We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Upstay. The team was very responsive and super friendly. UpStay provide a wealth of information prior to checkin that made our stay very easy and stress free. The house was as advertised in the photos. My group would definitely stay here again.

All was amazing with the property.The only flaw to my group was the parking communication .our church can was towed because the tailend was hanging in sidewalk area due to its length .This rules strictness needs to be highlighted alot more to prevent petty expense and inconvenience to the renter This is no knock on upstay , they were amazing with the process and were always there to answer any questions.

Very accommodating for our large group. Any issue we had was immediately resolved. Very close to a lot of places we frequently needed to go to like Walmart.

My family and I enjoyed staying here. We wish we booked more days. The home was big enough for everyone to have their own room and private bathroom. The pool was nice and warm. The game room was awesome. The living room was relaxing.

Beautiful home. After spending two nights in family to receive the new year, we were so glad to have chosen this property and so comfortable with the exclusive attention Upstay provided. Everything looked exactly as advertised, the cleaning was on point and our host was extremely helpful and always very responsive, very clear. The 12 bedroom house has a theme for each room. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked perfectly. The heated pool service is worth adding when travelling during winter dates. Kids enjoyed the game room, the kitchen was spacious. *Parking is not the most convenient as there is only space for three cars and might be complicated when booking for large groups. The rest of the cars can be parked at the clubhouse. Be aware, cars can be towed even when parking them correctly. Our host took this matter seriously and responded adequately to address the situation with HOA. Besides that only detail, it was a perfect stay. Thank you!

The stay was good. Home felt a little cheap for the price we paid. The carpet was in bad condition and needs replacing. We misplaced something while there and had to look behind the couches in the theater, there was food and crumbs all under the seats! The door knob on a bedroom downstairs kept coming off. Please note, there are clear instructions as far as the association towing your car….trust it they will….even if you are unloading your car. We had 21 people staying so it took a while to get things unloaded, while doing so, they towed a vehicle. Now the guys that towed it said if you leave you hazards on while unloading, they will give you a little more time before towing. The rental company didn’t mention this anywhere! So if renting this home, if you are in the road, on sidewalk, or grass, PUT YOUR HAZARDS ON THEY WILL TOW YOU! I believe the rental company should give you that piece of helpful information!

The property was spacious very nicely decorated and made us feel right at home. We had a large group and it accommodated everyone without feeling overcrowded or all over each other we had common area and also private space. Only downfall was the gated access to the neighborhood it was always backed up and took too long in my opinion. Once verified the first time it should be stored instead of every time having to go through all the steps again. One other thing was the parking the clubhouse is really far and its and inconvenience to walk or wait for a ride to the back. But overall really nice place and located near most attractions, I'll definitely be saving them for my future visits.

My family had an amazing time. We did a Hines Family Cousin trip. We had soo much space we wish we would’ve brought the kids. The upkeep is nice and the property had a nice starter bundle. The host was easy to reach and was very nice. We literally had no complaints.

Between Upstay and Oriana we never had an issue or question go unanswered. Very responsive and helpful. The house was AMAZING!!!!! I will definitely book with them again in the future.

We really enjoyed ourselves we were celebrating 3 friend's birthday. Even with the small issues I know we had the best host ever ,she really took great care of our needs.

Overall, we had a decent stay at this Airbnb. The home matched the listing for the most part and the host was responsive and willing to help when issues came up. There were a few cleanliness concerns upon arrival that could have been handled better, and we also ran into a couple minor issues during the stay. However, the owner did make an effort to accommodate us and work toward resolving things, which we appreciated. With a little more attention to cleaning and maintenance, this could be a much better experience overall.

This house was perfect and cozy for our family trip. Plenty of rooms and beds for everyone. Oriana was incredible responsive every time we had a question or concern. The kitchen was fully stocked. Adults and kids enjoyed the pool and game room. We absolutely loved our stay. Hopefully we can stay here again.

This place was a 10 it proved everything we needed as far as space and enough bedrooms. I will definitely stay here again.
