Fantastic place. Needs maintenance. Positive: The house is beautiful and spacious, and we were very comfortable. The rooms are large, and it's fantastic that each one has its own bathroom. The location is also good and quiet. The house doesn't have a covered garage; however, there is a very large parking area, enough for three large 15-person vans. The door staff is extremely friendly and helpful, very good and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation, except for a few maintenance issues we encountered. Renata was proactive in resolving the problems we had, although most could have been avoided with better supervision before our arrival. Negative: This was a major drawback: - We arrived to find the heating wasn't working on the coldest winter days. We arrived on a Wednesday, and the problem wasn't resolved until Saturday, after many complaints to Renata. This is unacceptable, especially since I asked several times before arriving if the heating and appliances were working properly. Some family members got sick because of how cold the rooms were. - They asked for a $500 USD deposit (outside booking.com platform), but without mentioning any pre-existing damage to the furniture, appliances, etc. This was very stressful because the house has a lot of worn/damaged furniture and equipment, and we had to report all of this to avoid having it deducted from the deposit. We were tourists, not house inspectors; this could have been avoided if they had told us about the pre-existing damage. - We informed them that we would be 25 people well before arriving, but there weren't enough pots suitable for cooking for so many people. Renata was proactive in quickly getting a larger pot. - Other maintenance issues we informed were promptly fixed.

Renata was such a wonderful host. Great location good for large group and families. Spacious rooms and game room. Host is very responsive, polite , accommodating. Good security neighborhood. Parking for 3-5 sedan vehicles on the property, if you are looking for more parking will need to go off site due to no parking in street, you can park in the pool area. Nonetheless the stay was absolutely amazing and will definitely recommend this place.

The property's appearance matched the photos online. The numerous rooms, each with a private bathroom, comfortably accommodated our group. The kitchen featured an extensive range of appliances, including two refrigerators and two dishwashers. However, one dishwasher, which initially failed to function was repaired and subsequently produced smoke after being repaired and had to be repaired again. One refrigerator's ice maker was non-functional, and the other emitted a strong, unpleasant odor due to inadequate cleaning. While the property is visually appealing, the cleaning staff needs to enhance their services. Conversely, the pool, spa tub, and surrounding area were clean and well-maintained. Our host, Renta Always, responded promptly to our requests and had someone come to repair everything immediately. We also appreciated her flexibility in accommodating our early check-in request. Overall, I would recommend this property due to its location, size, amenities and nice rooms.

The house was completely filthy, all of the furniture was dirty, shower curtains had mold on them, clogged bathroom stinks, not rags and towels, out of 15 bedrooms only 5 tvs work, the carpet is very dirty, all of the beds was filthy, the theater room tv didn't work, lounge furniture was broken, 2 of my family members fell threw the chairs that was setup like they was fine went right through them and injured themselves, spider webbs hanging from the dining room and kitchen chandelier, no broom to sweep with, patio won't lock we stayed 5 days without being able to feel safe with a locked door. We had our entire stay interrupted with the cleaning team that didn't clean anything. That house is an disaster seriously. I requested another house they said no. I requested an refund they said no because we stayed. We tried to get out of there since day 1 and absolutely no help. It was 22 people in my party how do you find other accommodations for 22 people in a single day who flew from all over

Our stay at this beautiful home was incredible! The property is spacious, spotless, and perfect for large groups or family gatherings. The pool area was one of our favorite spots—clean, relaxing, and great for spending the afternoons together. The game room was a huge hit with everyone; there was always something fun to do, and it kept both the kids and adults entertained. The home had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, which made our stay comfortable and stress-free. Everything was well-organized, and Renata was communicated clearly and responded quickly Ali she was always very attentive to anything we may need. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy for our group to cook and share meals. We loved every moment of our stay and would absolutely return. PS: Renata is a wonderful host—friendly, helpful, and always quick to communicate. She went above and beyond to make our visit comfortable. We’re grateful for her great hospitality!

The property is very spacious with all of the necessary amenities to accommodate a large group. Positive: It was keyless entry and the code worked perfectly.

The home had everything we needed for our party of 24. Very spacious. Positive: The location was centered around so many attractions and restaurants. The neighborhood was very quiet. We are already looking forward to next year. Negative: We had a few hiccups with the air conditioning but the host quickly rectified the problem. The gameroom is in the garage and so it was very hot.

The home was very spacious and had the perfect amount of rooms for my family. The home was stocked with plenty of towels for the pool. \nSome things could use a refresh but overall a great place to rent.\nDuring our stay, a piece of an item broke during normal use. I informed the host immediately and asked for information on how it would be resolved. I’ve had to follow up 3 times seeking an update and still don’t have a resolution 2 weeks after checking out. It’s extremely disappointing that it seems the resolution is being delayed without any explanation or anticipated time for a response. This has unfortunately impacted my experience of the trip. Im hoping AirBnB can assist in prompting the owner to provide an update on the matter.

The property was huge and great for our big family. Everyone has it’s own room. The host was very responsive to all my inquiries. Will definitely book again in the future.

This home was big for my huge family. The host was very responsive which was good. Despite something left behind in one of the beds and the roaches this home was still amazing. The pool and the jacuzzi was the best thing there. Ooo and also the AC doesn’t work properly but besides that me and my family enjoyed ourselves. Thanks again.

I wanted to love it, but the lack of cold AC, the worn, stained furniture, and the roaches. Positive: The location was great. Easy and close access to parks, attractions, and shopping. The house was spacious, the host responses were courteous. Negative: It was 80 degrees inside the house when we arrived. We had to call to ask to get it cooler. I read another review about the house being unbearably hot, so this is not something of which they are unaware. My sister had to buy a fan. My nephew was dripping sweat inside the house. The coolest the house ever got was 74 degrees in the middle of the night when there was no sun shining. The house needs a deep cleaning like sofas and carpets shampooed /deodorized ...the things that hold germs and odors. There was what might have been a pet stain in the carpet in the downstairs master suite. (I was afraid to go shoeless). Some of the dining chairs were wobbly, the stools around the island are worn and cracked badly. The cute Super Mario bedroom had a wobbly bunkbed that we were afraid to let the boys sleep in. Even with all that, I wanted to love the house. But when we saw roaches in the kitchen, that was the straw that broke the camels back for me.

Disney/SeaWorld Family Vacation July 2025 Positive: My family of 26 loved the following about the vacation home at 2562 Shanti Drive, Kissimmee, Florida: 1. We loved the location. We were very close to Walmart & Sams. In addition, we were 5-15 miles from Magic Kingdom, Sea World, and many more Orlando attractions. Many of the attractions were a part of the Orlando City Pass. That was a definite plus. 2. We loved the value and size of the vacation home. We had plenty of space to be close and apart as needed. 3. We loved the pool and especially the jacuzzi. The jacuzzi heated up quickly and was hot and wonderful. 4. We loved that bath and pool towels were provided for quests. 5. We loved the home decor, the comfortable sofa & beds, and the theater room. 6. We loved that our hosts and maintenance team tried their best to make our stay comfortable. Some issues were not their fought. Negative: The vacation home is huge, well equipped, and mostly accommodating except for the following: 1. We did not like that we could not enter our vacation home until 4:30 pm because the housekeeping staff had not finished cleaning.In addition, we had to wait until the next morning for clean towels. 2. We did not like that two of the sinks, and two of the bathtubs were clogged. 3. We did not like that the king and queen rooms on the 1st floor had televisions that did not work even after maintenance came to repair the problem. 4. We did not like that no grill was allowed on the premises for preparing grilled food, especially during the spring/summer months, and that this information was not shared in the advertisement. 5. We did not like that 2 of the upstairs bed rooms were very warm, and no fans were supplied to keep guests cool. 6. We did not like that there was not enough parking for a vacation home that advertised accommodations for 32 people. Is it best to have a gameroom or 3 more parking spaces. Unfortunately, one person's car was towed.

The home itself is absolutely beautiful..truly a 5-star property. It’s very spacious, well-designed, and comfortably accommodated all of my guests, making it perfect for hosting and enjoying a group stay. However, I did experience some cleaning issues, which is the only reason I couldn’t rate the overall stay 5 stars. While the host was responsive and made efforts to accommodate my concerns, I still believe it’s important to share honest feedback. A more thorough, detailed cleaning is needed throughout the home. The carpets upstairs and downstairs should be professionally cleaned, and the walls need to be wiped down, as they appeared visibly dirty in most areas. That said, the hostess and staff were very responsive and easy to communicate with, which I truly appreciated. The location is also a major plus conveniently close to stores and restaurants, with a smooth check-in process and easygoing security. Overall, I would absolutely consider staying here again once these are addressed!

Everyone loved the house. All Adult guys on a work trip. 13 in total all had their own bed and bath. Plenty of room for everyone.

I would 1000% stay here again. We had such a wonderful stay and experience. Everything was clean, comfortable, organized. It was in a private corner and located in a great neighborhood! The host was always responsive and instructions were always clear, great experience overall!

Our state was phenomenal! The host was amazing to us. The house was epic! The ping-pong balls were broken, but they still worked. Other than that, it was the best day of all time! I couldn’t recommend it more.

Heater inside the room was not working. Since day we left . Very incoveniewnce and to much promises did not make it.

Our host was very attentive and accommodating! They kindly allowed us to check in early and even offered a late checkout (an hour later) at no extra charge, which we really appreciated. The home was fully stocked, spotless, and looked exactly like the photos. This home was everything we expected and more! It was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our stay. There were plenty of towels, toilet tissue, and all the essentials we needed. The location was also great and made getting around easy. Overall, a wonderful experience. I’d definitely stay here again!

The place was amazing. It was conveniently located to everything. It was so huge so big it had two of everything. Definitely would stay here again.

Positive: La casa esta muy linda, super equipada. La gente que ayuda esta pendiente todo el tiempo. Los cuartos muy comodos, todos con baño y closet propio. Muy cerca de los parques. Pasamos unos días divinos. Negative: Solo el servicio de limpieza que se contrata aparte, seria bueno que fueran mas personas a limpiar ya que es muy grande y no le dio tiempo en un solo dia.
