Very great listing , enjoyed the time and would rent again , my child loved it there

The house was perfect for my family of 16. There was plenty of room for us all to spread out. The kids loved the themed rooms. Vrbo and the Owner were very responsive to any questions or problems I had before and during our stay. The house is located in a quiet community and the clubhouse was a great add on to our vacation

Good, but not great. This house has it all. And it worked for our family vacation. That being said there’s some things that could’ve improved on or updated. The host was very responsive and helpful with the situation that came up. So it’s not that they weren’t helpful it was just that the house is starting to show wear and tear and a very minimal kitchen approach. We tried to make breakfast but with only one frying pan that’s difficult. There was a griddle but it had no electric cord. So if you plan to just eat out you’ll be totally fine but the kitchen leaves something to desire. We were there for 7 nights and yet we’re only supplied 3 dishwasher pods. The house sleeps 10 plus you’re going to use the dishwasher everyday. Like I said, the house is nice but there is wear and tear in the carpets, the air hockey table needs to be replaced as it’s pretty damaged. The master bathroom has a nice dent in the wall next to the towel rack and one of the upstairs bathrooms had a hole that was patched with some kind of rubber cover that was just taped over a hole. I guess I would say this. Would we rent it again? Yeah probably but like with most of the company ran Vrbo’s there is no homely touch.

Host responded in timely manner to all questions. Beautiful spacious house for the entire family, many rooms weren’t even used. Kids loved the theme rooms! Amenities were amazing for our rest days! We would definitely come again!!!

Great apartment that suited everyone. Very clean and the kids eyes nearly popped out each time they opened a themed room. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it. The host was super responsive, not sure i have had quicker responses to my queries than i did with this host. I highly recommend this property. The area is also very secure and quiet

This home is beautiful. Decor really nice. Exactly as pictured and as described. Myself and the family really enjoyed all the amenities including the private pool, game room and the movie room. I would recommend for families with kids.

House was perfect! My Family enjoyed it. Absolutely love all the themed decor, my kids died when they found the Mario room on day 2 of our trip (not sure how we forgot or missed it) But there was plenty of room for everyone to find a place to relax or hang out. Also game room came was great for the kids.

Awesome place to stay. The kids fell in love with it, they had plenty to do to keep them entertained. 10-15 from Disney, outlet and shopping a few blocks away. This place will definitely be on my list on my next vacation.

Theme rooms were so cool with sound boxes. The kids all loved it. The theater room was a hit with everyone! The space was awesome and everything about this house was amazing!

Fantastic time! we had a great time!! The place was perfect for kids of all ages and it had two awesome resorts with 10 kids!!!

My family and I had a time!!! It was 4 adults and about 7 kids ranging from age 6-17 and I wouldn’t have chose a better place. The house was beautiful. Upstay was super responsive and helpful. There were a few minor hiccups but that did not take away from the whole experience at all. The oasis club house was super fun. We paid for the heated option and it was wonderful. Everything in the house is labeled, from the lights in the rooms to the kitchen cabinets. I would love to visit this home again and even check out what other properties Upstay has to offer.

Disappointing The house was a good size for our families, and the kids especially loved the Mario slide room—it was a fun highlight for them. However, there were several disappointing aspects of our stay. Just two hours before our scheduled check-in, we were notified that we had to delay our arrival by 2.5 hours, which was extremely inconvenient given we were already on our way. When we finally arrived, the house had a strong smell of marijuana, and some of the pillowcases were dirty. There were also marijuana joints left in the driveway, which was concerning given that we had kids with us. The pool also had a safety gate which would have been great for the kids but unfortunately it did not close all the way properly so there was a gap they could still fit through. Initially, we were only offered a 75 reimbursement for the inconveniences the first night, which felt inadequate given the circumstances. They finally offered more of a reimbursement after a few going back and forth but we still felt this was not enough. The community clubhouse was also overcrowded and not as relaxing as we’d hoped. Additionally, the street the house was on felt more like a block party at night—loud music, people outside late, and more marijuana use.While the house itself had potential, these issues made the overall experience disappointing for us. Hopefully, the host addresses these concern for future families.

BEAUTIFUL HOME WITH POOL AND JACUZZI. Positive: Location to everything Disney! Also the home was beautiful, clean and comfortable! My group of family and friends loved it! It was easy to check into the home. The home is 6 minutes from Publix and minutes from a gas station. I will definitely book this property again! Negative: I should have stayed longer to enjoy the amenities.

The only thing I would say is that there was not enough towels in the home and per the host they were to deliver some and we never received them. Also, some of the kitchen appliances (skillet) were missing the plugs and we were unable to used them. Overall, the stay was good and my family enjoyed the home!

We stayed for our annual family memorial weekend. The location was perfect and the home was beautiful. The host were super responsive and proactive. There were quite a few of us and we all felt at home, it didn’t feel crowded, it was extremely comfortable. We had 9 adults and 3 teens. Lots to do in the area and grabbing last minute items was super easy at a nearby Publix. The community amenities came in handy for those wanting to get out and do something fun without spending money or driving far distance. I’d highly recommend this location!

my family and I absolutely loved upstays home, its a beautiful and spacious home, for the 15 people that stood there. the host was great, answered any questions we had, and they also responded quickly. we loved everything about our stay. we will definitely book again for our next visit. thank you upstays for everything.

Karen and Robert's home was exactly as described. My family of eight had plenty of room to spread out and plenty of space left over if we had additional guests. Everything was clean and comfortable. Our hosts were responsive when we had questions and we truly felt welcome in their home. We left well rested and looking forward to the next time we visit this lovely home.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home for our joint Bach party. The homeowner was more than amazing with reaching out && responding when I contacted them. Hope I get to stay there again !

I enjoyed my stay here.

Had questions on trash disposal and refrigerator. Got prompt answers and got great assistance. Didn’t enjoy the noise from neighbors having a party until 2am our first night but everything else went well

The house was amazing and very clean easy check in one simple problem on our in when I text the manger problem was fix house had a more them enough one of the best house I stayed in in champion gates more than enough towels for pool and bath just wasn’t any wash clothes great area close to stores and had station excellent stay

Overall the stay and house was ok, had some issues regarding the home not being checked and cleaned before arrival. Also had issues with not being able to get into the garage for extra parking after being told I would be able to. Property management and homeowners weren’t responsive to the issue’s. I would recommend the home owners update their photos for the home as well because some of these photos do not reflect the current state of the home.

Any issues that happened were quickly taken care of. Beautiful home.

Lovely, clean, spacious house with excellent facilities Positive: Enjoyed Davenport area although traffic to parks can be heavy at certain times of the day. Large spacious property. Good decor and very clean, with good facilities. Negative: Nothing.

Had an issue with checking in. The security code did not work. Upon entering the property, there was some type of big stain as you walked inside the home. The front porch needed to swept.

I hate a GREAT experience staying at this house, it was beautiful looked just like the pictures, clean, house was very big & beautiful, host kept in communication the whole time. I would highly recommend, wouldn’t mind staying again . Thank you so much

Let’s first start off host are very shady and just looking for ways to take vacationers money also the fact that in the very first room down stairs by entrance we found dirty socks and also the tv in room did not work and one of our guest had to use his own hot spots for it to work .The showers had mildew in the crease of the shower walls on of the. Showers up stairs had rust . Shower Towels had hair on them which let to some guest having to go purchase their own towns . And To top it a day later they just tried to slap me with a bill for a dish washer I didn’t use when we used paper goods out whole stay and no one even used the TVs in the home .

Relaxing and cozy and felt truly like home away from home! Positive: Great location. Big enough to spread out and cozy enough to feel like home. Negative: The extra cost for things. For the amount you pay the grill should have been included at least.

The home was just as described and very clean. There was plenty of room for everyone. We only went to the clubhouse once and wished we would have went more. It was a lot of fun. We would stay again as it provided everything we needed/wanted and wasnt too far from things to do. Thank you for making our vacation memorable 😁

The house was billed as luxury but it’s not. Towels are paper thin, they don’t provide wash cloths, the sheets didn’t fit our bed, and we had to literally hunt for the towels which weren’t in an obvious place. Tried to call owners with number listed and it doesn’t work. 2 bags of trash left under the sink and a razor in garage can in bathroom. The house is big with nice spaces but it’s bare bones for amenities inside.

Excellent accommodations, great hosts. Only con was that the neighborhood was a bit noisy!

the home is beautiful and really spacious. the pool and hot tub functioned as they should and the home itself was clean and amply stocked with near everything one would need. its located in a gated community so you can stay secure and have peace of mind during your stay. the one thing that wouldve made this place absolutely perfect would be the ability to turn the thermostat/AC below 72° F. Florida summers can get very hot/humid, so the ability to turn the AC to ones desired comfort level is of paramount importance. the check-in instructions said to not turn the AC down below 72° as it would damage the AC. if this is truly the case (and not just an attempt to save on energy costs/the electricity bill), then fans should be provided throughout the home for extra cooling or the AC unit should be replaced to one that doesnt get damaged below 72° or this information should be disclosed in the listing at the time of booking. such improvements would make for a truly ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience

Karen and Robert were extremely helpful! They always answered any questions I had. The property was beautiful, and was exactly what we were looking for. Very spacious and homey. Only complaint was there were few things in the kitchen — no salt and pepper, no “junk drawer” like scissors or lighters (which is not a necessity), and we ran out of trash bags. But other than that it was beautiful!

First off I want to start by saying this is a really nice house, it's beat up some because I'm sure it's booked regularly. There was some stained furniture, things that didn't work right like the can opener, hot tub was never hot, and there wasn't some items I would think would be included like salt and pepper. We enjoyed our time here just was slightly grossed out by the dirty floors when we arrived and the crummy couches. There was also some decor that was broken. Pool sticks had no tips. I don't think we would stay here again - some because it's just not the location for us - some because of the condition. The communication was pretty good, seems like a call center who does all the communication.
