Great place in a fun and vibrant neighborhood.
The two beds/2 baths fit our needs well. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and well appointed.
The neighborhood is full of restaurants and stores. We ate many mornings at cafe espresso which has a wide ranging menu. There are fruit and vegetables, espresso drinks, pastries steps from the building. Lots of music/ nightlife, too. Kiosko is a short walk as well.
Great tacos, seafood, and margaritas wherever you look.
The infinity pool is so wonderful for lounging. Mitzy, one of the bartenders, has lots of good information and banter. I also used the gym. While small, it was reasonably equipped.

We couldn’t have asked for anything more! The rooftop pool was truly lux, the apartment was spacious & well equipped, and the location was perfect for us. Only a 2-5 minute walk to the centre of town & beach, and yet the apartment was still very quiet at night. Loved our stay and hope to be back soon!!

Overall, a great place to stay in Sayulita. The location was perfect—walkable and convenient—and the rooftop pool was a standout feature. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well laid out.\n\nThe only drawbacks were a few small but noticeable omissions that made arrival a bit less seamless. The kitchen was stocked with the bare minimum, so we needed to purchase basics like salt, pepper, sugar, and a few additional utensils (there were only four). There were also very few towels, no hangers despite a large closet, and no mixing bowls.\n\nNone of these are major issues, and they’re easy fixes. Adding a few inexpensive, thoughtful touches would go a long way toward making the space feel more welcoming and comfortable upon arrival. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property, especially for the location and amenities.
Lovely place. Great location. Very clean. Amazing rooftop pool. Nice people. They helped me with transportation and early check-in. Overall I would definitely stay here again. It seems to be the nicest development in Sayulita.
The location was absolutely perfect—directly across from a charming neighborhood bar and just a few blocks from the main square and Sayulita’s best restaurants, yet tucked away enough to enjoy true peace and quiet. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi were incredible, with stunning views that made every moment feel special. The unit itself was impeccably clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, and the new development is truly top-notch. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!
