Spacious, beautiful, accessible, affordable and spotless! Loved it! Positive: Loved the location, the ample condo space, the patioviews, the cleanliness, spotkess! the tastefully furnished common space on the 2nd floor and the immaculate amenities including: barbecues, bowling, hot tubs, fooseball, pool table etc. I was mostly impressed though by the exceptional commucation with customer service staff in general ,and Gabby in particular who was readily available to answer any questions with grace and respect. I LOVED my week stay . And, cost almost half of what I would have paid at a hotel! Negative: NA

Everything worked parking was effortless and the room and the way everything was was great will definitely be booking again when the time comes around for the price u can’t beat such a good experience and time, cheaper than even going to your ordinary basic hotels

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was convenient and quiet, and the host was very kind and responsive throughout my stay. I truly appreciated the thoughtful touches and the smooth check-in process. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Nice big clean modern space lots of amenities like bowling, billiards , swim spa. The unit is also wheel chair accessible with acessible outlets. Check-in and out was seamless and the always onsite concierge is nice. Only reason it's not 5 star is some maintenance issues that I'm sure can and will be corrected and I've messaged the owners separately. Last reason it's not a 5 star is it's a fairly noisey building. You can hear everything going in the hallway including the elevators loud beep. Even sometimes hearing neighbors within their unit.

Comfortable and Convenient Stay for Tournament Weekend! My daughter and I stayed at Union Towers during a volleyball tournament and it was a fantastic experience. The unit was clean, quiet, and well-equipped — having a full kitchen and in-suite washer and dryer made things so much easier during a busy weekend. The bed was super comfortable, and we loved the amazing views from the 10th floor — a great way to relax after long days at the tournament. The location was convenient, and the building felt safe and well-maintained. We’d definitely stay here again!

Overall a great experience. We stayed 3 days, and while we were out all day, we enjoyed coming back to this special little getaway at night and having a view of the city from our 10th floor unit. The place had everything we needed, and the cohosts were very responsive to any questions. We hope to stay again in the future.

We had a great stay! The unit was spacious enough and served our needs perfectly. Was quite impressed with the host/property management who were very responsive and prompt anytime we messaged them with a question or issue. Other than the minor glitch sorting out the parking, it was the perfect venue. The minor glitch with the parking was certainly not nearly a big enough deal to prevent us from staying there again in the future.

Property is in a good location and is a good size and well laid out. The parking we found awkward because we our plat didnt seem to be entered so we ended up having to use the phone line provided to get the gate open each time which took a while.

Unexpected surprises made for a stressful stay. Positive: The location was good, just outside of downtown Kitchener and close to everything we needed. The apartment itself was spacious and quiet. Furnishings were fine and the beds were comfortable. The pictures provide a good representation of the room/facilities but don't tell the whole story. Negative: We had a number of unexpected issues with the check in and property which made the experience very stressful.The property is managed by Upstay Canada and for some reason, I was not able to receive emails from this property. The chat on booking.com seemed to show communication was attempted, but none of the emails came through. On the day we were supposed to check in, when I still hadn't heard anything and we still hadn't gotten check in information, I called the property and was sent a link to a "boarding pass" that I was required to fill out before we could get any check in details. The boarding pass was managed through Enso connect which is some kind of AI-Powered Guest screening tool (https://ensoconnect.com/). They said they required this for a security check and security deposit (the deposit was mentioned in the house rules and booking.com said this is not necessarily unexpected). The boarding pass required a copy of my driver's license, a selfie and other personal details and also required credit card details for the deposit. If I had known a third-party AI company would be collecting my data (as well as booking.com), I would have canceled the booking, but at that point the refund period had already passed and we were hoping to check in within a couple of hours. I ended up filling in the boarding pass, though it seemed like a very sneaky/scammy way to get personal data from renters. There were some additional issues with the rental unit (toilet wouldn't flush, bathtub drain wouldn't unplug, coffee maker wasn't cleaned properly and had a moldy filter). The host was responsive when we alerted them to the issues but maintenance wasn't able to address them for over 8 hours. We were also told that there was a charge for parking (which I provided credit card details for in the boarding pass) but the garage was under construction so no charge was being applied to anyone.

Gilbert's place was amazing, it's beautifully decorated I felt like home as soon as I got there. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay at Gilbert's.

Very convenient Better choice than local hotels.

Great experience! We did not get the opportunity to walk downtown but I would recommend driving is possible. Parking and the building was 1000/10. Amenities and everything with the property was outstanding; although I wish the pool was open. The room was everything I needed and more. Will be returning at home point for sure!

Had to wait a lot for checking in, all that the security could answer is system is down. Parking is terrible you have to swipe credit card every time, got charged $50 for first 24hrs. Loud construction noise until around 8pm. Microwave burnt inside not working, kettle bad order.over $300 for 2 days doesn't worth it. First time Air bnb, never again
