Everything was great. Very spacious and well worth the money. Host was flexible with check in and check out time.

everything went well, good location, great value

Pretty basic, felt more like a hotel than an airbnb (missing obvious comforts like coffee filters, internet was clearly shared by the building and not worth connecting to the wifi, a bit of noise from neighboring rooms). All in all the value was there as far as location, cleanliness, and amenities.

Great place to kick back after long days at Disney. Couldn't ask for a better place for the price! Thank you for the quick responses as well!

Comfortable and affordable, in a great location for all of the attractions we visited. Hosts were very responsive and helpful with any of our needs. The suite was the perfect size for our small group and felt very clean and spacious. We loved the pool area and the enclosed balcony. Overall very happy with our stay.

Positive: I loved it because it is a very comfortable family-friendly place and you can breathe peace. Negative: I liked why it has everything you need and a pool and everything was close by. I recommend it very good

Super clean, great place to have some comforts of home. Especially loved the balcony facing the nature preserve. It really was a quiet place to relax with family and we enjoyed having breakfast out there in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. Be aware cell service for AT&T is poor in the area (not just this property) and if you have a large vehicle the entrance and exit to the garage is a tight fit but doable. Overall a great stay.

Good Positive: clean, spacious, big enough for a family of 5, Negative: AC wasn’t really working in the rooms, We had to leave the doors open in order to get the coldness of the living room. Otherwise still slept good !

Negative: Péssima conectividade de internet - apresentou problemas desde o início, o hóspede atendeu com uma solução que funcionou por dois dias e durante o restante (10 dias) não solucionou e não forneceu posicionamento proativo.

The hot tub was not working and things like the coffee pot can be updated, and some of the cookware was not in very good shape

My stay was conveniently located near the disney parks! Overall the place was nice but could use a fresh coat of paint/maintenance attention on the plumbing/draining and some critter control. I would stay here again, if I was certain that some upgrades had been made.

No coffee filters provided. Unit has coffee pot, we brought coffee to use with the coffee pot only to discover they do not provide coffee filters to use with the provided coffee pot. ***Bring your own coffee filters and seasonings for cooking. **** Sauna is in gym restroom/shower areas...one in each restroom...not a shared sauna to be used by both male/females at the same time. Check in/out process was done through their website and can be confusing at times. Parking garage under building has very tight turns and lots of pillars. Very clean place...could use more seating in living room area.

Overall nice property just not worth the price. There’s no security so anyone can get to you easily. Apartment smelled o Positive: Spacious property comfortable beds. Negative: Location was too far out. It’s not in Orlando wish I would’ve asked for address before booking. Apartment smelled of cigarettes. Broken door. It didn’t lock at all.

Great host and honest with the conditions of their place. Conditions of the place was exactly as listed. Quickly responsive and great amenities felt at home. Would definitely recommend and love to stay again.

The place was very clean, easy to communicate with Upstay and they were extremely helpful when we needed to add an additional day to our stay.

Not sure we’ll be back! Positive: This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property. The location is what we enjoy the most along with a quiet atmosphere. Negative: We experienced a challenge with the AC in our original unit #301 resulting in a move to #424 in the middle of the night, thereby impacting our plans the first night. We observed roaches in #301 and the curtains in all of the rooms were scarce. Summers in Florida are hot therefore it’s extremely important to have adequate insulation, especially since property management requires AC not be turned lower than 72 degrees. Unit 424 was adequate for our stay and clean. Cooking utensils are very scarce in this unit. We left some personal items in the kitchen at #301. We checked with customer service and we’re advised that the cleaning staff did not find our missing items. I also left my makeup case in unit #424. I reached out to customer service, however have not heard any news. I suspect I may receive the same response as I did with our other items missing from #301. The makeup is easy to replace. The case however was a gift.

Renters beware. While the images do look similar, the carpet was urine and fecal stained. The room smelled sour. The shower was very dirty in need of new grout and caulking. Stains on sheets and towels. This is bare bones. Dishes in cabinets were not fully cleaned. This was hands down the worst Airbnb I have ever rented.

Very clean and the host always answered any questions immediately. Very comfortable beds! We forgot a game console and they reached out immediately and will be sending via mail. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Tentativa da Upstay de consertar a privada FALHOU. Resolvemos por nossa conta. O lugar e recomendavel para adeptos do "Mundo Woke/Disney Louca" ou quem nada quer com isto. O maior defeito e a mesquinhez por continuidade de locacao sem querer ajeitar uma extensao, mesmo em situacao do furacao Helene. Saimos um dia antes, nao apreciando a falta de flexibilidade. Nos disseram: saiam pois temos novos ocupantes / voces sao historia; pessima conclusao. NAO aconteceu em Winterpark; fomos recebidos com prontidao de nos acomodar em caso de impacto do furacao; NINGUEM nos expulsou por "nao poder acomodar um evento da natureza". Uma pessima politica da Upstay = Downstay com clientes buscando atendimento Sds hjmg

The property could be better maintained. The elevators and common areas were beat up, the pool wasn’t very clean. Most of the time the elevator and hallways smelled of smoke and marijuana. Overall though we enjoyed the location, and the condo. The shower didn’t have a lot of pressure and the beds could be a little more comfortable (higher). Our lightbulbs were burned out, the bathroom sink was slow to drain but we did enjoy ourselves. The one thing I will complain about is there was a dustpan but no broom. I would have liked to sweep our balcony, and some of the floors at times but couldn’t use the vacuum in those areas. The no washcloths, really threw me off. We had to go buy some. Next time describe the kitchen utensils and appliances that are available. No trashcans around the parking garage or in the common areas. The one they did have was always overflowing. Someone actually took the lid off the cigarette butt holder and put their trash in it. Little details but important

The pool and hot tub were great. The pool chairs and loungers were in need of being replaced. The furniture in the living room area were in need of being replaced. There were a few issues but were responded to quickly. TV and internet connection was not up to standard. Overall, our stay was relaxing and good.

Such a Gorgeous place, in love with the wrap around balcony & huge bathtub. Very spacious & clean. Host were prompt in their responses & very helpful.

Upstay was super communicative even before we got to their places. The space was clean and cute and was a perfect distance away from Disney! I would stay here again!

Very clean apartment, bed is really comfortable and we all slept well. However the pictures are a bit misleading the apartment is a lot older, but it was great and clean.

Place was great! Super close to the Disney Parks! Super comfortable and accesible. Loved it , definitely recommend!

The unit was spacious and clean with a nice balcony. Appreciated that the resort had overnight security on site. The hosts were very responsive to our questions. The proximity to Flamingo Crossing is great for anyone visiting a Disney CP or Cast Member living in the Flamingo area.

Convenient for Disney but the kitchen was lacking and the smell was awful Positive: The location for Disney was great Negative: The constant smell of cannabis was really nasty. The smell in the corridor was also very unpleasant

Worst customer service, I have ever experienced. Positive: Parking Negative: Strong odour which meant the apartment wasn't inspected before handover. Customer services were terrible and went around in circles with them as they seemed to work from a call centre. Building manager didn't even bother to come to the apartment.

We absolutely adored our whole stay! It was great location close to everything.. the condo was very spacious and very clean also was super quiet in the whole building! Hosts were very friendly and checked in with us multiple times!! Will definitely consider staying here again in future vacations!
