Clean, quiet, nice space for a family of 4, but needs upkeep.

Overall a very good place!! Positive: Loved the location of this Condo and its accessibility, as well as proximity to various places in Orlando. It is very quiet too, and ideal for a family break. Negative: The facility could improve with regular cleaning, and allowing access to the property for Uber drivers and meal delivery to allow a better overall stay experience for tourists.

this was perfect for my little family vacation. it was clean and quiet. Positive: I loved everything about the place except one thing Negative: need 1 remote per tv. the tv in the parents room does not turn on.

The host was wonderful and communicated quickly and regularly checked in to make sure we weren’t in need of anything. Great location in Orlando area and a peaceful neighborhood.

Definitely would stay again ! the host was very nice 👍 which made everything easier the couple questions that I did hav Positive: Everything was clean and I like that the bed was very comfortable in the master bedroom.. Negative: Only thing I did not like is there was very little parking. Literally Had to walk a good distance to get to my car.

some what welcoming the place needs updates not terrible but not great

Host was welcoming. TVs were nice. Beds comfortable. It the unit itself is very outdated and needs refurbishing.

Don’t come here! Negative: the place not looking anything like the pictures.location is BAD! It’s a gated area that gives you hell to get inside .there is no “pool” you gotta pay 60 bucks so unfair we all brought bathing suits and where looking forward.staff not helpful and not kind.place is old and smells .towels with hair as if not washed and the quality of a nasty hotel you would not dare to use.the sink was leaking and made a sound the whole night .and the stuff were the worst .you are not going to feel in vacation just that you got stuck on the worst location in Orlando in the nastiest building and are counting the minutes too leave.and you are in wanted by the residents..they don’t even give you a place to throw your trash.and I would get started on the fact there is no parking spot!we walked 10 minutes each time.you can not do Uber Eats or order anything since gated area and can barely get a taxi .hope this helped I sadly don’t read reviews before coming for a full week and was forced to stay because they didn’t want to refund😞

Positive: Clean and comfortable apartment, good location as well. The night shift gate security was outstanding with me as we had an issue with checking and he helped out solving the problem Negative: Did not like the false advertasing as the post on booking.com says pool and has a pic of a pool tag and after arrival was told their was an extra charge for pool access, second when arriving late my name was not gate check in list, it wasnt for the security guy on night shift that helped clear all up, it would have been a long night

De chegada já não fomos bem recebidos, pessoas estranhas no local, deram a entender que não éramos bem vindos.\nEspaço completamente insalubre, sem condições alguma de ficar, dormimos a primeira noite pois chegamos de madrugada e não conseguimos uma outra acomodação para ficar, porém no outro dia já saímos, pois estava todo mundo com alergia atacada devido ao cheiro de fechado e mofo do local. \nPara completar, vimos uma espécie de rato no local, em resumo, assustador, não recomendo de forma alguma essas acomodações, esse é meu primeiro review negativo dês de que comecei a usar a plataforma, já tive algumas experiências que não foram perfeitas, e mesmo assim não fiz review negativo, porém essa não teve a menos condição de uso!

premiere experience avec airbnb donc un peu perdu avec les differentes instructions codes .. batiment logement pas facile a trouver mais pense que c est parce que notre 1ere experience avec airbnb aux US. quelques soucis avec le code de la cle on nous a donne un code de 4 chiffres mais fallait aussi taper une autre touche valider ..

Overall, the stay was fine. The main bedroom television remote(s)were not working. We had to manually turn it on and then program the app on our cell phone to get it to work. The gift basket was nice. The directions to the unit were difficult and we arrived after sunset so seeing numbers etc was very difficult. The online map tagged the wrong building . Walked around for 30 minutes looking for the unit. The property information book inside the unit says check out is 10 AM although everything on Airbnb says 11 AM . Parking close to the unit is impossible often and people should be warned that there is a short walk from other parking areas.

Dingy, but decent size Positive: Big enough for our needs Negative: Grimy. There was black dust around the vent in the main bedroom. The couch was covered in stains. The balcony door didn’t lock. Tried calling the number I was given for customer service multiple times before someone called back hours later. The unit was very hard to find.

Positive: Home away from home was better than a hotel with the two showers, kitchen and just being able to lounge around was great. And we enjoyed the pool Negative: Parking

Kon beter Positive: De lokatie Negative: Het complex waar het appartement zich bevindt is ok. Het appartement zelf is verouderd en écht toe aan groot onderhoud. Het was niet overal schoon. Het bestek was vies en sommige kopjes waren niet gewassen. Dat maakt het jammer!
