The house was beautiful and there was so much to do

Home is older and needs floor repair and sinks in 3 feet very bad in front of master bedroom. It was reported and no show. No closet in master bedroom. Towels are very thin. Pool water very cold in Oct use heater however costly. Kitchen needs better cooking pans. TV’s were a challenge and need instruction to turn on in all rooms. AC does not cool in bedrooms like it does in living room. Kept the AC on temperature suggested. Pictures are deceiving so be cautious. Home repair next door was very loud at 7am. Could not check in an hour early. The game room was nice for kids. Has an AC window unit and cools well. Kitchen has plenty of dishes, cups, plastic containers, toaster and dish soap. Microwave and oven worked well. Overall I would not recommend to stay here. I was disappointed with this home condition.

Wir waren 3 Tage in diesem wunderbaren AirBnB! Super sauber, tolle Lage, hervorragende Ausstattung. Unsere Kinder haben es geliebt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Auch die Betten waren sehr bequem, Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden, der Pool war gepflegt und es gab viele Geschäfte in der Nähe. Obwohl mitten in San Antonio lag es schattig in einem ruhigen Wäldchen. Es war sehr schön 🤩

Our stay was great. Family get together plenty to do at house and plenty of room. Great host proactive with instructions and responsive to questions.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. All bedrooms have king size bed with the exception of one bedroom. The king bed was so comfortable that I think I spent more time in the bedroom 😂. My children and grandchildren enjoyed the pool. The pool was clean and comfortable too. Overall I will recommend this Airbnb. The host Hannah was friendly, responsive, and made the check-in process simple and stress-free. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would gladly stay here again. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. Thank you Hannah🤗

We loved our stay here. It had something for everyone. The house was clean and spacious. It had everything we needed. Outside area was amazing. Lots of birds with our morning coffee. The host was a great commutator. We would definitely do this again.

What an amazing stay! My family and I loved it! The house was beautiful inside and out! We made so many memories and had lots of fun! The pool was well utilized during our stay. Someone did come put more water in the pool and forgot about it so it did flood, but it wasnt a big problem we just turned the hose off and enjoyed our stay! Also I must say the house over all was amazing! Thank you for having us.

The family raced about what a great find this was, There were excellent things to do indoors and out.

Hannah's home was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked (except for paper towels, you'll need to bring a roll). Overall we had a relaxing vacation. We were planning to use the gorgeous pool but didn't realize San Antonio had been much cooler and wetter than usual. We didn't realize this until it was too late to turn on the pool heater (which is a little pricey at $125/day and has to run for the entire visit). Hannah offered us a discount but we were already a few days in so it wasn't quite worth it for us. You might also want to grab some bug spray for outside. With all the rain, the mosquitos were out and about. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay and realize the weather factors were outside Hannah's control.

Great description of the place — the pictures accurately reflected what it looked like in person, and the host was very responsive at all times. We did experience an inconvenience with one of the bathrooms. Although the host responded quickly, we were unable to use that bathroom for an entire day. We also had to use several towels to keep the floor dry, which meant we needed to spend extra money to get more towels. I’m glad they sent someone the next day who was very kind and able to fix the issue. I would never ask for money back because I understand that problems can happen and business is business. However, I did expect some type of consideration for the inconvenience. I requested a late checkout, but the only extension they could offer was from 10 AM to 12 PM. Unfortunately, that made our travel day a bit more uncomfortable. Other than that, it was a really nice place with very kind people.

What a great stay! Our host was very responsive and gave us clear instructions prior to arriving. The house was exceptionally clean and the backyard was clear of leaves or any debris. Kids enjoyed the pool during the day and game room at night. Overall, this home exceeded our expectations and provided the perfect getaway experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, comfortable, and beautifully maintained vacation home!

We checked in at 4:00 PM on Friday, May 15th. About an hour before check-in, I had to message to request check-in inform Positive: It was clean. Negative: No hot water and no a/c

We loved the house. It was a perfect place to stay and host a family get together. Very comfortable and relaxing. Great space. Hannah was very responsive when we had questions, even at night. Worth the cost.

We enjoyed our time here but were disappointed in the overall condition/experience. We still enjoyed the pool, but after booking received a message from the host indicating the patio was prone to falling leaves- totally understandable. There was supposed to be a skimmer- nowhere could we find this. On arrival patio area & backyard were just kind of a hot mess.. lots of weeds, lots of leaves and mildew all over the pool patio. For $500 a night after fees etc I expect a maintained environment. Not as pictured. Was also told the pool is only heated if you pay a $125/day fee. 1shower in the master bathroom also not working. We must’ve had an unexpected visit from the host because someone turned on water to fill the pool while we weren’t home. We came back one day to the entire patio flooded. I personally stay Airbnb for the privacy vs a hotel and I was very let down that they wouldn’t give us notice, especially traveling with a dog and a child. We made best of it but wouldn’t stay again

Very beautiful home! Very gracious host! I would love to return! Everything was amazing ! The only thing I wish was different was the weather ! lol
