Buena relación precio calidad. Positive: El tamaño y comodidad del apartamento. El equipamiento de lavado y secado de ropa. La posibilidad de dejar el vehículo en las instalaciones sin costo adicional. Negative: El horario de checkin a las 16hs me parece demasiado y la inflexibilidad para ingresar antes de ese horario o dejar maletas. Llegué 15.35hs y no me dejaron ingresar hasta las 16hs en punto.

Great Value for Money Positive: This is our 2nd time staying with Upstay while in the area. Everything is at what it should be. We don’t get to use the amenities as much as we would like so those aren’t a big deal to us. We will definitely stay here again when available Negative: The apartment up stairs sounded like someone was having a dance every night between 11pm and 2am. We understood that Upstay doesn’t own all units in this building so we just found ways to deal with it ! Also needs better working remotes for living room. It’s just a basic universal remote that doesn’t work with the tvs

Below expectations, 2 starts. Negative: These guys forgot me at the airport, making me wait for hours! Unacceptable. Plus, the apartment was nothing like the photos—it was old. We killed two cockroaches, there were feces splashes under the toilet seat, dirty dishes, etc. The Wi-Fi password didn’t work, and we couldn’t find anyone to help us. Far below my expectations, so don’t expect good treatment or anything beyond the low price we paid.

Negative: דברים לשיפור - כבר בזמן ההזמנה היה לנו מוזר שיש לדירה רק ביקורת אחת עד כה. ואחרי שסגרנו את ההזמנה דרך booking הבנו גם מדוע - המשכיר דורש למלא פעם נוספת פרטי כרטיס אשראי בלינק נוסף חדש מטעמו כעירבון על נזקים לנכס. תמוה ולא מקובל! נותרנו במצב שלא הייתה לנו ברירה כך שהיינו חייבים למלא זאת כתנאי לקבלת פרטי הדירה וקוד הכניסה... לקח זמן עד שהקוד התקבל כשאנחנו ממתינים בלובי ולא היה עם מי לדבר. הכול אוטומטי. הדירה מזכירה "חדר בריחה" - דבר אינו פשוט: קוד הכניסה בהתחלה, אחר כך סיסמה לווייפיי שלא עבדה כהלכה ולקחת זמן לבעלים לתת מענה לגביה. גם המים החמים נגמרו מהר, וכשפנינו לבעלים - השיב שיש להעלות את הטמפרטורה דרך איזשהו ארון שירות. את ארון השירות שבו אפשר לטענתו להעלות את טמפרטורת המים במקלחת - טרם מצאנו עד היום. ולו לא היה אכפת! בכל בוקר התעוררנו מוקדם בעל כורחנו (הזמנו מראש לשלושה ימים). מכל הבית המושקע כאן לא השכילו לשים וילון עם האפלה נגד השמש. ראש קטן וחוסר תשומת לב לפרטים הקטנים. לא מעט פאקים מעצבנים שמעידים על ראש קטן ובעיקר קטנוניות. לדוגמה יש חומר כביסה בכמות קטנה ואין מרכך כביסה. מנקה אסלות יש רק בשירותים אחד. למה?? סופק מעט סבון שמספיק למקלחת אחת, ואין בכלל סוכר או מלח ופלפל - דבר שנהוג בכל דירה אחרת אליה נכנסנו. ולבסוף - כשביקשנו late check out, הבעלים סירב לנו מעבר ל10:00, אפילו לא לחצי שעה. אפס גמישות.

Very clean, great value for an Orlando vacation.

Positive: Es excelente, super comoda para una familia. Negative: Deberian cambiar las cortinas de las habitaciones por black out ya que amanece y tenes el sol adentro del cuarto. El resto es excelente

Great place to stay. Originally reserved it for 4 nights, but ended extending for one more night! Honestly everything was perfect. Would 100% recommend!

It’s not worth the money. Negative: The place is a mess. “Pet friendly” but if your dog makes any noise they threaten to fine you or cancel your stay. The tenants they have in the building blast music and don’t care about the other guest. The building workers fly through the parking zone without a care about anyone else. The place was dirty, stained sheets, shower drains full of hair, carpet made your feet turn black and our room was infested with fleas. To sum it up we didn’t stay for our whole booking, we rented a house 2 days after arriving.

If you need the internet for work or other matters this is not the place. There is no hot tub and pictures are nothing like the reality of the outside premises.

Our 3rd time with Upstay & Luiz. Great stay as always. We will be returning.

I had an amazing stay at Upstay in Winter Garden. I didn’t get the exact condo I booked, but the one I got was just as beautiful , super clean, comfortable, and perfect for our trip. My mornings were everything: a relaxing session in the sauna, then stepping onto the porch to watch the sun rise right in front of the building. And at night, you can catch the Disney fireworks from the property, which feels like a little bonus magic. The area is quiet and peaceful. It’s not really walking distance to stores because of the busy road, but the neighborhood next door is great for morning walks. And the best surprise, an amazing fresh-cut fruit stand right across the street with incredible fruit cups and fresh juice every day. Truly a gem. Such a clean, relaxing, and enjoyable stay. I’d absolutely come back.... 5 stars *****

Unloved and unclean - my white socks will never be the same again Positive: The pool is great as is the communal area on the first floor. The apartment itself is a good size and in a good location but the photographs in listing are not very honest. They were either taken years ago or have been touched up. Negative: The apartment is pretty filthy - the floor is so gross that my white socks will never be the same again. I found hair in every single bed which is totally inexcusable. The furniture is all very old and pretty shabby and damaged. Some of the furniture in the photographs has been swapped and is badly scuffed or damaged. It's like it has been furnished with the owners old furniture or from a thrift store. The paint work is badly damaged/chipped and in some places its covered in human gunk (black marks where it has been touched a million times). It feels very empty and unloved without any decor or little homely touches, even the rug pictured in the living room has been removed. It's like a part furnished house that is totally empty apart from the furniture. Generally the building is a bit unwelcoming - the hallway really stinks!

Good room

It was a beautiful home, everything matched accurately. We had a few hiccups, however, the Host was very responsive and helpful & diligent! Luiz is also extremely kind, & responsive. Would definitely book again! Gratitude for wonderful place and energy!

I have had the worst experience with booking.com and I do not recommend using them. Positive: The service I was provided was horrible and the pictures that are online of the room look nothing like the actual room. Negative: My needs were not met, and I had to call the property several times in which they stopped answering my calls.

SERVICIO DEFICIENTE. Positive: La ubicación fue excelente para nuestros objetivos. Negative: Nos hospedamos en el apartamento 313. Los implementos de cocina deficientes, NO había una tabla para picar, había licuadora pero no colador para hacer un jugo, había cafetera pero NO había un filtro para el café. Se han negado a expedirme la factura y llevo un mes solicitandola. Servicio al cliente DEFICIENTE.

Lugar muy amplio y comodo

The host was very responsive and very friendly. The place itself was not very clean and had a very strong odor. There were a lot of stains on the carpets and the flooring elsewhere had a stickiness when you walked on it. Also, random hair found in the towels and on the couch. Not a huge deal, but not ideal. The outdoor porch was amazing and very peaceful. The pool was our favorite part. It was very clean, perfect water temperature and tons of seating available. We had a great stay overall, just wish the unit was cleaner.

Great location

Absolutely wonderful condo. Close to everything. Easy to get in and out of. Hosts were very accommodating and super nice. Any issues we had were attended too immediately.

The location was exactly where I needed to be, and I appreciated that it was farther away from the Orlando traffic. There’s a new shopping and dining area close (with a Target and a variety of restaurants). If you’re staying there for vacation, it’s close to Disney and you can be on property quickly! The host was responsive when I had a question about the WiFi, and very quickly helped me out.

The communication was excellent and the place was even closer to Disney than I expected. We had a wonderful stay.

Overall satisfied

Gabriel and Anna are friendly and responsive helping me from the beginning locating the place till check out. I had left one of my bags when I checked out and they had been very helpful to coordinate pickup from the lost and found after couple days. The apartment was nice and clean. You would need to drive a few miles to the nearest restaurant and grocery but that’s ok for us as we always plan our way. Overall it’s a very nice stay.

Simply Amazing!

Condo building has no staff, and needs cleaning. Positive: The location was near to Disney, but does not have access to bus or transport to it. You have to have a rental car or private car. The building is old, almost abandoned. It smelled awful in the hallway outside the 3rd floor elevator. There was no staff. The condo unit itself was clean and nicely decked. The Master bed had a smell, and I could not sleep well with it. Negative: The description of this place was deceiving. It omitted other information. The driveway in the parking area was very narrow, and you could curb your wheel rims easy.

Beautiful apartment

I do not recommend this location. Positive: Checking in was fine - we had to wait in the lobby due toa early flight and no early check-in. Lobby was nice but the hallway smelled musty as they attempted to spray room fresher to cover it up. Negative: The condo AC was struggling to provide cool air while the days were well over 90 degrees. The floors, walls, bedsheets and bathrooms were covered with other people’s hair which was quite unpleasant. Also struggled with locking the door… called customer service and they couldn’t help us out in a timely fashion so we had to ask someone walking by for help.

Everything was according to the description, communication was very clear and quick responses from Gabriel made it all smooth.
