My Team and I travel for work across the country. We have had no issues with any property due to location, safety, or just overall ease of property use. This property was a significant mistake for us. Pros: Overall clean units Comfortable mattresses Clean linens Cons: Access to property in all areas is extremely frustrating. We missed a business dinner reservation due to one unit key access failure. You must use a 3rd party downloaded app. Most individuals don't understand this is a significant security issue, especially with certain individuals work requirements. Property location is not a safe place to walk. Especially to downtown or the Gulch. Large homeless shelter is on the same block. Significant amount of drug dealers and homeless. All shower heads in 2 units - a total of 5 showers had minimal water pressure. Females weren't able to wash their hair. The noise/partying level during our visit was at the highest I have encountered.
