Greystone Cottage is an amazing place to stay in Union Pier. The house is very clean, comfortable, and is perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids. We had everything we needed for a great stay---well stocked kitchen, comfortable furnishings, fun games and puzzles and a nice deck and yard for outdoor games. The access to Gordon Beach is wonderful! This is the second time we have rented Greystone Cottage and we hope to return again next year!
Most excellent vacation property A short walk to a beautiful beach. The house is beyond perfect for a family vacation: clean, new construction - open and spacious, nice backyard with deck, screened porch and lots of games in the shed - fire pit too. Towels, linens and kitchen equipped as expected. Just go and enjoy. The house is great even if the weather isn't.
Great place for a family get away! My family (kids and spouse) and one set of grandparents loved this place! It was in a great location (close to the beach and a playground for the kids) and had a lot of thoughtful items for family fun! Having a pack-and-play and other accessories for small children was a really nice touch! The place was extremely well stocked with a lot of items that are a pain to pack. :) It was extremely clean which gives peace of mind to a parent of a child with food allergies. Highly recommend!
Union Pier Family Vacation Excellent vacation home that comfortably accommodated our family: 7 adults, 3 young children. The house is new, less than a year old. Everything went very well. House less than 1/4 mile to Lake Michigan. GREAT beach. Very quiet neighborhood and general area.
Perfect Home for a Week Our 5yo daughter starting calling this house our “home for the week” and we couldn’t agree more! The house is impeccably clean and well equipped with plenty of towels and every kitchen accessory we could need. On top of that, every room is beautiful, the linens are soft, and there are many thoughtful touches throughout! The kids loved the backyard (the shed is stocked with lots of yard and beach toys) and everyone appreciated that the outdoor shower had hot water! We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful property and location Beautiful, super clean property! It's open and airy and made for a very comfortable stay. We appreciated all the little details (lots of games and puzzles, activity books and crayons for the kids, gift soaps and branded beverage koozies to take home). The house is a great set up for lots of people (we only had 6, four adults and two kids under the age of 8). It's ~0.3 mile walk to the beach and the outdoor shower is great for rinsing off afterwards. Thanks for a memorable family vacation!
Beautiful, comfortable home Perfect house for girls getaway weekend. Beautifully decorated, very clean, neat, comfortable, can't say enough how much friends and I enjoyed this house again!
An Amazing rental ! This beautiful property was probably the nicest I have rented. Décor and amenities were all very high. Neighborhood was secure and we felt safe. This was a "girls getaway" that was made even more special by being able to stay here. While not on Lake MI, the walk to the beach was easy and the beach was amazing.

Having 3 full bathrooms so nice. Just a very welcoming environment, bright, easy to settle right in this lovely home. Definitely will come back!
The most adorable, cozy cottage that was absolutely perfect for our family. We had the best time enjoying all the amenities the property had to offer. Cooking was a breeze in the very well equipped kitchen. The yard games brought out some fierce badminton and cornhole competitions while others enjoyed walking the beach. We would love to return to this property.
Very nice retreat Property -well kept including the yard considering the tornado damage surrounding, nice to have washer and dryer, the dish washer needs to be secured to prevent injury and damage. Lake- good access easy walk - great beach a 20 star Activities- walk on beach, sunset , some swimming, sand castles , sea gull feeding, campfire. ,friendly walkers and beach people Access- easy access to other communities, stores, the European farmers market on Sat and Sunday was excellent (next to Skip's), Gordon Inn very nice step back in history and good food Misc- fun to watch neighbor cats prowling , neat to hear the 8:45 PM Amtrak horn as it passes thru.
Just as advertised The pictures of the house were spot on. The house was beautiful, clean and was located within a very close walk to the private beach access point. We enjoyed the fire pit, the ample beach chairs and toys for use, and the great location near beach, restaurants and other local activities.
Amazing stay! The biggest worry is, “will it be like the pictures” I can’t stress enough how perfect this place is! We are already planning on rebooking! Just amazing! Communication is great, responsive and thorough!

A true vacation! This property is just perfect. It’s decorated beautifully with easy access (5 minute walk) to just about the most gorgeous beach in the world. The owners thought of everything. Games, full kitchen, and all the lovely touches one could want. Worth every penny. Also one of the primary bedrooms is on the first floor which made it much easier for my elderly parents to rest easy.
Beautiful House! We’ve stayed at several places in Union Pier, and this one is the best. Not only new construction, but the thought and quality of the build and decor were impressive! Easy walk to the beach and everyone was comfortable in this beautiful house! My only suggestion would be to figure out how to push more cool air upstairs…but the ceiling fans helped. We loved it!
