Fueron unas lindas vacaciones, la casa es muy amplia para una gran familia y amigos. Agradezco a Oriana que siempre respondió muy rápido mis mensajes. La casa estaba muy limpia, hay un Walmart a 5 minutos. Solo se debe tener cuidado con estacionar bien los vehículos ya que hay mucha seguridad vigilando a pesar de eso todo estuvo genial! Repetiría mi estadía mil veces. Gracias, volveremos ❤️
Our family had an amazing time at this Airbnb. Everything was exactly how it was described. We really loved how their were lots of pots and pans and kitchen utensils. As a huge family we were very happy that we had everything we needed to be able to cook and enjoy our food. The hostess also was quick to respond back to us and take care of anything we needed. Thank you very much for an amazing stay! We will for sure be booking this place again!
Estou relatando o feedback para melhoria na prestação de serviço da empresa. O combinado era o envio das instruções de checkin com um dia de antecedência, o que não ocorreu. Pior, ocorreu somente perto do horário de entrada, como fomos em turma, outro casal com 2 filhos pequenos (2 e 4 anos) ficaram sem as informações para entrada na casa demorando mais de 3 horas para poderem se acomodar após longa viagem. Além disso, no primeiro dia, um alarme disparou e inutilizou um quarto no andar de baixo por toda estadia. Esse inconveniente foi relatado, mas não solucionado durante a estadia. Outro problema foi o aparecimento de baratas na casa por um encanamento aberto no armário de dispensa. A estadia foi bem desgastante por esses problemas.

We had an amazing stay at this cozy Airbnb! The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, 25-30 mins to Disney. The house was beautifully decorated/themed and spotlessly clean. Our overall experience was fantastic, and we would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Great house, small pool, well equipped with TVs etc. safe surroundings but a bit isolated. You always need to take the car. Very close to a Walmart. Great place with kids.

This property is amazing! My family and I had such a great time here. Spacious bedrooms, bathrooms and the TV room are incredible. We didn’t had enough time to enjoy all home areas, but all of them were very well design for big families. Host and cohost were very communicative and proactive. As soon as I had a question, they contacted me immediately. Sometimes big family trips might be stressful but they helped me to have a great and relaxing time in Orlando. Thank you guys! I would totally recommend this place for everyone who is visiting Orlando soon! 🙌🏼

The place was beautiful! it was just like the pictures of not better. me and my family stayed here and we had an amazing time. everyone of every age found something they loved about the unit. Daniel and Christine were extremely nice and helpful even before we checked in and were helpful and quickly responded when it came time to check out as well. The one thing I would say to take into consideration would be the amount of up charges that comes with wanting even necessities like a high chair if you bring kids, or the use of the grill. Other than that everything was lovely and we had an amazing time.
Beautiful home and just as described. Accommodated my family of 13 with ease. The house was very clean and the pool was a plus with the Florida heat. Host was very responsive and polite. Only negative was that the kitchen wasn’t fully equipped for cooking for a large group and not enough bath towels but the host did state there would be limited amount of towels. Overall, I would definitely book this property again.

House was big plenty of space! The beds were comfortable. Nice small private pool - supplied beach towels which was nice. Has laundry room very convenient. The only downside is the houses in this complex are very close together so even the lanais aren’t necessarily very private as you can see and hear both neighbors on either side but didn’t ruin our time there we were out and about throughout the day going to parks hanging out at the clubhouse pool which was very nice large pool plenty of seating. Access in and out of the complex was very easy. overall I would definitely stay in this house again accommodated our entire large family.

DO NOT STAY HERE! We couldn’t even get into the house. When we got there the code did not work, and when we contacted UpStay they took a while to respond then they tried multiple times to give us different codes which none of them worked. So they say they’re trying to contact the “maintenance crew” and I had to call back multiple times to try and get an update to which they finally told us that “the maintenance team is not responding to us so we cannot help you tonight” after we waited 2 WHOLE HOURS with ten people sitting out in front of the property freezing with raw food in the car that needed to be refrigerated. So they ended up literally saying we can’t help you until morning, there were no other available places of theirs to go too allegedly, and they would not pay for us to stay somewhere else, they said call Airbnb and get a refund. Horrible place, will NEVER stay at an UpStay listing again. Save your time and money
This place was great for myself and extended family members. It was a total of 13 of us and it had all the space we need and much more. It was great for the older teen kids that we all had because of the garage game room. kept the kids busy. The pool was a little small for us all but, the house was huge. You would have never guessed from the look of it when, you first pull into the driveway. The house inside was in perfect condition and was very clean. I never slept so well in the bed, it was so comfortable. The only one small complain I had was the front of the house. I was kind of worried when I first pulled up. It isn't taken cared of like the inside so it gave me a bad first impression, but once you open the door you forget about the outside very quickly. I want to say to the owner you have a beautiful house Thank You for welcoming myself and my family to stay in it. It was a pleasure. Will recommend to large families for an extremely comfortable and spacious place to stay.
Me and a party of 13 had the pleasure of staying at this place. Everything was close to perfection. The theater room, the game room and the pool were my favorites. Host was very communicative and helpful. Definitely coming back.
My family and I stayed at this residence during spring break! This home was fantastic and was beyond our expectations! There was 9 of us total guest and we all had our own beds and bathrooms! It was more than comfortable for my family! The host was beyond attentive and responded fast! It was over all an amazing experience and will be staying again in the future next time my family travels to Florida! 10/10 from me and my family! :)
It was a beautiful home. Beautifully decorated. Each room was neatly arranged and comfy. I loved the fact that it had two refrigerators because having the house for up to 18 people and having 1 fridge wouldn’t make sense. So that was a plus. The host communicated very nicely and as quick as possible. No complains about this house. We all loved it!
It was a wonderful experience! The house is in a very wonderful gated community close to the parks we wanted to visit. Check in went smooth, and the hosts were attentive and response to our needs. Would definetly recommend for a big party. Just be careful sitting on the black bar stools by the counter, they all felt wobbly and unstable to the touch. We were concerned to sit on them and break them from how much they wiggled.

Overall, I really enjoyed my time here! I spent my 30th birthday here for a music festival with some friends and family. Overall was a really great time if you’re looking for some more peaceful vibes away from all the craziness this is your place to go! A lot of room a lot of activities to do definitely highly recommend if you’re looking for more stay at home activities!

We really enjoyed the size of the house, the rooms were spacious. The only thing that was a negative were the carpets. The carpets had multiple stains throughout the home. But the whole stay was very good overall!

The house was large and spacious but the carpet was stained and dirty. The rest of the house was clean and the linens were nice. My daughter’s car was parked in the appropriate parking pad in front of the house and was towed because the tow company said it was on the grass. We saw multiple cars towed while we were there. We also saw cars on the same parking pads in front of rentals that were a few feet in the grass that were not towed.It was 150 to get the car back and ruined our day at universal. I would not stay there again or recommend to anyone.

It was a nice stylish home. Positive: The home was absolutely beautiful. I loved everything about the decor to the pool and the two refrigerators. However the master room upstairs definitely had bed bugs. It was a minor bed bug issue but we still could not sleep in the bed the entire trip due to not being comfortable with the situation. The property did send someone out to spray but I still saw bed bugs. Negative: The upstairs master bedroom had bed bugs. The property manager claimed they weren’t bed bugs but I’m 100% sure it was.
Nice place to stay
This home was great for us Clean and little to no wear and tear from stays. Its about 40min from Universal but we had no problem with the commute. There were no wash clothes at all but plenty towels. I really like that we had room for 5 vehicles to park in the driveway. They were towing cars that were parked on the side of the road. The instructions were not clear. If booking ask them about the QR code for the gate because we didnt figure that out until we got to the gate. I didnt really like that because everyone has to have the QR code to enter everytime you left and came back.

We arrived at 6pm but had trouble at the airport as the baggage carousel broke, we waited 2 hours for our luggage and then another 2 hours in a queue to get our hire car so we were very tired, having left the UK at 9am, for us, the time was now after midnight which meant it was about 6am!!! We then struggled to find the house as it was dark, we finally found it which took us over an hour. Once we finally found it we couldn’t access the property with the door code that was given. We had to call upstay and try to resolve this. We were asked to try code after code and nothing worked, they then gave us a code for the key box on the wall but there was no actual key inside it. In the end we had to stay in another property for the night which wasn’t ideal. Thank goodness I had a phone that worked within the USA or we would have been stranded. This was not the best start to our holiday. The door lock should have been checked prior to our arrival. Thankfully all was ok after this, we enjoyed it

My stay at Upstay place was excellent! Despite a minor hiccup with the access code upon arrival, Bre promptly resolved the issue, and everything went smoothly from there. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Bre was also very communicative and responsive throughout our stay, addressing any concerns and providing clear instructions for garbage disposal and check-out procedures. Although there was a bit of confusion with the AC controls and the blue container trash pickup schedule, Bre responded as quickly as possible and handled the situations professionally. Overall, I would highly recommend Bre as a host and would definitely consider staying at this property again in the future.
Unfortunately, while unloading my truck the day of check-in, my car got towed because I was not informed that if you park in the road or on the grass at all, it’s a automatically tow. that was not explained to me. I explained to the tow truck driver that we were unloading the truck as we were just arriving and they said sorry unfortunately they can’t do nothing about it. We should’ve been explain that during check-in that was $175 that was not expected to be spent just because I was unloading my truck, also one of my guest that stayed with me, Car as she was unloading her car. The next day got awaken by the fire alarm going off. I text them at 7 AM. No one came out to fix the fire alarm until 3 PM in the afternoon so unfortunately that day was a little bit ruined for me and I feel like I could’ve been fixed a little faster, there’s just a lot of things I would’ve done differently. I don’t think I would ever stay at this property again.

Positive: We enjoyed stay our stay. Everything was clean upon arrival. The communication between the property staff was excellent. Will definitely book again. Negative: Only negative was that during our stay there was an internet outage. So we were unable to use the tv because the tv required internet.
The house was as described and communication with the host excellent. Full access to the house was delayed by the host for almost 2 hours beyond the 4.00pm arrival time due to cleaners still working at the property. We were, however, able to store our luggage in the garage/games room (be careful of the step down, which is hard to see in the dim lighting), and sit by the pool while we waited. Pool was clean and we paid for it to be heated - which we highly recommend during the cooler months. We wished we had booked for longer. We certainly would not hesitate to book again.

Had an amazing time at the home! It was just as pictured (even better) and incredibly clean. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. One thing we did notice, it was about a 30 minute drive to disney (16 miles), but this was not an issue as the house was worth it!
