Great time with our group for SXSW, thank you!

Great location! Perfect for a big group.

The property is in the best location in East Austin and is quite walkable. The property was clean and well stocked with everything you may need. The host was responsive. We had the best weekend celebrating a friend’s engagement. The WiFi was incredibly slow and borderline not functional which made remote work difficult. We also had two instances where staff walked into the property without a heads up, which was a bit confusing. Also, I was denied access to the restroom after going back to look for a toothbrush 20 minutes after checkout, which was kind of uncool. Lastly, when asking for an earlier check in I was quoted $50 per hour which felt inhospitable given the cost per night. Overall, this is a great stay for a large group looking to experience East Austin. I think having more flexibility with guests could improve the experience.

Our group really enjoyed our stay at this house. The back patio is great for hanging out in the evening and it is easy to walk to lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

Great stay for big group of people with multiple units that had multiple beds and bathrooms. Living area/kitchen not the greatest for big groups, but we made the most of it! Short drive to downtown, walkable to food/drinks in the area. Overall great stay

Excellent option close to everything Our company flew into Austin for an Architecture trip. These little townhomes were perfect for us! We wandered the neighborhood for hours, checking out just how awesome Austin is. Parking on the street was good in the mornings and mid-day, but the evenings tended to be a little crowded. However, parking in the back alley was perfect for our single van! There isn't really an indoor living area to hang out in, the outside area is excellent. Even when it rained for 36 hours, we spent a lot of time sitting out under the covered outdoor-living space just talking. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchens were big enough to easily accommodate the size of group that could comfortably fit in these units. The listing says a 4 minute walk, but really it's more like 40 steps, which worked out so well for our group. This is an excellent option for visiting near downtown Austin.
