It was a pleasure hosting Jessica! We hope to host them again in the future! This place was gorgeous!!! We loved the size of the kitchen. The heated pool was awesome ! The beach access was right around the corner. The condo had lots of beach and pool accessories. The beds were comfortable. We loved this place and plan to come back & stay again!

Joseph was a pleasure to host We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, just a short walk to Pine Avenue for coffee and shops, and an easy walk to the beach as well. The place was spotless when we arrived, and communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. The pool was a great bonus and our kids loved it. It was the perfect spot for our small family’s long weekend getaway.

Had a wonderful time with my husband here! Close to the beach, makes for a wonderful post-breakfast walk. The signage to get to the beach is a bit hidden but we found our way! Would recommend for anyone looking for a quaint, comfortable vacation spot near the beach!

This property was very clean and well kept. The provided beach chairs and wagon were a nice touch. House is only 3 blocks from the Bean Point beach access point, but then a couple of hundred yards to the beach from that point. If you have small children or elderly family members, it will be a challenge. Our only real gripe is with the beds. The mattress in the master is so soft that I couldn’t sleep on it, so we traded the master to the kids and we took the secondary bedroom with the small hallway bathroom. The second bedroom mattress is only marginally better then the master. I’ve stayed at some very cheap rural motels in my lifetime and the mattresses were never even as bad as this. Needless to say, the mattresses desperately need to be replaced. The lower back pain each morning really put a damper on the vacation.
