The instructions to get in were incorrect as the lock code given was wrong. After a long journey we were stuck outside the property and I maxed my phone bill calling Upstay. Eventually we were let in. Oven and hob, hottub, air con, dryer didn’t work. They knew this before we entered. WiFi didn’t work and we told them they gave us a different WiFi which they should have given us from start. Had to send photo after photo and accept deliveries for them. They knew we were working for them and they took our money. We asked for a refund and the said $200only which is way too low and never paid even that! Wasted thousands coming to Orlando to work for them and wait for maintenance meaning we never had the holiday we dreamed of. They immediately relet the property in the same condition! Kids got ill from suspected mold in broken air con vent which was loud without working. They told me someone was gonna look at air con before we reported it showing they knew the state of home!

DON'T COME! Negative: The condo is very far from all the parks, HORRIBLE! smell of weed in the corridor, we couldn't breathe. The dryer they promised didn't work and was never fixed, even after 5 whole days of correspondence with customer service, so a family of 5 couldn't do the laundry. Wouldn't recommend it!

The property mostly matched the photos, but the condo needed some work. Unfortunately, the dryer was inoperable throughout our stay and the internet connection was unstable for work Zoom calls once we got the correct WiFi password. The host was kind and fairly responsive to requests for maintenance clarification. Overall, we were reasonably satisfied, and will likely return due to affordability and proximity to family in the area.

Gabriel and Ana have a nice place to stay, it was about 40 minutes from Universal and Disney and had about $15 in tolls to get there. The apartment itself was overall OK. If you’re not going to the parks, I’m sure it would be a convenient location if you plan to stay outside of central Orlando.

Their house was perfect for a quick Disney trip! It had everything we needed and more. Was able to cook a quick breakfast every morning before we went to the parks. And the bathrooms were really nice and spacious. Would for sure come back to this spot.

Overall it was a nice place for the price. We did run into some issues with the appliances and having to clean up some flooding in the bathroom and kitchen, but I informed Gabriel and Ana and they said they will have the maintenance repair the issues. The beds were comfortable and it was a nice quiet space. The communication was great as they always responded in a timely manner.

Was extremely disappointed with cleanliness of guest bathroom and floors had to clean floors at arrival and never used guest bath. Also no grab bars in master bath or around the tub. Also no wasclothes, had to buy them.

Positive: We loved the pool area and the common areas were very clean. It was very quiet at night Negative: The dryer was broken for the entire 2 weeks. The listing claimed pool towels were provided but there were none. There could at least be more toilet paper and salt and pepper. Someone came into the unit while we were out claiming to check the air conditioning that was working just fine and opened a bedroom door and put our dog's toy in there. There was alot of confusion about the fee for the dog.

Good location if going to Disney but don't want to stay on Park property. The place was very spacious and came with all of the amenities one would like to have (for me that was a tea kettle). Gabriel and Ana were timely with their responses and very clear with their communication. They were kind enough to accommodate my dog and she seemed to enjoy the place as well.

This property served its purpose for our girl’s trip weekend. The space had plenty of room for my party of three. The unit appears to be a little more dated than what I expected but overall my party and I enjoyed the stay. Everywhere we went was within a 20-25 drive. I would say the value was good for the price.

I’ve rented from the same complex last year the same week because of the layout of the condominiums. However we were to compare between the two and found a lot of differences. This one was very minimalist in terms of supplies, etc. while last year’s was a lot of TLC, homey. At any rate, it serves our purpose and was very close proximity to everything. Luis has been very responsive to other requests, thank you.

I felt right at home thanks to my host, the place was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. Everything about the stay was great, and it was so convenient being close to all the Disney parks and other fun spots. Honestly, I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to Disney or Orlando. It’s a solid 5 stars from me!

Not bad, could've been better Positive: The amenities of the property were great. The pool, hot tub, parking, proximity to the parks. Clean common areas. Relatively quiet. Spacious. SmartTV's in each room - a prior guest even left their Paramount+ account logged in (thanks!), we logged you out as we'd wish for others to do the same if we left ours logged in. Double vanities, separate toilet stall. Large shower stalls, large bath tub. Loved the screened balcony and the privacy it gave us. Loved that our unit faced the pool. The washer and dryer in the unit was great. Our host was very responsive to all our concerns and did whatever was in their power to make things as comfortable as possible. For the nightly rate, and the spacious unit, along with the other points above, I'd consider returning here - providing that the host addresses a few other concerns. Negative: Constructive feedback. Rental can accommodate up to 6 but the living room furniture didn't comfortably support my party of 3. Needs 2 couches instead of 1. Master shower was inoperable - needs better pre-checkin maintenance. Guest shower made everything wet - needs better shower curtain and sealed curb. AC Vents / Ducts need to be cleaned for better indoor air quality (asthma / sinus risk). Needs trash bin at the Vanity in both bathrooms. Needs to provide washcloths for showering. Needs to provide coffee for the coffee maker. One mattress in the second bedroom needs to be replaced. Cracked floor tile in the foyer with sharp edges needs to be fixed to prevent injury to guests walking barefooted in the unit. Both bathroom vanities need tissue / kleenex. WiFi needs to allow Smart TVs to accept AirPlay and screensharing from mobile devices. Toilet seat in the second bathroom prevents bathroom door from closing - needs an appropriately sized seat - the one installed is too large and prevents the door from opening / closing properly. Lastly the WiFi name and passcode needs to be printed and left in the unit because the ones initially provided via email did not work. Lastly, the items that may not be able to be addressed: 1) due to how the building is constructed - the second and third floors appear to be wood-framed instead of concrete, and if you're on the second or third floor, you easily hear footsteps above. 2) there is a constant mix between the smell of air fresheners and marijuana. If you have an issue with the smell of either, it's only in the hallways. I'd return here if those unit-specific issues are resolved.

I will not stay again in that apartment! My fetuses not work and they never fixed the bathroom was a disaster water came Positive: The Condo itself was not bad! But the apartment was not what it was in the photos! Negative: The property was good but the apartment sucked!

Positive: Location was great Negative: The ac didn't work had a repair guy that came in and said to turn off the ac to let deforst because the people before us frozen it. He said he would come back every 30 minutes but didn't. I had to reach out to the property person yo see why he wasn't coming back like he said. The ac continued to still not work and it was super hot . Also with the ac not working and having an ac guy come by was such an inconvenience and ruined our trip. They seem to care less about your stay and to worried about putting money in there pockets.

Overall loved the place. Positive: Location was perfect for us . Close to many attractions. The place was cozy and comfortable. It was decorated nicely. Pool was also very nice! Negative: Late response to get door code. The number for host was not updated on booking.com.

We booked this airbnb to evacuate from the storm. It was day of booking and we recieved messages to check in immediately after booking. The hosts communicated very well. The apartment itself was tidy and relaxing. It felt so spacious. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and listening to the rain.

Decent, not a pleasant place to go and stay for vacations. Positive: Everything that was listed/advertised was there Negative: The building is very dirty outside and inside Trash everywhere, the smell on the hallways it’s awful smells like trash 24/7. The pool has piles of trash cushions, same with the garage full or trash l. The unit front door luck never worked, we called customer service and they didn’t send or provide help. We had to take all of our stuff with us if we where out.

It's a very nice spacious place. Has a big deck to relax with a view of the swimming pool, which was lovely to swm in. Gabriel communicated well when I had a few questions. I would definitely stay again.

This place was nice! The main thing i didn’t care for was something outside of the hosts’ control which was the noise. You might hear people doing so much as walking upstairs. Secondly, you could smell how clean it was upon walking in the condo….like the bleach smell was a bit overwhelming. So bring candles or whatever other air fresheners you may need.. At least it was clean. But the amenities are great, the bed was comfortable and the place was clean. Would stay again if i was only going to be in that area.

Hermoso departamento Positive: Departamento súper espacioso con todo lo necesario para pasar varios días. Las personas que lo administran son muy amables y atentas en todo momento. Negative: Está un poco alejado del centro de Orlando pero en auto son 15 minutos a los parques de Disney y unos 30 o 40 a Universal.

The apartment was extremely beautiful and comfortable. Definitely gave us a ‘home vibe’ The only problems I had wasX being thrown away by the bleach smell when we first got there. The house must’ve been scrubbed in bleach, even the fridge was bleached out, the towels weren’t dried properly so they had this wet damped didn’t dry right smell, had to re wash to get rid of smell, and the hot tub is not functional..the handle is broken so you really have to play with it to turn it on and off. Other than that, the house is beautiful and would recommend staying there to anyone who’s visiting Disney.

This was a beautiful space. It was very open and clean. The beds were big, the decor was beautiful, I was grateful for the washer & dryer and the large screened patios were a perfect addition to the location and we were facing the pool. I only noticed that some of the shower / bed linens were not that clean in the room closet where the 2 bedrooms were. I also didnt care for the look of that shower, either. Other than that, the room was pristine and very comfortable.

This was a cute and charming condo!The living room and bedrooms both back up to the screened in porch that has a nice view of the pool area. The owners were very easy to get ahold of and very responsive. There was plenty of parking and the location was great! It’s just a few minutes away from some fabulous dining and shopping! The condo was very clean, one of the cleanest.
