Meu filho acordou com marca das molas da cama nas costas. O colchão de de cima e a de baixo da beliche, você sente as molas só de passar a mao, na hora de dormir, elas quase te furam. Um horror!

Perfect for our family. My 2 girls are teenagers now so we decided to get a place with their own rooms. This 3 bedroom apartment was perfect. Great location and friendly development. It was missing basic condiments like salt and pepper but overall we had a great stay.
Family friendly The property was very clean and spacious. Our only challenge was that there were no washcloths in the kitchen or the bathrooms. Communication through Upstay was very good.
Gabriel and Ana’s apartment is just as described and perfect for a family of 7. The apartment is clean, close to Disney and a major Blvd for shops and restaurants. My only complaints would be the water pressure in the building is low. The shower in the master bath was at a trickle when I was there. Additionally, it was a guess whether the elevators would work on a certain day/hour. Calling the building security or administration was no help as no one answered the phone the 5 different times I called. For a fourth floor apartment, having no elevator access was extremely inconvenient. Not to mention, calling security and getting an answering machine every time is not comforting at all. The hosts did state this was not their responsibility but offered no way to resolve the matter. Other than what it is mentioned above our stay at Gabriel and Ana’s was pleasant overall.
Not impressed The pictures to your spot are lovely but I was not pleased with this location. We spent almost $600 for 1 night and the shower heads literally have no pressure. There were no blankets on the kids beds, the Despicable Me comforters depicted were not there, we had 5 people and a total of 2 blankets in the master closet to split between 3 children. We chose the location because of the pool and hot tub which were advertised but the time the pool/hot tub closed was not advertised and I was unaware until right before check in that the pool area closes at 5 pm and check in isn’t till just after 4 pm. So that was no dice for us and the kids cried because we couldn’t swim and it was one of the girls birthday that day! Which was why we chose a spot with pool and hot tub. Then the elevator on multiple occasions did not function and we had to use the starwell. This was absolutely disgusting as it smells like someone pissed in the stairwell on every level. It was extremely putrid and smelled like it it been like that for quite some time. Absolutely not impressed and this spot was a rip off. We will not be returning or recommending to anyone.
Orlando visit The condo was as advertised. The furniture was lower end but adequate. We arrived and had several lights out and a sliding glass door that would not lock. There was also an uncovered electrical outlet in the kids room. The thermostat was not working as well. The property owner was responsive and fixed all the next day. We then enjoyed our stay. Parking is tough for large vehicles like the pickup we drove.

Long term stay We stayed here while our home was being renovated and were so blessed to do so! It’s a little farther from our school/work, but it’s a great place (SUPER CLOSE TO DISNEY!! We could watch the fireworks every night from our balcony!) We reached out to the host team several times, and the service was amazing! Super responsive, accommodating, friendly, and personalized every message to me. The condo was spacious, clean and nice amenities. We had family ping pong and foosball tournaments, and loved the gym. Highly recommend!
Disney get away This condo was very close to all the major attractions and we could see in the distance the fireworks show at Cinderellas castle every night however… the condo itself did not have any dressers for clothing or hangers to hang clothes we had to buy some hangers there also were no blankets or extra covers There were no lamps or side tables in the living room to put a drink on. The dinning table is up against the wall so it only sits about 3 people and the noise level on the balcony is about a 10 and they were working on the road every night starting after midnight until around 3 or 4 am The TV in the living room didn’t work and you have to download your Netflix or prime account to watch tv The pool area was not lit at night and the game room wasn’t great I do appreciate however that we could bring our small dog to stay with us👍
Amazing will stay again . Positive: the property was nice and pet friendly!! the condo was beautiful and had a nice view !! everything was very amazing and I just felt at home . the property is beautiful and they have tons of things to do . There close to Bahama breeze , longhorn , Starbucks etc. They also have a movie theater nearby called studio grills which is really nice . The host is very respectful and will make sure to handle any of your needs.
Excellent Value! My husband and I stayed for 3 nights after a cruise. The condo is on the fourth floor facing a busy road. It was spotless, pictures are accurate, large long screened balcony and the condo is very spacious Lots of covered parking, the 2 elevators worked and the pool & grounds are lovely. Close driving proximity to the airport, Magic Kingdom and grocery stores. The beds and pillows are comfortable but no extra blankets. For 4-6 people we thought the kitchen utensils were minimal. 6 plates/bowls/small plates, few cooking pots/lids/frying pans, lots of glasses and remember to bring your own salt & pepper and laundry detergent. Bath & hand towels are minimal (6) and there are no face clothes. The living room’s screen door does not lock and there is a gap where the lock was removed. We did not find this to be a problem as the balcony is screened and on the 4th floor. We would highly recommend this property as the suite is spacious, clean, excellent value for the money, lovely large swimming pool area with lots of chairs, safe neighborhood and close to everything.
Gabriel and Ana reallyyy helped me out of a last minute bind!! Our apartment was going to be ready for another 13 days and at the last minute I found there home that they were kind enough to allow my fiancé and I as well as our dog. Everything was amazing from the check in process to the check out process. Communication was on point and they really accommodated to our needs. We were on the 4th floor and you can see the fireworks from Disney! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. Thank you x 100, Gabriel and Ana.
Positive: Didn’t break the bank, property was prompt to fix the issues I had. Negative: The property had hair stuck in the drains, hair in the shower, dirty towels were still hanging in the bedroom, there was a hole in the roof on the outdoor patio above where you sit. Property attempted to move me to a different unit but as soon as I walked in there were roaches in the kitchen sink so I decided to stay where I was and a housekeeper was sent to clean the unit again. She did a great job and was very sweet.

Horrible Positive: This property was filthy after a long trip I spent the whole night up shopping for cleaning products BLEACH and cleaning the unit! It smelled horrible upon arrival the furniture was damaged… there is no front desk or immediate help available here will not book here again Negative: I didn’t like anything about this property except the location
Positive: The price for the amount of space and the location was close to where we needed to be. Negative: The beds were a little hard, and nothing to do with the owners but we couldn't sit outside because all you could smell was pot.

The stay was and always is awesome. The staff that assists with extending your stay and request during your stay, are am Positive: This property is amazing. It’s just like home, everyone is nice and very respectful. The units are just as pictured, clean and well stocked with cleaning items for your stay. Negative: The only problem was a the noise from the upstairs unit, but after reporting to Booking.com they were sure to handle the situation swiftly as possible.

Negative: Había algunas fallas de mantenimiento, la cerradura de la puerta de entrada estaba maltratada y no cerraba bien fácilmente. Condo near Disney This place it’s ok, but the furniture old, bar stools with damage .The trash can at the entrance was full all the time. Check out was at 10:00 am. When we open the door ready to leave 2 minutes before 10:00 am. the cleaning lady was already at the door.
Mini getaway Property was fine, only thing wrong was no lights in one of the bedrooms and the other bedroom had no remote for the tv.

Location is great - 15 or so minutes from pretty much all major attractions in Orlando. There are plenty of shopping options within 5 minutes. The hosts are usually quick to respond and get issues corrected, which was good considering we ran into a couple problems - mainly little things, but some that should have been handled prior to our arrival. I personally think the cleaning fee is high - $179 for a week’s stay - and while the place was decently clean on our arrival, several things were entirely overlooked. Hosts corrected the problems when brought to their attention, but it would have been nice to not have to deal with them at all. Overall we were happy with the stay - if you’re looking for a decent place near the parks and other Orlando attractions, this place will work for you.
The overall accommodation was pleasant for my staying but locks and mold should be addressed before any others reserve. Positive: The ease of just being able to go to the room without checking in at the front desk was wonderful. The Decour was beautiful inside of the space. Negative: The privacy lock Was broken on the front door. There was mold in the second bathroom.

Amazing !! Beautiful property with plenty of space. Loved the balcony and each room was very spacious. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to those going to Orlando. Also in the perfect location right in the heart of the Disney area, loved it !

Nice condo Property was clean and adequate. Little short on towels, so we just washed frequently. Had to email condo HOA for trash in the parking garage and fussy elevator. They took care of the trash, but 1 of the 2 elevators still had issues. Some construction going on across the street and busy street out front, but close to Disney Land
The unit is just as described, very clean with plenty of space. Communication with the owner was great. The location from Disney attraction is about 10-15 minutes which is pretty good, there are some closer, but only by a few minutes. Unless you pay full Disney prices. The only real negative is the complex itself. It is not a resort, but a regular condo/apartment complex so it doesn't have resort style amenities. That is reflected in the price. The building and grounds themselves show wear and are not maintained like a resort. However, the apartment itself is very nice and clean.
decepcionante 99% Positive: el apartamento lindo y limpio Negative: el olor del pasillo es horrible, los elevadores están a punto de colapsar, las escaleras a la piscina están cerradas por que están que se caen, la piscina sucia, llena de tierra, hay 5 puertas de salida y solo una funciona. la vista es horrible, solo se ve maquinas de construcción. un poco lejos de todo, no hay personal administrativo, solo securities demasiados groseros. las camas son duras. la ducha apenas tiene fuerza para sacar unas cuantas gotas. si quieres arruinar tus vacaciones, este es el lugar perfecto! si quieres sentir emociones extremas, prueba el ascensor, nunca sabrás si saldrás vivo de hay y si subes por las escaleras asegúrate de tener tapabocas doble,para que el olor no te mate.

This unit was exactly as it looked in the pictures. Very clean and a short (10-15 minutes) drive into the Disney complex though a back road. The building is a bit dated, which had us initially concerned when we arrived, but once inside the rental unit, we were pleased. The road noise is quite loud in two of the bedrooms (including the master) and the living room, but being able to see the fireworks at Magic Kingdom from your LR or balcony was amazing. Other than having to request wash clothes (which felt a bit odd), everything we needed was in the unit. The property managers were very easy to communicate with and once we requested the wash clothes they were dropped off very quickly. Overall a great place to stay, particularly if visiting Disney.
Incredible location to the Disney parks! The unit was clean and as shown in the pictures. Being situated next to a busy road it was a bit loud at night and early morning as the master bedroom is closest to the road with a large sliding glass door.
3 Times a Charm We have stayed here 3 times since March 2021. Very easy access to Disney but also within 30 mins to many other attractions, dinning etc. It is a safe location and area. Rooms are spacious and clean. The cleaning staff takes pride in providing a well maintained environment. It's nice to stay where it feels clean and secure.
Great location, the apartment was very clean and the hosts are very easy to communicate with. We will definitely share with friends and family and would book again in the future if needed. We had a great time!

Check-in and check-out went with ease. Love the fact the doors have combinations push button place was very clean very spacious. On the downside not all the TVs and every room worked with the Wi-Fi they made a valiant effort to try and help me with email this should have been done buy phone call I think never got it working most people come for the parks that's an early rise and a late return not much time for me to mess with internet the beds were very firm. Overall it was a nice stay.

Positive: Location to Disney was very convenient. Negative: No staff on duty except the cleaning crew. Maintenance man that come to fix A/C didn’t understand English so it was useless to try and communicate with him. Or at least he said he didn’t understand English!!! If y’all had staff on duty maybe there wouldn’t be so much Pot Smoking going on in the bldg. Someone on the 4th floor was smoking pot a lot. Every time we left the room it smelled strong of pot in the hallways and elevator!!!!!!!!
