It was a pleasure hosting Leyla! Great place! My family and I had a great time. Amazing view. Very close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. Would recommend.
Benjamin was a pleasure to host! Where do I begin…. The house was immaculate, with all the amenities and more. The beach tent and chairs were a plus. We used the pier to do some fishing and actually caught some fish. The furniture and beds were an excellent shape. The kitchen had all the silverware, pans we needed and more. The house was also across the street from the beach a 2 min walk and the river was behind the house. We also saw the sunrise and sunset from the terrace. Overall, the house was definitely worth the price and would strongly recommend this house, you will not regret it.

David was a pleasure to host! We spent a lovely time at this property over Memorial weekend. The bedrooms were great. Very clean and comfortable. The house is new, the pool is nice, and the location is excellent being so close to the public beach in addition to its location on the intercoastal waterway. AMI accommodations are pretty good about responding to questions and concerns, but it seems like every time I asked a question, I got a response from a different person who was not up to date with some of the issues we had. Unfortunately, we had to deal with an unsightly barge sitting behind the house the whole weekend. They pretty much ignored my concerns about this. They also will not trust the guests to control the air conditioning. If you want it warmer or colder, you actually have to call an emergency line to get them to change it for you. Beyond that however the house is really lovely with a great location and even though it is expensive I would recommend it nevertheless.
