Honestly, my children and I had an amazing stay! Close to Disney, close to restaurants and stores, and the area was private.

Enjoyed the place, more space for family, balcony was nice and communication was great!

Wonderful stay at the Palisades. We have a daughter that is starting the Disney College Program and she had a Cat for a service animal and they were accommodating and very welcoming. The property is minutes from Irlo Bronson Hwy and only 6 minutes from Flamingo Crossings village. Pool was nice and there’s a pool table and Ping Pong in the lobby. The only thing I will say is the parking which is located under the complex is pretty tight, so inexperienced drivers may have a bit of difficulty maneuvering the garage, but that’s no fault of the host. Would stay again here in a minute. Thanks so much again! God Bless!!

Great place to stay for our family. It was clean and rooms were nice. Beds were comfortable master bedroom spacious. Outdoor balcony was nice as well. Upstay was great at communicating with us. Would definitely stay here again

Super Hospedaje Positive: Realmente muy complacidos. El lugar, los cuartos, el juego en el cuarto de los niños genial, tener centro de lavado fue muy bueno, el wifi ya que también nos tocó trabajar, la cocina super equipada, tener todos TV con Roku fue excelente, sólo recomendaría poner un sistema de ambientador ya que no sé porqué cuando entras al apartamento se siente un olor fuerte no agradable, yo compré un ambientador -aromatizante que lo colocaba cada vez que llegábamos. Mil gracias por todo. ♥️👍🏻

Paseo en familia Positive: El lugar es muy cerca a Disney, rural, muy cómodo y bonito, el apartamento es bien amplio, la señora Gaby es muy gentil y estaba pendiente de lo que se necesitara. La cocina contaba con todo lo necesario para 7 personas que estábamos. Como sugerencia sería bueno dotarla de una airfryer y mejorar el internet. Realmente no cogía bien Negative: Los tapetes de los pasillos huelen mal. En especial no se veía personal para aseo de las zonas comunes, el cuarto de basuras apestaba todo el tiempo, muy sucio.

If you're on a budget great place. Positive: I think that the price, room sizes and amenities were very good Negative: The parking was very tight, and the refrigerator needed replacing because it didn't want to close.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was definitely worth the money. Positive: The only concern was there were teeny tiny bugs that looked like ants but smaller that were on the kitchen counter. They were attracted to sugar, so maybe sugar ants, but they were not black like ants, almost grey in color. We had to keep food in fridge or microwave to keep bugs from getting in them. Someone needs to spray for pests.

Beautiful apartment, very spacious and clean. Dog friendly you just have to pay $100 extra. It is close to the parks between 15 to 20 minutes. The parking lot might feel a litle tight if you drive a big car, but there is a lot of parking spots available. The porch had a mosquito net and was very spacious too. I would totally stay here again.

Positive: El departamento es muy cómodo, super amplio, luminoso, muy completo. Tiene lavarropas, secarropas y lavavajillas. Negative: El safebox/ caja de seguridad no estaba disponible. No tiene servicio de limpieza, estando 6 noches estaria bueno al menos una limpieza a media estadia.

La estadía estuvo bien, los anfitriones bien. El lugar ( edificio oscuro) el ascensor se trababa y en los pasillos la alfombra despedía feo olor . Lo demás okey

Condo fit the description, close to many parks, building was clean and the sunsets off the balcony were incredible.

Kind of a bit of a drive from all the theme parks if you take traffic into consideration. The unit was clean. Parking garage was a bit tight.

We had a great stay. The place is very well located - close to Disney, Universal, and everything we needed. The apartment wqs comfortable and perfect for our trip. Our host, Luiz, was extremely receptive and friendly. Anytime we needed something, he handled it quickly and with a great attitude. Overall, an excellent experience and we would definitely stay here again.

The pictures on the site are misleading and do not reflect the apartment's current state. The property is filthy with a strong, unpleasant odor. The carpets are extremely old, heavily worn, and emit a smell so overpowering it made sleeping difficult. They require replacement or professional deep cleaning. The floors are sticky, further indicating a lack of proper maintenance. The master bathroom shower is so dirty it felt uncomfortable to use. The sofa is nearly unusable with sagging areas, holes, and a foul smell from overuse. The stools at the counter are broken and sink when sat on. The conditions made it impossible to enjoy our stay. We had to spend extra money on unplanned activities to avoid being in the apartment and ultimately left early to avoid further discomfort. The cleanliness and maintenance are unacceptable, rendering the space uninhabitable.

Voltaríamos e indicamos! Positive: As camas eram enormes e muito confortáveis, chuveiros bons e o apartamento estava limpo e era espaçoso. Negative: Tivemos problemas com calor em um dos quartos onde parecia que o ar não funcionava bem e a pia da cozinha apresentou um vazamento. A Upstay se colocou à disposição para resolver tudo.

Positive: Muy buena relación costo beneficio Negative: Pedimos paquetes que se entregan en el lobby, y quedan a disposición de la gente a retirarlos. No hay quien controle, y nos faltó uno. No es conveniente mandar nada.

Tierra de nadie Positive: La ubicacion es muy buena, y el departamento es muy comodo... la verdad es muy lindo!!! Negative: Los sillones rotos El estacionamiento no es seguro(robaron un auto mientras estabamos) La puerta de ingreso en el edificio no tiene llave cualquiera tiene acceso a las habitaciones!!

Great apartment if you want to have proximity to Disney, while enjoying a relaxed and spacious place Positive: The size of the apartment, its cleanliness Negative: The showerheads and the water pressure in both showers was horrible. No shops/malls nearby. Necessary to have a car.
