The place was amazing. Luciana was very attentive, responded to every question, and truly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The home is exactly as described—very clean, beautifully decorated, spacious, and in a super convenient location close to the parks. The game room was a huge hit, and the themed rooms were loved by the kids! We would definitely recommend this place and would gladly stay again!

Absolutely blew away our expectations. Our family travels quite often and we’ve been in AirBNBs in different states across the country. This one is by far the best one we’ve stayed in. It felt like home. Highly recommend for any families looking to vacation in the area!

Great value, a new standard for our kids Positive: Great set up, spacious, and well crafted kids gameroom and theme in bedroom Nice, clean and safe vacationpark. Pool and clubhouse are beautiful addition. A lot of rooms, all well equipped with smart tv Direct access to host, who is on top of everything. When something is broken or missing, they will take care very quickly Negative: - We had bad luck with the weather, it was freezing. Upstairs you can heat it, downstairs it is more difficult. Not a problem in the other 90% of the time in Florida :-)
Booked our stay here for our family Disney trip and it was phenomenal! Everyone of all ages was able to enjoy many aspects of the home. It is exactly as pictured - beautiful, fun, and clean! We opted for the heated pool during our January travel and it was the best decision - water was so comfortably warm and pool was cleaned daily. Host was always quick to respond and so friendly and accommodating. Loved that you get access to the Windsor Cay resort, we visited multiple times and it truly felt like we were on a resort. Will recommend this to friends and family who are looking for a Florida trip! Thank you so much for everything :)
Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay. Everything was exactly as described. They even surprised my son with a small gift upon arrival for his birthday.
We had a wonderful multi-generational family stay and truly enjoyed the home. It was clean, comfortable, and very well suited for families of all ages. The grandkids especially loved all the games in the house and absolutely enjoyed the resort amenities. The pools, lazy river, and splash pad were their favorites and kept them happily entertained. Communication with the host was excellent, and everything was as described. We felt at home during our visit and would happily stay again with our family.
This house was great - exactly like the photos - super clean and very fun! The resort amenities were great - clean, new, fun, but unfortunately the cold snap and a lightning storm made the pool and slides unusable for us - obviously not anyone’s fault!. The host was very helpful but the three entities — upstay, Windsor cay, and the host, need to communicate - the “guest pass” was not working and I spent hours trying to login and register repeatedly, after I had to watch the video 7x and re-register all of our names (family of 6). The counter person at the resort told us we were all checked in when we arrived, and they didn’t do passes anymore, and then we had no way of getting back in through the gate bc he didn’t give us the passes that the video tells us we would get. The host was VERY kind to offer a late checkout and for the small pool in the house to be heated free of charge, which was so appreciated.
Stayed here for my son’s 13th birthday. Him and his friends had a blast, they enjoyed the game room and the resort amenities. Would recommend this spot to anyone.
Price was very afforable for what we got. Resort style amenities and hotel like linens and very very clean, almost brand new. We enjoyed the decor for our kids, games, and the pool was wonderful for our two kiddos. The pool heat was a must for the time of year. Opt for that if you have littles who need warmer water temps. The clubhouse pool was heated and really fun! Putt putt and game room a total bonus and a great evening wind down activity! Being super picky but maybe more plush towels for the pool, seemed like we needed two per person to accomodate and more kids dinner wear to accomodate the clearly child friendly house. I also think pack n plays should be standard in family style airbnb's so we left one for other families to enjoy free of charge and hope that is a blessing to other families in the future! Great memories and comfortable living during our stay!!!
Luciana’s home was everything plus more to my family and myself! Everything was exactly like the pictures it accommodated my family of 8 perfectly. Luciana was very responsive and nice everytime I reached out with questions. She also gifted my daughter with a birthday surprise that she greatly appreciated and loved! The convenience of the private pool was perfect for my kids that love to swim. It’s safe to say this will be our go to home away from home everytime we visit Orlando!
The place was very clean and looked like the pictures. There are basic cooking utensils and pans. But was missing simple things like lids for frying pans and only enough cups for a small party. In the master there were no plugs close to the bed so we had to get extension cords to plug our phones and baby monitor in so we can have them on the ledge next to the bed. We had a small issue with a breaker flipping but we reached out and they had someone over in less than 10 minutes. This house was awesome and we will definitely be staying again.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was very clean with an awesome layout that worked perfectly for our family. Our teenagers especially loved the video games, and there were plenty of sleeping areas for everyone to spread out. The small pool in the backyard was a great bonus, but the real highlight was the neighborhood amenity center—it had a waterslide, lazy river, free mini golf, and even a free arcade! The location and amenities made it feel like a resort vacation. The host was extremely responsive and excellent to work with, which made everything so easy. Highly recommend this Airbnb for families looking for fun and relaxation!

This is the beautiful home about 30 minutes from Disney World with traffic. There are a lot of restaurant options around the home. The character touches in the home are beautiful. My daughter enjoyed the slide, the entire trip! We did have an issue with the pool table, not working during our stay, and my daughter was also injured because there was broken glass from a previous stay in the living room carpet. Other than that, I had a pretty good stay!

Honestly, we have stayed at a lot of Airbnbs in the Orlando/Central Florida area and this one has been the most beautiful one to date. It is so cozy and you can tell that it was perfectly and purposely curated to provide an oasis for its guests. Everything was in perfect condition and I can only hope the future guests take extra care of the space so it remains that way! The hosts were amazing and always responsive. We didn’t need to run out and buy anything, everything that was provided was just enough for our stay. The kids rooms were so cute and the slide was definitely popular. The Pac-Man game brought back so many memories and was a blast to play again. The beds were comfortable and all the appliances worked. In terms of location, this property is near so many amazing restaurants and Walmart is literally 2 minutes away, maybe even less. It was 25 minutes away from the Disney Bubble which was very important to us. We cannot wait to come back and have nothing negative to say. 10/10

Beautiful place but many frustrations Positive: Property was very clean and spacious, beautiful interior. We felt like we had plenty of room without everyone being on top of each other. Negative: We were EXTREMELY disappointed that the lazy river was not operable. It was the number one reason that we booked this stay and my sister, whose birthday it was, was so upset about it. We were not notified that we would not be able to use the lazy river, which in my opinion was a big selling point of the listing. Had we known it wasn’t working we would’ve stayed somewhere else. Also the front gate was very frustrating. Sometimes with 30 cars ahead of us to get in, taking almost 45 minutes to get into the gate. The last thing was that I paid my security deposit many days before our check-in, I told the host the same day that we were checking in that it was made and no one notified me that my card had denied it due to thinking it was fraud so I had to sit outside of the townhouse for about 45 minutes before I could get anyone to answer me and it completely ruined the birthday surprises I had planned for my sister. Air honey table did not work either, and we couldn’t figure out how to get the other games turned on.

We enjoyed our stay and the home was as described. They were able to accommodate an early checkin and late checkout, which was great! It was easy to communicate with them with prompt responses and they were very helpful. We couldn’t get a couple of games to work in the game room but they offered to send maintenance to fix it. Would stay here again.

The townhouse was amazing to stay at. It’s worth coming back to this townhouse if I ever visit Florida again.
When I return to Florida this is the only place I would stay. Matter of fact I’m coming back just to Positive: The home was beautiful personal huge clean and everything you could ever dream of. The pool is fabulous so many bedrooms and bathrooms. Negative: Didn’t like leaving. HONESTLY
