Wonderful stay for two families with young boys in town for a wedding. So much to do for the kids while the adults chatted at the bar by the pool.

Fabulous! Safe and comfortable spot in a lovely quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed having a well appointed kitchen for cooking and serving, and lots of different gathering spaces inside and out.

The house was very welcoming and it was a peaceful neighborhood. Check in was a breeze and the host was responsive and when needed.

I’ll start by saying I will use this property again if I am in the area. The game room with the bunkbeds is roomy and a great place to hangout especially if you have teens/preteens. All appliances worked great. Most importantly the beds were so amazingly comfortable. We enjoyed the pool daily and had so much space to move around and have privacy or quiet time for the older folks. This was a family of 10 traveling to San Antonio and surrounding areas for a family vacation.

Great home and nice neighborhood

Hannah was wonderful. She was helpful with recommending places that were around to go and visit. She even provided a guide for the area. Instructions were clear but if there were questions, she responded in a timely manner. She was nice and friendly during conversation. When we had an issue/concern she was responsive and if it needed attention right away someone was sent over to assist. The home was nice and fit the group that we had. The kids enjoyed not only the pool but the playroom that was upstairs. The pool had leaves but that’s something that’s hard to avoid. Plus Hannah provided the tools that would help us clean it up. There were some issues when we arrived but brought it to Hannah’s attention and she took care of it. We enjoyed the pool and being able to use the tv outside to listen to music or keep up on our love island episodes 🤗 Over all it was a good stay. We would stay again.

Fun time! Positive: This is indeed the ultimate backyard house for kiddos. I wish we didn't have as many activities as we did so we could enjoy being here even more. Thank you for being a gracious host.

First, I’d like to say the home is beautiful and in a very quiet neighborhood which my family loved. That being said, for what we paid I did not expect to find so many broken things in the home. Sofas, basketball game, outdoor never fridge, outside benches, pool filter cover, etc. Also, if a home has a hot tub I wouldn’t expect to pay extra to use the hot tub. It felt like I was having to send pictures of broken things almost everyday. The home didn’t have trash bags, napkins, dish soap, and other things most homes have. We’ve stayed at “premium” homes before for significantly less where owners provided much more thought/care in the details. Check in/out was very easy and straightforward. Communication was great as well.

We had an amazing two-night stay! The home was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed—and more. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves.The pool was a huge highlight and kept everyone entertained throughout our stay. The kids absolutely loved the kids' room, which was a wonderful bonus and made the experience even more special for our family.Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. Check-in and check-out were both simple, smooth, and stress-free. The home was well-stocked, thoughtfully prepared, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly getaway!

It accommodated our family so well, especially our children, and everything felt comfortable and welcoming. There were so many activities available that we barely needed to leave the house. Highly recommend for families looking for a fun, easy getaway. Negative: We had a generally positive stay at the property, and the host was very welcoming and accommodating throughout. However, our experience was somewhat impacted by the neighbors. We received a noise complaint even though we weren’t at the house, which was extremely frustrating and stressful. Overall, we appreciated the host, but the neighbor situation made it uneasy to fully enjoy our stay.

This place is amazing! If you want somewhere private, quiet and chill. This is the perfect place. There’s enough to do in the house alone and the backyard! Hannah was amazing all throughout the stay. Will definitely be coming back as it was very well worth the stay! Thanks again Hannah!

My family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this home. The location is great and close to all the local attractions. The pool was perfect. We decided to heat the pool which was great for late night and morning swims. We would definitely recommend this home for future travelers.

Beautiful home; Our family was a little disappointed with how enforced quiet hours were. There was a big group of us, with lots of children. We had rented air bnb from Friday-Saturday. We didn’t arrive to the Airbnb until 8pm-ish so we did stay up pretty late the first night, but with how much we were contacted about noise and lights on Friday night, we didn’t spend much time at Airbnb Saturday night. Again, home was beautiful and Hannah was very responsive.

Great communication with Hannah. She responds fast. My problem was that I had to text her everyday about a problem. Heated pool is $125 per night. Must pay throughout stay. Was told ahead of time there will be some leaves due to pool surrounded by trees. When we got there heated pool was not on so couldn’t use the first night. Pool was covered in leaves. The 2nd day pool worked great. Then after that the heated pool stopped working. Which is why we got it in the first place. Having to ask what is wrong when can it be fixed made me feel bad for having to bug her. She tried her best to make it work. She offered to refund the $625 that we paid for the heated pool and still waiting for that refund. Overall great home for kids. Pool had a lot of maintenance issue. Wasn’t quite flexible with early check in or late checkout. They said they were book but they weren’t according to their calendar. Quiet neighborhood. Saving grace is that Hannah tried her best to fix things.

The house was great and very clean. Probably the cleanest Airbnb I've stayed in. It was a beautiful house with tons of space for our large group of adults and kids. They even had a play room upstairs with a rock wall that our kids enjoyed. Everything was as shown in the pictures. Exceeded our expectations! The location is a little far from downtown which we knew going into it, but it it does take a while to get to the main tourist sites. We actually enjoyed the quite neighborhood, so location for good for us. We did not have the opportunity to enjoy the pool. We asked for it heated and even though our contact was very responsive and sent the pool guy, we were unable to use it. I believe the host tried to make it right with us in the end. The set up outside was very nice and there was a TV, so we could watch sports while hanging out outside. Overall it was a wonderful house and we would stay there again!

The check-in was seamless, the house was clean and cozy, the backyard was beautiful. We would definitely stay again!

The location was great! Short drive to grocery stores, coffee runs and theme parks. Nice beds, clean bathrooms and everything you would need. This is a VERY quiet neighborhood. Not recommended for big groups although the space allows it. Elderly neighbor harassed us over the fence and threaten to call cops. We had 4 kids and 2 adults outside playing for less tha half an hour before 9pm.

Hannah’s place was perfect for our large group—very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The peaceful setting made it easy to relax, and everything was well-maintained. We felt completely at home and would happily stay again.
