The house was great for our large family. It is a very large house and beautiful. I was pleased overall. Communication with management was great and timely. I would definitely recommend it and would stay there again.

Family Meet-up in Orlando We had a wonderful weekend staying at this property with a group of about 30 of us. It was very spacious. Everyone had their own bathroom and bedroom and there was plenty of space for the kids to run around and play. The pool was a major hit as well as the game room & movie theater. Thank you for a wonderful stay at a lovely home!

DISSAPOINTED! Positive: The space was suitable. Negative: We experienced unbearable heat from check in until approximately 1:30pm the next afternoon. We had to buy fans for some comfort. One of the children experienced an asthma attack from the heat. The pool area showed an inflated pool slide which wasn’t there. We have frequented this area for approximately 15 years to gather with family from South Georgia. This was the MOST DISAPPOINTING trip we’ve experienced! Not to mention the PARKING and THREATS of our vehicles being TOWED. Please explain how a house with 15 bedrooms has no suitably parking? This is the FIRST time we have EVER had to secure a DEPOSIT PRIOR TO ACCESSING the PROPERTY! I DON’T plan to ever return to this property. Signed, A VERY DISAPPOINTED TRAVELER!
Spring Break Family Trip Location was great.
Overall, I had a good stay in. Customer service was excellent house was clean my family. Had a fantastic time. Positive: the property was well put together and very beautiful. I love the size of the pool also the size of the parking lot which fit all 7 cars comfortably Negative: The AC don’t seem to be working upstairs, especially at night. It gets really hot.

Don’t stay here Negative: I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND I stayed here with my family the AC didn’t want for the first 3 days after the property management group insisted that it was working properly without coming out to check. And she find out the unit was broken. We asked for extra towels and comforter and it took 3 days to get them delivered. One of the refrigerator was broken. Food spoiled and no one offered any compensation. Pool and hot tub was not served regularly. Pool was disgusting and it took 2 days to get someone out to sort it out. There was a leak in one of the bedrooms. The table games (etc) are located in the garage which is pretty hot. The ceiling fan out near the pool was broken. It was a horrible experience and I would not recommend this property.

One Of The Best Places To Stay In Kissimmee, Florida. We came down to celebrate our babies first birthday in this home literally accommodated all of my family and it was about 25 of us. Everyone had their own space on bathroom. We enjoyed the pool watching movies dinner family time fun and the game area lots of laughs and memories were created in this home. This is one of my favorite homes and we would love love love to vacation with them again. We think you should as well.

Valerie and Kyle were great hosts. Responsive to my messages. My family had a great Christmas vacation there. Beautiful large house, with great amenities, and quick drive to Disney.
The space was great for the amount of people that can stay. Make sure you bring lots of items from home. Kitchen is not stocked well for a place that expects large groups of people. We were asked to check in late and then was given the wrong door code multiple times. Took forever for the host to respond which resulted in 25 people having to go out to eat. Pool code was also wrong so we were unable to use the amenities. In the boarding pass instructions, it says there is no need for a code. Also states that check out is 11 which in fact, it is 10. Outside lights didn’t work, found out it was a breaker issue. Each day we had to switch the breaker. Cinema upstairs also did not work. No clear instructions anywhere. Altogether, this was a place for us to sleep. We could not enjoy spending time during the day there…always had to find something to do. Concept is great but lacking in many other areas. Very unorganized.

Beautiful home. There was plenty of space for my large party. Outdoor space was great! Didn't really need to leave the house for anything because of how much there was to do in the home. We had a couple minor issues and the host was very responsive to make sure all issues were solved asap. We would definitely return.
Cold water, but clean and enough space! Positive: Villa was in a perfect area! Villa was clean. Rooms were space out so everyone wasnt on each other. Enough cleaning supplies. Management was communicative. Negative: We had cold water, the game room games were broken. Not enough parking for bigger groups. We couldnt figure out how to work the second tv!
My group of 22 was very pleased with the place being cozy and comfortable with a feel at home feeling. We really enjoyed the spacious living room and dining area. The decors in the rooms were so inviting adding much comfort as you lay down to sleep. We enjoyed doing karaoke at the second floor with the big screen cinema like TV and set up like a movie theater with reclining seats. Our group plans more outings and will definitely consider Air bnb for our future journeys. We commend the hosts for the prompt responses for any questions and concerns we had.
To get into community you must go to guard shack which is on princess way. The house was great for our Bible study group. Hot tub was hot and ready as well as pool. We never used the grill but paid for it bc we just had no time. Everyone in our group was comfortable and had their own space. Game room lacked adequate balls etc but the kids still liked playing in there. Outside table was great to fellowship. Open kitchen with living room was idea for our group! We will be back! Each room having their own bathroom was a success. Their response time was excellent. More towels if all types would be great but over all zero complaints and place was clean and comfortable. Parking fit 7 cars but smaller cars not big vehicles. We made it work by utilizing community house for the cars that needed to park. But that’s if there is available. Neighbors busy not telling you and trying to charge $25 to $30 a car to park. If there’s room at community house it’s free. Don’t fall $ park
We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! It was exactly what we expected, and the glowing reviews from others were spot on. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything needed for a great gathering. It truly felt like a home away from home. We’re already looking forward to booking it again for our get-together next year. Highly recommend!
Company HQ Our company booked this house for 12 adult employees for a show that we were participating in. Big house with plenty of space. Nice outdoor patio with outdoor TV, grill, pool and hot tub. Nice that each bedroom had their own bathroom. Gameroom was fun. Hosts were very responsive to any question or concern we had. When we come to the area again next year we will definitely be looking at this location again!
I had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed and comfortable. The house was immaculately clean, thoughtfully decorated, and had everything we could possibly need. I was truly touched by the personal touches our host Renata provided - she left a birthday chocolate and even put up a birthday banner to celebrate my special day. That level of thoughtfulness really made the experience memorable and showed how much she cares about her guests. The space itself was perfect for our group. Everyone commented on how spacious and well-appointed it was. Having two refrigerators was such a practical bonus that we really appreciated - it’s those kinds of details that set this place apart from other rentals. All the rooms were beautifully decorated with comfortable beds, and the home had all the appliances and amenities we needed. Couples getaway The house is beautiful and welcoming. It’s more than enough space to feel comfortable. My stay was a couples getaway for six couples. This house was perfect because it had more than enough king beds for the couples. The only complaint was the heating system did not work for the hot tub but I received my refund right away. The management company Upstay is superb. They are professional and will do whatever they can to accommodate your needs.
Great house Our family trip was amazing, we really enjoyed our stay the location was great. Pictures were just like the listing. Beds were very comfortable. Pool area was a plus. If we had any concerns or questions the property team reached back at in a timely manner. The community pool was super cute for the little ones. Plenty of space and so many rooms the plus was each room had a their own bathroom amazing! We can honestly say this property is really great no concerns. Thank you for a great stay!!!
Work Training We utilized the housing for employees from across the country that were attending a management training event. After arranging a specific check-in time, we were surprised to not be allowed in the property by the cleaning staff. Other than that little hiccup, the stay was exactly what we needed.

This was a great weekend experience in a huge house. Positive: This house was amazingly big and beautiful. The host was also great and communicated very well through the stay. Negative: The directions to the house took us to the old entrance but it was easy to navigate to the other side.

Beautiful home! Lots of space & great response time from host. Only cons were we had problems with 2 of the bathroom showers not draining & we had to fix it ourselves because no one was able to come out until the next day. Also we had trouble with a couple of tv’s not working at all, they were unable to be fixed and as a trade the host was supposed to waive the fee for the heated hot tub and send someone out to turn it on. This never happened but we did end up getting a small credit back. It didn’t make or break our time there because we only had 1 day left of our trip but that point.
Very accommodating. Place looks better in person. No issues except we couldn’t get the hot tub to work.
Great property and so responsive
The stay was perfect. Airbnb was very beautiful minor things need to be worked on due to high booking. Kind of unfortunate. Hot tub did not heat up during our stay. But overall nice house.
Getaway Pool heat was great. The lighting in game room and outside needs a little touch up. The grill needs to be cleaned or replaced. Wanted to use it and smelled like something died in it!!!Was spacious and in great location, a little far from the guest parking though for a FYI
Poor Response Time Property was great but AC didn't work and it took a day and a half to get it fixed. Temperature outside was in the upper 80s so it was very uncomfortable. Also we did not have enough towels ot tolit tissue and response time was 6 to 8 hours
This was the largest AirB&B I’ve ever stayed at. Everyone had their own space and privacy. Each room having their own bathroom was really nice. I’ll definitely book again.

Stay Beautiful Home
I absolutely recommend staying here! First off, the house itself is just so beautiful. The beds were so comfy, water pressure in the shower was amazing, but most of the hosts were incredible! One of the guest forgot their teddy bear and when I told them, they took a picture and will send it to their home! Incredible host! I will definitely be back and even one of the guests who came with me wants to rent it now! An absolute MUST stay!
Just a couple things but no major issues. For the person that cleans the house, make sure to lift up those recliners in the movie room there was popcorn under them and we didn’t have popcorn and there was a lot. Also there was bow tie noodles on the patio from a previous guest stay. I would also recommend a privacy screen to be put up around the pool area being that the house is located right beside the road and people can see right through there. That did make me somewhat uncomfortable because people saw us as they rode by. The house was beautiful overall the host was amazing. I wish the house wasn’t located in Kissimmee because I would stay again if it wasn’t!!!!! Love Love Love the house!!!!!
Pristine house with all the amenities you need for a relaxing vacation. About 20-25 minute drive to Disney, many local restaurants and close to other attractions. Very responsive communication and every thing was up to par. We couldn’t get an early check-in however and there is no 2nd bunk bed as listed in the break-down for the rooms. Pool and jacuzzi were well kept and were nice and warm but do face the main road (privacy screen recommended). Other than that highly recommend this house! You won’t be dissapointed!
