Luxury villa Kissimmee Positive: Absolutely loved this villa, we have been visiting Florida annually since 1996, usually staying in Davenport area, however this villa is so handy for all the parks, literally less than 20 mins! The villa itself is outstanding, beautiful location, peaceful, not overlooked. All mod cons, very up to date, 2 dishwashers, 2 fridge freezers, 2 washing machines, 2 tumble dryer, very equipped for large family's like ours. The pool was amazing, much needed after a day at the parks! This villa is kept to a very high standard, you will not be disappointed, the customer service from the agents is second to none, they are on hand if needed, checking in to ensure all is OK, which of course it was. I would not hesitate to book this villa again and will definitely use this company again! Negative: There was nothing to dislike!
House wasn’t clean stains on front room furniture had problems with upstairs a/c which they did send maintenance out for it still had issues tub/toilet clogging upstairs. Rodents (Roaches) very bad especially kitchen area . While sitting at the kitchen table having coffee a roach fell in my cup from the light above. No blinds in Living room area(No Privacy) outside screen by the pool was tore down and overall the house didn’t match the pictures or price my family and I was very disappointed but made it work due to family driving from Georgia and Down South we went out to enjoy the area wishing we could have stayed at the house and did more but due to those circumstances we couldn’t definitely rate the house a 3/10 and the only reason a 3 is because the area was nice and very quiet! Highly don’t recommend. Upstay only offered to reimburse 10% a night which was only $64 when we spent almost $1400 very unsatisfied.
Overall fantastic stay, upstay responded well to all request in a timely manner even though I messaged them at 1 am with questions. The neighborhood is quite strict with Parker especially on the weekends. But I called customer service and they aided me in their best ability. The home is beautiful and well kept. Pool was the families favorite part. And I great weekend trip for my family.
Our recent stay at Upstay was great! While we did have to contact the customer service line for minor concerns, each inquiry was immediately responded to and addressed very timely. The house was spacious, rooms were decent sized and perfectly accommodated our group of 17. Pool area was definitely enjoyed by the kids and adults. If we were to vacation in this area again, this community would be on our list. Stores and restaurants were convenient and travel to/from amusement parks were reasonable.
Beautiful home just like photos. Other than pool not being heated as expected our stay was fantastic. Enjoyed being able to spend Thanksgiving with my family and friends! Would definitely book Upstay again!

Tive um pacote da Amazon entregue antes do previsto - presente de aniversário muito esperado para meu filho - anfitrião se mostrou solicito ao entrar em contato com hóspede anterior: que disse que deixaria na garagem. Anfitrião disse ainda que entraria em contato com a equipe de limpeza para alertá-los. Resultado: fiquei sem o pacote, meu filho sem o esperado presente de aniversário. Até sugeri que o pacote fosse retirado em mãos pelo anfitrião (já prevendo que isso poderia acontecer) e que pegaria com o anfitrião assim que chegasse em Orlando, mas não aconteceu. Óbvio que o anfitrião, sobretudo por ser tratar de uma empresa, não possuia a obrigação de fazê-lo, mas teria sido recebido como mais uma atenção ao hóspede. Enfim, maculou a experiência de viagem para meu grupo. Com relação ao imóvel, tudo funcionando e em ordem. Boa limpeza e organização. As imagens condizem com o que é encontrado na acomodação.

An incredible house for any experiences you want to share with family and friends. Positive: The entire property was clean and the house was very comfortable. The kitchen and family area was large enough to handle a family of 11 with no problem. It has an excellent backyard with pool and the house is centrally located to everything and anything you need.

Great stay overall! The house was clean, spacious, and perfect for our large group. The pool and amenities were a highlight, and everything matched the listing. The host was very responsive and helpful, even accommodating a late checkout which we appreciated. Only small suggestion would be adding more lighting around the pool at night, as it was a bit dark. Would definitely recommend.
My group and I really enjoyed our stay here while visiting the theme parks in the area. The house was beautiful and spacious, there was more than enough room for everyone. I would highly recommend this place to anyone with a larger group/family wanting to go around Orlando or to the parks. Thank you for hosting us, would definitely book again!

This place was great! We had to book this last minute due to problems with our last airbnb! It was perfect. So much space. I wish we had more time to enjoy the property. It’s about 10-30 mins from Disney. It honestly just depends on what time you leave, which way GPS takes you, and how bad traffic is. We will definitely be back. Only thing I’d recommend is bigger bath towels and wash clothes. But otherwise it still got the job done! I wish this was my house back home! Thank you so much for saving our Christmas

The location and the house was in a great area, once we arrived there were gnats in the kitchen area, pool was clean and Positive: Spacious Negative: The AC was not accurate for the temperatures in Florida only allowing the unit to stay at 72 is not good. It was very warm in the house.
Great house, only a few issues! Positive: Location was perfect. Communication was perfect. Rooms are all a good size. Negative: Things that were a let down: - carpets and floors are very dirty/smelly. Carpets probably need professionally cleaning (I imagine previous people that stayed wore shoes all around the house) - no tin opener, new one dropped off but it didn’t work - kettle boiled but did not turn off when boiled so was deemed unsafe to use but they didn’t have a replacement? Someone could have popped the Walmart - we paid for the pool to be heated but it was turned off the day BEFORE we checked out - asked for late check out multiple times, they never came back to me in the end but did ask if we wanted to extend our stay, there was clearly no one else checking in…

The place was beautiful. The host called us ahead of time to answer any questions and make sure we were aware about the additional services they had available. Hot tub and pool heating was well worth the additional fee. Everything inside was very clean, and the neighboorhood felt very safe.

Never go there Positive: Nothing Negative: We left due to bedbugs, which were mentioned in earlier reviews. We asked about the bedbug reviews before arriving, and they confirmed they had bedbugs but said they'd check. However, they didn’t and refused to fix the problem. I strongly recommend avoiding this place!

Bis auf die unten genannten kleineren Probleme, waren wir mit dem Haus sehr zufrieden Negative: Es gab Probleme mit der Kaution, durch einen Fehler im System . Dadurch haben wir den Code für die Türe erst sehr spät erhalten. Der Whirlpool war mehrere Tage defekt. Reparaturanfrage war recht kompliziert
