I enjoyed how responsive the host was honestly so far this host has been the best one yet. The house looked exactly like the pictures, the location of the house was close to everything we needed to get to and my kids truly enjoy the themed bedrooms and pool.

Wonderful stay! The place was clean, well maintained, and very comfortable for our family. Communication with the host was great. We would happily stay here again.

Excellent place to stay with my wife and 6 kids. We had a blast. Clubhouse was awesome and easy to walk to.

This place has been the best rental home I've stayed in thus far. I came to Orlando for my son's 10th birthday. I took him to Disney World and Legoland. This rental is about 20 minutes from Disney and 52 minutes from Legoland. My son and his friends absolutely fell in love with the house, especially the pool. We didn't have a chance to visit the outdoor waterpark, but I promised him we would be back. The home was beyond spacious and it was everything we needed and more. It felt like home and that's what I look for when I stay in a vacation home. We loved it here and I will absolutely be back!

We were extremely disappointed in how the hot tub heat functioned. Our goal was to have a nice heated hot tub when we got home from the parks each night but unfortunately we would have had to have someone there keeping it turned on every 60 minutes for it to actually be heated. The community swimming pool was closed a few of the nights we were there and we wish we would’ve known to plan better around that so the kids could have enjoyed it. Outside of that, the home worked just fine for our group, no other issues arose, communication was great & smooth entry/exit process.

After an unnecessarily difficult process to pay for the place and secure it I sent them the list of everyone who would be staying. The other family beat us to the gate by 20 minutes and the “host” (upstay) failed to get them everyone, so they were not allowed through the gate until I had to call. I asked every single day for the hot tub to be heated and it wasn’t done once throughout our 10 days there. It was a constant round and round of asking, then apologizing, they never sent me a link to pay for the heating and trust me I tried to find it on my own but it’s impossible to figure that out without some kind of direct link. The house itself was beautiful and spacious, I really wish the owners could know how terrible upstay was at being the “host” or middle man, because I will never stay at another property managed by them again.

My family and I enjoyed this property for our vacation. Very tidy, spacious, kid-friendly, and overall enjoyable. 10/10 recommend.

A clean, family-friendly stay with great amenities and responsive service—would definitely book again! Positive: I had a great experience during my stay! The bedrooms were very clean and well-kept, which is always a top priority for me. The water park area was definitely a highlight—my children had an amazing time and didn’t want to leave! What really stood out was how responsive and helpful the property manager was anytime we had a question or needed anything. Overall, everything was smooth, comfortable, and family-friendly. I’d definitely recommend this place and would stay again! Negative: If I had to mention one small thing, it would be the limited paper towels—we only had one roll for the entire week. It would’ve been nice to have a few extras on hand.

This is a great place for family meetings. All my family loves this place. Only things is they do have limited cookware. Plenty of plates and utensils. Quiet neighborhood. At night. We would definitely stay here when we meet in Orlando again. Hosts are very prompt!

I enjoyed my stay for 26th birthday. The host was very friendly, responded quickly and the house is beautiful.

Upstay was everything we needed traveling with a group! This place is our new good luck charm cause we won our first National Championship in UFFL! It was located close to everything we needed. Also the host has been really helpful in sending back special items that I left behind. Definitely will be back.

We had a great stay. House was clean and set up great. I paid to have the pool heated which was easy and was perfect as we were able to use it comfortably the whole stay. Any questions I had were answered quickly by the host. Would recommend and stay again ourselves.

I couldn't wait to write this review for Upstay's fantastic staff! From beginning to end my interactions were met with promptness and care. There was no lapse at all in timeliness. Every step all the way to check-in time moved smoothly. We were delighted with our house and how impeccable and comfortable everything was, making the stay very comfortable for all of us. Pool and hot tub were very clean; heated well and most enjoyed. All the start-up things provided were enough for us. There were some minor exterior things that can be easily fixed for aesthetic purposes (small table in pool area and along the side of the driveway needs grass). Check-out was seamless. We made sure everything was in order before we exited. We are most definitely planning to use Upstay for our next vacation! Your customer service was exceptional! Thank you very much, everyone! Good communication

Positive: Beautiful home and had an amazing time. Would def stay again. Negative: Only down side is that the pillows were uncomfortable and the air condition would not go below 75.
