HONEST REVIEW!!!!! The best part is the host. Super responsive and helpful before and After. Receiving a refund was not an issue. To be fair we never made it inside of the property to check it out. I want to make that clear. We traveled with 2 small children. Pulled up to the parking garage where we noticed the dumpster over stacked & a dirty mattress was at the top of it. That was our first indication that this may be a disaster. We drove around to find parking and noticed a ton of people hanging outside smoking, loud music, loud screaming and they were young. We began unloading our luggage and all of a sudden people started running from the police and our truck got hit from someone backing into our car attempting to escape from the police. It scared my daughter so much that she started to throw up and at that point I told my husband to load our luggage back into the car because we would not be staying there. We spent an hour trying to find somewhere else to stay at 2am.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 Our stay was perfect! The Airbnb was super easy to book and check in, very family- and pet-friendly Studley felt right at home. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend for anyone traveling with family or pets!

We were moving our kids into their new apartment for the Disney College Program - which was 2 miles away. It was the perfect location! Restaurants and shopping were close by - but we didn’t feel like we were in the middle of regular traffic congestion. Very easy access to all of the Disney parks! The condo was spacious for our family of 6. The master bedroom/ bathroom area is huge and there was tons of closet space in every bedroom. Tip: Skip the main entrance lobby and park all the way to the left side of the garage area - take the easy 2 flights of steps and the door to the condo is immediately accesible. Beautiful views of the pool area are right outside of the living area balcony. We throughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.

Pasamos días maravillosos en familia en este lugar. La casa superó nuestras expectativas: era bastante más grande de lo que se ve en las fotos, muy cómoda, limpia, bien equipada y con una ubicación excelente. Muy cerca de los parques de Disney a minutos. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida y clara, siempre atentos a nuestras necesidades. Sin duda lo recomendamos y volveríamos encantados. Overall is very comfortable to stay. Positive: It’s closed to theme parks. It’s a big place to rent for the family. Kitchen is complete you can cook, do laundry. Near restaurants. Publix and Walmart lots of souvenir shops around.

Positive: I loved how spacious this unit is also the pool was my kids favorite place to be during our stay. Staff was very patient and catered to our needs and wants I definitely will be coming back here

Awesome condo! Great for the family. Would stay again!

The condo was much larger than the pictures made it seem. Beds were very comfortable. It was spotless and even though it was pet friendly you’d have no idea that there had been any pets inside. Condo was simply decorated, nothing over the top. We’re a family that likes to relax on the couch after a busy day but the couches weren’t comfortable at all, although they looked pretty cool. There were no spices or cooking oils of any kind so if you’re planning on cooking anything, you’ll need to bring those things. Very large master bathroom and a large 2nd bathroom which were both very clean. The condo is right next to the staircase so there were a few times we could hear the staircase door slam or someone running up and down the stairs. I would stay again if we’re going to that area.

The condo is beautiful, spacious, and perfect for a family visiting the Disney parks. 15 minute drive to the parks and essential local spots down the road (Target, Walgreens, etc.)

Positive: O apartamento é bonito e arejado. Agradável e confortável. Apenas não gostamos dos hóspedes que estavam no apartamento superior que eram extremamente barulhentos e não respeitavam os horários . Haviam barulhos de pessoas e crianças correndo dentro do apartamento e eles eram em muita quantidade e dominavam salas de entretenimento sem revezar com outras famílias. Eram muitas pessoas dentro do apartamento superior. Negative: A porta não tinha a trave para fechar por dentro e tivemos que solicitar isso, pois temos crianças pequenas e seria perigoso não ter uma trava interna. Eles colocaram durante nossa estadia mas imagino que isso deveria ter sido providenciado antes de ocuparmos.

This is a wonderful place to stay, especially for a family. Plenty of space, quality beds and the decor is such that it creates a very comfortable atmosphere without any feeling of clutter, it's perfect for a vacation place. The grounds are lush and relaxing, the amenities are very nice, albeit they are a little aged, it is a very well maintained property. We felt very safe, and loved the location. Pleasant and non-hectic drive to Disney parks and Springs, several restaurants very close by, and a Wawa right down the street. We will definitely book this place again when we need to stay in the area. Thanks to the host for being super responsive and kind!

A fantastic, spacious location for group trips to the theme parks! Positive: Very large, spacious and modern. Easy to access from all the local parks and attractions, as well as easy for ordering Uber Eats. Negative: No faults at all!

Dispões de diversas amenidades, na cozinha nos banheiros, máquina de lavar e secar. Condomínio novo e bem conservado, com bastante privacidade e segurança.

Loved the location and condo! Just like the photos. Very comfy and relaxing. Don't let the hallway frighten you - it does smell but the condo and amenities were clean and fun! Will definitely be visiting again! Only aspect that was a let down was placing a pack and play and not having it until the next day and asking for late check out and no response until the day of check out - slow response. Everything else FANTASTIC

This was an end unit, large and very bright. Cute little dining area (used for temporary office)

The unit was pretty nice and accurately described. The hallway leading to the unit was indoor and carpeted. With dogs able to stay, it was a little smelly in the hallway. Temperature of the hallway was also set to 80 degrees. The windows inside the unit are old and a lot of the locks did not work. One of the three sliding glass doors’ locks was broken and would not work at all. There is not deadbolt on the front door. Just an keypad door handle. It was hard to tell whether the door was locked properly as the lock would just spin. The door guard was also removed. They allow large dogs, including pit bulls which was a little unnerving. The hosts were responsive to assist with some of these issues. Some of them I did not disclose during our stay because we were not there very long.

Was a great place to stay, room was spotless and seemed exact to the pictures and description online. Including amenities surrounding the room the only minor complaint is parking was a little tight but manageable. Overall a good experience would come back again

Amazing place to stay, we will definitely be back! Everything was clean and quiet, with plenty of parking and great amenities. We especially appreciated having a washer and dryer on-site, it’s a must if you’re planning to visit the parks. Another big plus for us was the availability of towels.

Great place with amenities. Only issue would not be UpStays fault but the people above us were very noisy running around you could hear them. A fan for each room would be great addition as well. I would also suggest if you do not need the elevator park to the far left of the parking garage by the stairs, the room is right outside those doors and very convenient! Again overall wonderful stay and accommodated us last minute as well which was great! Would recommend this place.

Excelente lugar para quedarse en Orlando, superó mis expectativas, el lugar es mucho más espacioso de lo que se ve en fotografías, las camas son muy cómodas, las duchas funcionan muy bien, el check inn fue fácil y rápido, el lugar estaba muy limpio y buen cuidado. La comunicación con el anfitrión muy rápida y eficiente, sin duda volveré.

The whole place was quiet, peaceful, everyone there were very friendly. The co-host or helpers responded within 15-20 minutes. I recommend to try this place out. In the future i will come back here again.

Excelente!! Positive: La ubicación, muy buena. No es tan cerca a los parques y outlets, pero es excelente, en carro todo es cerca, muy fácil acceso, parqueadero cubierto, buen espacio. Difícil acceso a la piscina. El apartamento muy bonito, cómodo, seguro, buena dotación Negative: El acceso a la piscina, prácticamente imposible.

Good location

Overall it was an okay stay Positive: The location is ideal if you are going to the parks, and it's a easy drive to most places. The unit itself was spacious. Loads of parking. Negative: The space needs maintenance as some furniture wasn't in the best condition, broken and stained. We also had toilet issues. The neighbours in the unit above us were very noisy from early morning.

Negative: Móveis antigos e dois quartos as cômodas pareciam que iam quebrar. Toalhas muito ruins, poderiam investir em toalhas novas. Parecia faltar capricho. Tentamos abrir a janela do quarto e tinha muita sujeira acumulada. Poderia ter mais utensílios e bem cuidados na cozinha. Ar condicionado barulhento.

The apartment was exactly as described—spacious, modern, and clean. The kitchen had all the essentials, which made cooking easy. The bed was really comfortable, and we had plenty of towels and toiletries provided. We also appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and the cozy balcony with a pool view. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Overall just a few inexpensive updates would really help other than that. It was a great, spacious, close to everything. Positive: It was a very nice place to stay. And we might would stay again. Negative: However, updated fixtures in the shower would’ve been nice. More comfortable pillows would’ve been nice. Extra towels would’ve been nice. Extra blankets. Would’ve been nice. The toilet in the regular two bedroom area ran needs to be fixed. We could also hear the children above us running, so that was very uncomfortable and hard to sleep.

Spacious, comfortable and close to parks Positive: The location was perfect, so close to Disney (20 minutes) and Universal (35 minutes). The swimming pool and other facilities (gym etc) were great. The condo was spacious and clean. Communication with the owner was good and any questions we had were answered quickly. Negative: I’m not sure about other properties in the US but I have been in other holiday homes in the UK/France/Spain which have been better equipped eg basics in the kitchen such as salt/oil which may have been from previous guests but we were told there would be a disposal fee if we left anything behind, also a clothes dryer would have been useful for hanging clothes out on the balcony (there was a tumble dryer but I’m talking about hanging things outside to dry for the day to day pool stuff and towels, and natural drying of washes). We left an inflatable behind which we hope will be left for future guests as it would be nice to pass on items and just equip the properties a little more!

We had concerns about the property upon arrival. The host was responsive, however, we could not agree upon a remedy. The unit is in a larger building, and down a long hallway. While the unit is older and shows some aging, it has potential. This was the first time in a while that we cut our stay short.

This place looks just like the pictures and was very spacious! The host was very quick to respond which was very helpful. Also, we went to Disney and it was 10-15 (with traffic) away from there. All in all good experience!

Al frente queda la piscina así q el balcón tiene una bonita vista 😍 … Súper recomendado y de seguro volveré a hospedarme con ustedes .

A good spot for a large group right next to Disney! The company that runs the place is responsive and helpful. The place has plenty of room for 6 (which is what we had). The pool and game rooms were a blast for after hours entertainment!

Great stay! We loved all the natural light. This is a corner unit so you have lots of windows and balcony access. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

it was overall just an okay stay. the whole apartment building had a weird smell to it. the apartment had water damage in the kitchen… perhaps grown mold. many electrical plugs don’t work including all of the bathroom plugs. We were not able to keep the air below 72 due to the a/c breaking? also, noisy neighbors upstairs. Host was very responsive!

Very clean place and its just as described, looks exactly like the pictures. It was very spacious and comfortable! Highly recommend this airbnb and the hosts they were amazing and replied quick to all the questions we had. It is a bit far (30min) from universal studios but its worth staying here. Will definitely book again when I come back to Orlando.
