damage. I bought ant spray and traps, and it seemed to work.
