Place was extremely clean and they had everything we needing for our stay

Everything was exactly how it was described will most definitely be staying again when I come back I loved it

For my 21st birthday me and my friends decided to stay here. I was super excited. First we drove into the building and could barely even fit. There was garbage everywhere outside. It smelled like Garbage and it was also overflowing in the cans of food. There was also very sketchy left behind dusty cars which was odd. The whole time I did not see one worker. We got into our room (the lock didn’t even lock right). The door not close fully, so we put a chair. We put all our stuff away to find a roach in the drawer, and hair on all of our towels. The wifi also was barely working but we got in contact with the host and they told me to manually reset it. The only time we saw a worker was when they were at our door asking us to leave before our check out time which is at 10AM not 8:30am. The pots and pans were all not washed and all broken. Every dish was gross and when you cooked with it metal with in your food. Host was good at responding but this place is not safe and very unsanitary.

Prima verblijf voor een week. Foto's vielen ietwat tegen met de werkelijkheid Positive: Het verblijf kwam niet helemaal overeen met wat geboekt was. Zo was op de foto's alles een stuk moderner dan we daadwerkelijk hadden. Het was wat verouderd en dat vonden we jammer. Verder was de hygienen wel prima. Op hte balkon was het best wel luidruchtig (wisten we en hadden we gelezen dat we aan de voorkant zaten. Negative: Wat ons dus tegen viel was dat het er niet helemaal uitzag zoals op de foto's te zien was. Het was wat gedateerd allemaal

Excelente ubicación, el lugar tranquilo, las personas que nos cruzamos tranquilas y respetuosas, el apartamento estaba limpio, las cosas que habían eran muy útiles, lo único que sugiero es un buen aromatizante al ingresar al apartamento y el olor del pasillo no es del todo bueno, lo demás estuvo perfecto, cómodo

Excelente ubicacion y espacio

Stayed here for a few days, NOT for Disney….but it is unbelievably close to the parks. Condo was clean, smelled great and the host was super responsive. Parking garage is tight, that is our only complaint. Traffic too, but that can’t be helped. Thankfully we were down visiting my daughter and she lives in the opposite direction of the traffic. We will definitely book here again when we visit my daughter in Horizon West.

Super responsive host, clear instructions and easily accessible.

From the pictures of the room, the room looked way better in real-life. Positive: I did like how spacious the room was, and that we use the door code to enter the room. Also that we can see the fireworks of Magic Kingdom from the room. Negative: The smell of marijuana that is coming from the elevators. Also on the 1st day in the room we found one medium sized cockroach in the Kitchen.

Great Stay with Upstay in Florida! We had a wonderful stay at our Upstay condo in Florida! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The check-in process was smooth, and the location was perfect for relaxing while still being close to shopping, restaurants, and local attractions. The condo had everything we needed, and we especially appreciated how quiet and well-maintained the property was. Communication was also excellent — quick responses and clear instructions made everything stress-free. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book with Upstay again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient Florida getaway! 🌴☀️
