Positive: Very clean nice area kid friendly rooms everything was amazing we stayed a week and loved every bit of it will be booking again

Spring Break It was fine after the code wouldn't opened the door. The representative did stay until we got in. The stay was good. It was a great resort pool and setting about an 1/2 mile from condo. The children enjoyed that what mattered.

Great Stay - Reccomend Very much enjoyed my stay at this rental. It was clean and very big. The two disney rooms would be great for kids. One thing of note is to bring your own coffee filters and cling wrap as there wasn't any in the kitchen. Highly recommended

Positive: Nice and clean townhome. The resort area was fantastic. Good for adults and kids. Negative: Quite small private pool. The resort area was expensive.

My family and I enjoyed our trip to Orlando. Upstay Made us feel right at home with their beautiful home. We also had a great time at the community resort pools, and waterslides, which was complementary included with our booking; really recommend this place when visiting Orlando.

We loved our stay here. It was exactly as the pictures show and the kids found the rooms super cute. The host was very communicative and easy to get in touch with if needed. I would recommend this place for sure!

It was for a football tournament. It would have been nicer if we didn’t have to worry about paying days in advance to ge Positive: It was clean and comfortable Negative: That we had to pay to heat the pool. We never had to do that staying in Florida ever. And the deposit that hasn’t been released when we are well past the 10 business days.

The only thing I found wrong with the places, there was no Wi-Fi and the Wi-Fi that they say online and in their brochure was not the proper Wi-Fi and when I asked about it, never got it back to

Check in time is too late, and check out time is too early. We were told we could check in one hour earlier, but the door lock did not work upon our arrival. Also, the bedsheets smelled like they had been left in the washer for too long. Overall the stay was just okay. Way too overpriced.

Thought the place was nice. Could tell that it has been used. I would stay there again but was definitely some issues. The downstairs bed was broken. We couldn’t turn the lights off in the Mickey room. The lawn chair was rusted out and couldn’t lay on it. The manager of the place was very responsive though. The pool was perfect size and super warm even thought it was cold at night.

Everything was awesome except the security . It was horrific ! I’m all for security but the fact I had to be in the car with my ID for every car that came into the house was terrible . If the person has my name and the address to where they’re going it shouldn’t be a problem .

Amazing Airbnb host responded quickly I felt safe house was very clean and the champions Square free water park on site was a plus I will visit again

The host was GREAT! Always responsive & great communication. Home was clean and just as shown on the pictures. Linens & bedding was clean. Backyard was clean & serene. Great location!

Comfortable, homely house, with excellent facilities and good location! Positive: Great facilities, clean and has a very homely feel. Whilst the pool is small, it was known up front. The beds were SOOO comfortable! Negative: The air conditioning upstairs was not great, especially in the main bedroom. Downstairs it worked perfectly. The pool lounger was split and was not removed, however the rep company messaged to say they were aware of the broken lounger with no ETA of it being fixed. It was not done by the time we left.

The host was very responsive. Champions Gate is always a great area to stay in and the place was very nice and the area was quiet. I would definitely stay again.

Nice vacation stay Positive: Nice house for the price, useful facilities and great estate. Negative: Communication to facility management was quite difficult and check in was convoluted. Arrival on the first day wasn't easy. Pool also required additional fee to heat.

Once we got in... The house was excellent, once we got into the house. Due to our flight being delayed we didnt get to the house until about 2 am. The code we were given did not work. We called the emergency number and after several calls we did get a real person. It still took 3 new codes, us sending a video of us putting in the code twice. At 3:15 am we did get into the house. It was clean and all was fine from there.

wonderful property awesome place, loved the oasis club.two small things that need to be addressed, the toilet in the master bath is leaking from the tank, causing it to run and fill very frequently. going to waste a lot of water.also, something wrong with the master bed, briken spring or frame, causing major sag in the middle.

I really enjoyed my stay. I loved the house, it’s beautifully decorated. I had a late flight that arrived at 1am. When we arrived the padlock was not working, so we could not access the house. We could not reach Upstay, so we contacted Airbnb. Airbnb paid for a hotel ($159) for the night, and gave us a 30% discount for that night. Airbnb was in constant contact with us, and were very responsive. Other than the door lock malfunction, I would give the stay a 10/10!!!
