This place is great to stay especially if you are utilizing the theme parks. 10-20 min drive to disney parks. Right up the street from Wawa which is great bc it is 24hours. Quiet residence, large bathrooms and comfortable beds. If you have dogs - the pet walk area isn’t huge, but there is a sidewalk right outside the complex and the area felt very safe the whole trip. We will be back!
This was a work trip, and our crew really liked this home. It was very clean, spacious, nicely decorated, and they told me the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of restaurants, and grocery stores around, as well. The host, Luiz was great at communicating. We will definitely stay there again when in the area. Thanks for the great hospitality!
The photos on this listing are heavily edited. The apartment is much darker/gloomier than it appears. The apartment building/hallways have a very bad smell (like heavy air freshener scents trying to cover a foul stench). Our apartment also had a bad smell. We bought some Febreze to spray throughout our apartment, which helped a little bit. There were air freshener cartridges in every room, so it is obvious there is an odor problem that they are trying to cover up. The heat did not work. We reached out to Luiz, who told us the apartment did not have heat and that heat was not listed as an amenity on the listing (not true). The weather was very cold during our stay, so instead of waiting to see if the heat existed/could be fixed, we eventually decided to leave and go to a hotel. Airbnb refunded us for the night we didn’t stay. The Palisades are close to the Disney parks and the price was low for the amount of space. However, I would not recommend this place (or any unit at Palisades).
We only came for a few days but really enjoyed the condo. We ate at Friar Tuck and Ford’s Garage . Food was great at bot Positive: Loved the condo but needs a few minor things fixed. Really enjoyed the screened in porch. Location was great. Good price. Negative: You can tell it needs a little updating on a few minor things but overall, it was great. Parking garage needs to be worked on. A little tight getting in and out even with a midsize SUV. Don’t try to go in with a dully.
Great for Family Positive: The place was nice, very clean. Was organized with a separate master suite to give a little more privacy. Was basic, but nice. Negative: The kitchen could use a few items, mainly potholders and trivets. There's no carts to help with transporting things from car to unit. The parking was difficult to navigate.
Luiz, the host was very responsive and the restaurants in the area was not far away from the location. It is quiet area, no issues with noise.
The establishment provided a sense of comfort and warmth. It was a pleasant and welcoming environment. I would consider staying there again. Appreciation is extended to the staff for their accommodating service.

Een okay plek om te slapen. Niet echt om te chillen buiten. We zaten op 4 hoog. Op verzoek zijn we wel vlot geholpen aan een ander appartement met minder verkeerslawaai. Het meubilair is ietwat verouderd maar bedden, badkamers en keuken waren zeer schoon. Luiz de host was geweldig!

Nett, aber in die Jahre gekommen Positive: Die Wohnung war groß und nah zu den Disneyparks. Negative: Die Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Es müsste dringend renoviert werden. Leider hatten wir in der Küche auch diverse kleine "Mitbewohner". Man sollte vor dem Ankommen darauf hingewiesen werden, das man nochmals die Kreditkarte und die persönlichen Angaben in den persönlichen Nachrichten von Booking autorisieren muss, bevor man die Zimmernummer und den Code dazu bekommt. Nur mit Hilfe einer netten amerikanischen Bewohnerin des Hauses, ist es uns gelungen mit dem Veranstalter Kontakt aufzunehmen und nach 2h endlich die Wohnung zu finden. Bitte immer richtig die englischen Mail lesen und beantworten.
Nice condo and perfect for what we needed. A little tight to park for large trucks/vehicles but not the hosts fault, just a small garage. Great location and close to family so we will be back!
