Tropical Tee - Putt Putt - Pool - Hot Tub - Bikes — Guest Reviews

A fantastic 5 star stay. Kylie was an amazing host and the property was fabulous. All the amenities you would ever need and in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Would definitely stay again!

Great host, great location, great home.

We had a fantastic stay at this place and will definitely recommend it to others. My family had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed their stay. However, we noticed that the pool was a bit dirty, which we believe was due to the recent rain. Fortunately, we were able to manage removing some of the leaves using the pool net provided.

This is a review I didn't want to write. The home is as advertised; clean, comfortable, great amenities in a quiet area & close to everything. The hosts communicated well during our stay. However, we found a significant leak under the kitchen sink, with a bowl already beneath it. A handyman was sent quickly, but after we were told it was fixed, we returned home from dinner to find the leak had worsened after my son slipped & fell on water in the kitchen. A plumber came the next day, but still it's 2 days of disturbance. Unfortunately, our experience after checkout has overshadowed the stay. We left our daughter's phone behind, & only after I reached out 2 days later did the cleaning crew almost instantly confirm they had it. Yet no one had contacted us. The host agreed to return it at no cost due to plumbing issues, but 9 days later, with the review window nearly over, I still have no tracking despite follow-ups. The lack of follow-through has left a disappointing final impression.

We had a wonderful stay and house lived up to the pictures expectations. The pool was amazing along with the hot tub. The inside was immaculate and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. We loved the house and the would like to stay there again. It was very spacious and the layout was perfect. Nothing but positive vibes.

This home was so convenient for two families meeting for vacation. The kids spent hours upon hours in the pool. Even though it was not heated, the temperature was perfect. Beds were comfortable and clean. The kitchen had everything you need to make meals at home. Close proximity to several beaches in the area. The host was communicative and proactive. We had a fantastic stay and hope to visit again!

Let's simplify 1. Paid a little over $3,000. 2. *Cloudy pool, hot tub not working, light bulb broken , missing handle to game, rug under table coming apart, all chairs extreme wobbly, tub/shower not draining properly and light in pool floated to top. 3. Pool guy came day 2 cleaned pool not hot tub, fixed poollight and told me when asked that HOT TUB DOES NOT WORK and has NOT been working and they are WAITING FOR PART. I contacted host and she said it does work. Handyman confirmed hot tub not working. *Host knew that this was not working and should have told us instead of lying. Tried to contact host after leaving hoping I could get a little discount but she did not respond. I have never given a bad review and I really do my part as a guest to leave the home in GREAT condition, like my reviews show from other host but to lie to me, is not what this host should do to just to keep a reservaton or having to give a discount. We made sure we left the place in great shape like always

We had a great experience with Kylie’s property. It had everything we needed and more. The house was perfect for kids and had so much to offer! Kylie was extremely responsive and helpful. We are so happy with our choice to stay here and would absolutely stay again!

We had everything we needed here! There is a cooler and 4 beach chairs, which is so nice for beach days. A great place to stay!

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay and the kids especially loved all the games provided. The house was just as pictured. Kylie was a great host and very easy to communicate with. We will definitely keep this house in mind for a return trip.

Kylie’s place was a wonderful spring break getaway for our 8 kids! They had a blast in the heated pool & hot tub despite the cold weather. The fire pit was really nice, and the kids loved the putt putt area too. The house was clean and very well stocked with everything we needed which was so nice. The location was close to the beaches and tucked away in a nice safe neighborhood. Check in and check out were both simple and seamless. We would love to stay here again!

We had an amazing stay! We planned a staycation and wanted a house where we didn’t even feel like we had to leave and we found exactly what we wanted! There’s so much to do that. We didn’t even need to go anywhere else. Everything in the house is brand new and beautiful. The kitchen has everything you need and is great to cook in. The pool, hot tub, golf course and all outside amenities were so much fun! The beds are comfortable, and there are so many of them! This is a great house for kids! Whenever we want another staycation, this will be our go to place! Can’t wait to come back and stay again.

The house was very nice and conveniently located to everything. Would definitely stay there again.

Our host, Kylie was fantastic with communication, making everything super smooth. The house itself was beautiful, and we had a wonderful time during our stay!
