We stayed in unit 330. Everything was great. Everything was very clean when we got there. The kids loved the marvel themed bedroom. Master bed was very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Luiz was very responsive host. The only thing that stood out was the host communication and responsiveness and property location.\n\nPros:\nClose to Disney parks (20 mins)\nPrivate and peaceful\nClose to lot of food options (10 mins drive)\nWhole place for yourself\nWell furnished and upkept\nLarge space with a lot for large family \n\nCons:\nIts an Apartment not a home \nThe parking is a bit tight\nThe main entry door to the apartment lock os weird and sometimes doesn’t work\nThe air pressure in the corridor makes u feel someone is knocking on your door\nThe bunk bed upstairs cannot be used as anyone sleeping wakes up hits the light\nThe bathroom in master suite is a little too modern open into bedroom with full visibility into bedroom\nThe beds were springs and too soft, causing back aches and restless sleeps\nWardrobe doors in kids bedroom needs to be mend\nDoesn’t provide body wash (soaps only)\nWashing machine powder was in weird place below sink, i dint get to use it as i was unable to find it

This is our second time at this place. We had a different unit of course. The facility is clean and has friendly and helpful staff. The units we have used were clean and had many of the items provided that were needed for our short stay. The units are clean and affordable...nothing fancy! They fit our need exactly! We don't care about fancy! We are barely inside on vacation anyways!! Clean, friendly and comfortable is our main concern and this was met with ease!!! The spa and the pool area are wonderful and very clean! A chair for all of our family waa easy to find. The water was clean and the pool as well. I am a super host in Michigan... so I am picky when it comes to clean and comfortable! i treat my guests the same way they did us... respectful and always communicated! We would use this place again in the future! Don't hesitate to book them!

Everything was just as they said it would be. my family and I were extremely comfortable and would definitely come back in the future!

Positive: It was very close to to Disney world as well as the amazing facilities it come with. Negative: Our Linens aren’t clean, and there was a nail in the sheets of the bottom bunk. Not to mention the bunk beds are very shake and I won’t trust kids to sleep on the top

Family Time! Positive: We loved the layout! It was perfect for our kiddos to have their own side of the condo. They also loved the room and bunk beds. We loved our room with the shower and tub, very spacious master bedroom! Overall, great stay. We definitely recommend it. Negative: Just keep in mind it's not childproof. No outlet covers in the main room or kids' room if you bring littles like we did. But everything else was pretty much great.

I invite everyone who wants to travel to Orlando specifically to Disney wolrd can book this place Positive: It’s a quiet place with a good atmosphere,and close to Walt Disney World,me and my family enjoyed the gym,the pool and the game’s room Negative: Everything was fine,only if the could add some face towels that could be perfect

Amazing Positive: Family Friendly & very convenient

Short but quaint. Positive: We didnt get breakfast we bought food. Its a bit off the beaten path however its not too bad to get to...... The master bedroom was on one side and the kids room was on the other side. Thw layout of the apartment was nice and amenities qere pretty good my choldren enjoyed the pool Negative: The parking garage was very tiny it was very hard to manuver with my SUV. The AC went out and it was hrs b4 someone came out 2 fix it.

Overall great location; the apartment itself is spic and span and looks like the pictures. The beds are comfortable. Necessities are provided; however, there is limited kitchenware. We would come back as there are many positives, and the location felt safe for families. Unfortunately, the place lacks that feeling of home and is clearly run like a business. The A/C is too restrictive, so it is hard to get comfortable, especially during hot days and at night. Communication is also somewhat slow compared to when you have a regular host, even though they do come around and fix issues when they are brought up. Our main issue with the location is that we were unable to enjoy the outdoor veranda as the neighbors had their dogs urinate and poop on their veranda. In addition, the dog barked, and they argued and screamed late at night, which made it hard for the children to sleep. The upstairs neighbors pulled around furniture at odd hours. We could also smell weed in the hallways.

Staying here was worth the money. If I wanted to stay off property I would stay here again for sure. Positive: The location was closer to Disney than expected. It was less than 10 minutes to the gate and about 10-20 minutes to Disney Springs depending on traffic. We didn’t use the pool or any of the extra things they offered. There was an issue with the WiFi but the owner gave me a second network to use as soon as I mentioned it wasn’t working. The best was comfortable as well. Negative: Overall it was very nice.

El alojamiento tiene cucarachas, tuvimos que salir de emergencia en pleno 31 de Diciembre. Lo mas seguro es que todo Palisades Condominium tenga cucarachas

I chose this airbnb because it was in close proximity to my relative and it being pet friendly. The property doesn’t not fully match the pictures online. Based off the description I assumed this would be a great place for someone with a dog. Because the property was located next to a major/heavily traveled road it lacked green space needed for a dog and available green space was either disgustingly filthy or right next to the road. Overall building and unit could be cleaner and the place needs heavy updates. The hallways smelled like weed and febreeze. Main entrance doors never lock and made it easy for anyone to just walk onto the elevators to find a unit. We cut our stay short after small roaches were found in the kitchen, main bedroom, and common area. The host called “pest control” which was a maintenance guy with Ortho Home Defense. Chemicals I could have purchased from Home Depot instead of calling a professional pest control. Listen to me and other reviewers and do not stay!!!!

Decepcionante Negative: Booking nunca me dijo antes de pagar que tenia que hacer un deposito de seguridad usando una plataforma diferente a booking, resulta que llegue en la noche, teniamos dos niños pequeños (4 y 9) y no pudimos entrar hasta la 1 am cuando se pudo procesar el pago del deposito, porque la pagina del pago daba error con todas las tarjetas que usabamos, hasta que despues de muchos intentos se proceso el pago, yo le solicite al anfitrion, la posibilidad de pagar en cash, pagar al otro dia y no acepto nada, que no podiamos entrar hasta que pagaramos en deposito, aun cuando ya nos habian descontado el monto total de toda la reserva, no tuvo ningun tipo de empatia aun cuando le dije que los niños estaban muy cansados, que teniamos 2 dias viajando. Aparte de todo, no habian tendido las camas, tenia sabanas sucias, los baños estaban a medio limpiar, el mueble de la sala se ve super sucio, nosotros tuvimos que lavar sabanas a esa hora para poder dormir. De verdad que no lo recomiendo para nada.

Loved our stay here! the patio was so tranquil and we felt so at home here. The place was so spacious and felt very luxe. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive, my bf and I can’t wait to come back and stay here again. The only thing I wish they had were coffee pods for the coffee machine.

ממליץ בחום Positive: הבטחתי לבעל מלון, לאויס שהביקורת שלי אני אכתוב בעברית ואתרגם גם לאנגלית. בית מלון דירות פנטסטי, במרחק נסיעה כי חצי שעה מהפארקים. גישה מאוד נוחה עם רכב, במלון יש בריכה, ז'קוזי, סאונה, חצר יפה מאוד עם שולחנות וספסלים. מלון מאוד נקי. הדירה ממש גדולה עם מרפסת ענקית. דירה עם מטבח ענק שמכיל כל מה שנדרש להכין אוכל. לואיס , היה מאוד קשוב לבקשות שלנו וסיפק כל מה שנדרש והיה סופר נדיב !!! מאוד, מאוד ממליץ על בית מלון זה Negative: אין

Okay place, great location. Positive: Close to Disney, secluded. Negative: The bunk bed is very sketchy. It sways and creeks at any movement. It’s so close to the ceiling, if you sit up in bed, you’ll smack your face on a light bulb. The floor is sagging in places through the hallway and makes you feel like you’re going to fall through the floor.

Just not happy with overall experience, and roaches throughout stay were the main reason. Positive: Roaches. Complicated check-in process. And possible link to fraudulent site wanting to acquire your card information having nothing to do with property.

Filthy & critters literally everywhere unacceptable and catfish pictures

Overall, it was a great place to stay—the location was convenient, parking wasn’t bad, and the place was clean for the most part. I also appreciate that the host were attentive to a degree and responsive when needed.

Sugestão de melhorias Positive: Ótima localização e facil comunicação com o proprietário. Negative: O predio não tem controle de acesso, assim como o estacionamento, sendo um ponto de vulnerabilidade. O apartamento durante, a noite a tinha uma infestação de insetos (baratas).

Lo recomiendo 💪 Positive: El apartamento muy limpio, el lugar muy tranquilo, amplio y muy cómodo. Negative: Falta un supermercado cerca.

Localização boa, conforto ruim Positive: Boa localização, próxima a mercados e parques Negative: Burocracia para a e trada, o link de pagamento do caução simplesmente não funcionava e não autorizaram a entrada até que fosse pago. O sofá estava rasgado Apesar de ter 2 banheiros, quando utilizava um banheiro, o outro praticamente não tinha água.

Positive: Možnosť parkovania, bazén, priestranný apartmán, dobre vybavený (nové zariadenie, veľká funkčná kuchyňa, veľké TV v každej miestnosti, práčka so sušičkou), veľký balkón, herňa, posilňovňa, dobrý internet, čistota. Negative: Komplikovaná, skoro žiadna komunikácia zo strany ubytovateľov, hluční susedia - hluk nie je odizolovaný, slabší tlak vody v sprche, ocenil by som ručnú sprchovú hlavicu.

Positive: The apartment is really spacious and it was clean. Beds were also comfortable. The apartment itself was nicely decorated, but a bit dated. Negative: The building is old and needs some maintenance. There is a weird smell in the hallways, the people upstairs were very loud and the people next door had a dog who was constantly barking. It is also not close to anything and you have to get in your car to even go to the store.

O atendimento foi muito bom!! O apartamento estava super limpo é um espaço grande com cômodos grandes. Máquina de lavar louça e roupas muito boas. E adorei mais ainda o mimo que deixaram com papel higiênico e sabão. chegamos muito tarde e ajudou muito isso.

Nice place but upstairs neighbors are very loud till late. The apartment was clean but Clorox smell was strong at first step in but it goes away eventually.
