Had a great stay with Luiz and his team! The place was clean, safe, and exactly what we needed for our family vacation. The room was beautiful and comfortable, and we were able to enjoy all the amenities. The staff were friendly and even helped us find local spots for coffee and quick bites. Great location—close to everything. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again!
Very nice and great price! Positive: It was very nice! Cute decor and quick and easy to get to Disney. Loved how it was like a little apartment, very roomy and the best part was the kids rooms were on the other side of the condo! The owners were also very accommodating! Negative: The hot tube wasn’t working.
Für den günstigen Preis ganz passabel. Positive: Das Appartement ist geräumig und recht sauber. Gute Lage, in wenigen Fahrminuten Entfernung befinden sich Restaurants und Geschäfte. Die Pools und die Gartenanlage sind sauber und ansprechend. Negative: - Küche nur spärlich eingerichtet. Es hat zwar mehr oder weniger alles, was man braucht, jedoch zu wenig Besteck. Ein Abwasch muss bei 5 Personen nach jeder Mahlzeit erfolgen. - Die Kinderbetten (Kajütenbett) quietschen bei jeder Bewegung massiv. Wir mussten die Matratzen auf den Boden legen, damit die Kinder in Ruhe schlafen konnten. Die anderen Betten waren bequem. - Die Lampen beim Esstisch haben nicht funktioniert. - Die Wohnung ist dunkel/düster. Auch bei sonnigem Wetter ist die Wohnung bei Weitem nicht so hell wie auf den Fotos - da muss mit Extraleuchten nachgeholfen worden sein.
Positive: The experience was great in the condo but we were told there was a movie theater , Jacuzzis, nice pool , a gym and sauna on the website and once we got the resort it was not as advertised , which was very disappointing. The pool and the jacuzzis were not as seen on the website and the jacuzzi did not work as in did not heat up once we used the switch to turn on the jets . The jets of the jacuzzi didn’t make no type of bottle just made bubbling like sounds and was very dirty as well, which was very disappointing. I also wasn’t able to connect to the WiFi in the room to none the devices that were brought in trio for me and my family,, we tried several different ways to try to connect l to the server and could not get nothing to work so we had to email and the information they gave also did not work

Positive: The space for the family was good Negative: Upstairs neighbors kept jumping, stomping, and running around until after midnight closer to 1am almost every day. I don’t know if they had small kids or not but it was very disturbing.
The condo was clean bright and spacious. It was exactly like the pictures and the perfect location for our family trip t Positive: Clean and quiet property. Negative: Bad fill valve in master toilet which caused it to run our whole stay and the float needs better adjustment in the 2nd bathroom which also caused that toilet to run our whole stay. Both are wasting much water. And the kids room tv did not work.
huge unit, the kids loved the Lion king mural on the wall behind the bunkbed, very clean, easy access to main road, massive master ensuite. Highly recommend it
The airbnb was adorable and much more spacious than we thought! Plenty of room for my family and the back screened in patio was a great place to relax together. The kids loved the huge pool and my brother used the gym. Overall a great stay with great hosts!
The place was just as described and close to all Disney parks, everything was organized and easy to find, we loved this home for our family and definitely recommend!

great family condo to stay in that’s close to both Disney and universal Positive: it was exactly what I booked. all the pictures online showed exactly what the rooms looked like. it was also very clean and only 15 minutes away from Disney Which was great Negative: the only issue I had was the tv in the kids room did not work but that was about it
PROS: The condo was spacious especially master bedroom and bathroom. 15 min drive to Disney and lots of stores and restaurants close by. Parking was free and there were plenty of spaces. CONS: The hot tub didn’t work half of our stay which was a main reason we booked a three week stay here. The host was not communicative about updates on it being fixed, I always had to reach out. After the host taking no responsibility for the situation and insisting the cost we paid just covered the actual condo not the amenities (which is silly because hosts charge more when they have amenities such as hot tubs or pool) we finally agree on a very small partial refund, which three weeks later I have her to receive. The neighbors are extremely loud, playing music all hours of the night. They let their kids run up and down the halls and you will be greeted by the smell of pot every time you enter the hallway. The neighbors above sounded like elephants. It was not a peaceful stay.

Great stay Positive: It was a very nice condo- very clean and a perfect size for our group. It was pretty close to every place we planned on going. I would go back here. When I had a question, I received a quick response from the owner/property manager. Negative: There wasn't any thing about the condo I did not like.
Proche de Disney, bon rapport qualité prix Positive: Le rapport qualité prix et la proximité de Disney : beaucoup moins cher que les hôtels à Disney mais l’appartement reste proche de Disney et est très confortable. Le personnel s’est montré très réactif et à l’écoute : nous avions besoin de couverts en plus et ils nous l’ont apporté dans la même journée Negative: Nous étions 7 et n’avions pas assez de couverts pour tout le monde… Tout était propre sauf le sol qui était sale

Great location and very quiet. The smell in the hallways (not in unit) is very strong cleaning smell and made. Me want to gag but I’m sensitive to smells. I did have to unhook the glades in the room also but they weren’t trying to mask any smells but it was just too over powering. Would stay in unit again.
Wonderfull place
We had a wonderful stay! The place was very well stocked with everything we needed, which made our trip easy and comfortable. One of our favorite features was the screened-in balcony—such a nice touch to relax without worrying about bugs. The location is excellent—very close to Disney and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and coffee spots, so everything you need is just minutes away. The space itself was spacious and comfortable, and everything was very clean. The linens and bathroom were spotless, which we really appreciated. Communication with the host was 100%—super responsive, helpful, and easy to work with throughout our stay. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely come back!
Upstay's was very attentions on everything since the beginning to the checkout. The only think is the bunk bed wich is very noise. I recommend this place.
Mi estadía fue de lo mejor, Luiz es un anfitrión excelente responde muy rápido y si tienes alguna inquietud trata de solucionarlo al instante, es muy amable. El lugar fue hermoso y seguro, hay actividades de diversos tipos, el lugar estuvo muy limpio y cómodo con todo lo necesario, pero sobre todo acogedor. Doy 5 estrellas y regresaré sin dudarlo. Very close to parks. Luiz was very nice and responsive.
The condo was much more like an apartment/hotel feel with doors opening into the hallway. The elevator was a plus. The negative was the noise from the tenants on the floor above which was non stop stomping sounds for hours in the evenings. The communication was excellent and any issues we had were addressed quickly. All in all, it met our needs for the 4 nights we were in the area.
The host was amazing & always responded right away. The place was absolutely stunning, as well as insanely comfortable. We felt right at home and enjoyed our stay tremendously! Would absolutely book with them again!

Positive: Everything is clean and very quiet, excellent place to rest, all attractions are nearby "the home delivery service works very well" Negative: The carpet in the hotel hallway has a strong smell that could be a bit bothersome. There is a lack of communication in the pool area and the path to it. This has nothing to do with the condition of the room.

The unit needs repairs and shouldn't be advertised as including a hot tub as it is inop. Positive: The location was nice for where i needed to go. Negative: The hot tub didn't work any of the 5 days we were there. The carpet is in dire need of replacement as it appears to have many animal urine spots or where a chemical was pored in circular areas and ate away the carpet fibers. The master toilet water runs constantly, the 2nd bath toilet mount was broken.

Upstay es una empresa que administra unidades. NO SON ANFITRIONES. Airbnb creció por el concepto de anfitrión, sino esta booking que hay empresas y compiten por el precio. Upstay tarda muchísimos en responder y no solucionan los inconvenientes. Ejemplo. Tienen 6 camas pero SOLO 3 SILLAS!!! Como te sientas q comer todos juntos sino hay sillas. Los muebles son de baja calidad y se nota Lo peor de todo es: Para que te den los datos del checking tienes que deja 2 (DOS) DEPOSITOS DE SEGURIDAD. El tema es el siguiente . Como es una empresa y no un anfitriones. Tienen una API integrada. Esa API no cumplió con las normas de seguridad y mi banco de Argentina no autorizaba el pago del deposito. Fue todo muy incómodo y difícil. Tuvo que intervenir airbnb para que me den la clave de acceso sin deposito. Upstay no respondieron. No les importa el inquilino. Solo querian la penalidad si suspendo. NO ALQUILEN CON LA EMPRESA UPSTAY

Negative: Dirty dishes and utensils still sit in dishwasher machine without cleaned.After report this incident to Host.They sent someone to took pictures of dishes when I already cleaned it's myself. Stained all over the area rug, and they said it ok.no stained or dirty rug that they were seen ...

Positive: Conforto, limpeza. Foi ótimo! Negative: O chuveiro de um dos banheiros não estava funcionando. Falei com os responsáveis pelo chat do próprio Booking e ficaram de mandar alguém pra consertar, mas a manutenção nunca chegou. Outra coisa que nao gostei foi a ausência de funcionários pro check-in.

Rozbité postele, nefunkční koupelna Positive: Ubytování bylo pěkné. Bazén byl skvělý. Negative: Měli jsme rozbitou postel, nefunkční sprchu a ucpanou vanu. To byl velký problém. Komunikace probíhala, ale byly to pouze sliby, oprava koupelny proběhla až za dva dny a postele dokonce až za tři dny. Bylo to velmi nepříjemné.

Avoid it if you can. Positive: I had to spend first in the car because Upstay (operator) sent me a link to pay deposit too late when I was on the plane already. Nobody will welcome you, there is no reception even there is a few company cars and Upstay people working on that place. Negative: Customer treatment. Upstay makes me pay the price for their mistakes.

Nice place. We never got to check out the pool area because we were at Disney the whole time. But it was a great location. Close to food and shopping. And Disney was only 15-20 minutes away depending on what time you leave in the morning.

Everything is as described. Only 20 minutes to Disneyworld and 10-15 minutes to grocery stores nearby. The rooms are spacious. We were happy with the room, host, and everything. We'd come back to Daniel and Christine's property if we visit Florida again. One thing (not because of the hosts), the guests or residences across our room always make noise and sit in the hallway in front of our door room everyday, so it's pretty uncomfortable to put the door code to access the unit. Also, they always leave the trash and play ball across the hallway.

The apartment is spacious and has everything you need. Parking is easy and it’s a quick drive to restaurants, grocery stores, and Disney. We appreciated Daniel’s communication and responsiveness when we needed help with a few things like the wifi password. This is a great place to stay if you’re doing to Disney and want a place nearby.
Thank you Daniel we had a great stay at your condo. Found some great restaurants and very close to Celebration and Disney Springs. Place was exactly as shown in photos. Very comfortable.
The condo came with all of the amenities listed in the advertisement. We had an issue with the hot water and Wi-Fi in the condo, but Daniel was quick to send someone out to correct the issue. Daniel was also flexible with providing us an early check in and late check out. The condo was very clean and tidy. The tv was a good size and came equipped with netflix. The furniture throughout the house was clean and free of stains and the multiple balcony doors were a nice, unexpected Suprise.
