We, 3 adults, had a great 4 day weekend getaway. The place was as advertised and had everything you need for a great stay.

Overall a nice place to stay. Call me weird, but the first thing I check on when arriving at vrbo, hotel, motel etc., is an iron and ironing board. We were informed there was one but never found it. Spent my first evening shopping for one. I know the owners have no control over mosquito infestation ,but it was bad. We practically had to run in the house to shut the door and avoid them coming in. A for sale sign was placed in front of the home which if ur looking to buy property in port aransas u may want to look at this place.

Absolutely loved the amount of space and how clean the rental was for our weekend trip! Especially having our friends join along, another couple. Nothing felt crowded just felt like another home away from home. Will definitely look forward to renting this place again in the future for weekend trips with friends! Overall the place was not that bad, but very overpriced for what you get. Furniture was torn, not very clean.

The house was very nice and well equipped. We got in late and the lights were on and the AC was turned on, so we didn't walk into a hot house. The house offered everything we needed and the host's did a great job communicating. I would definitely stay with them again.

The place served its purpose, only issues i had was that there were ants in the master bath upon arrival and some of the dishes in the cabinet had food bits, other than that everything was fine.

The house was nice and good for what we needed. Super clean inside. Great information and loved that they had signs around the house so my teens could read the rules themselves! The people around us were loud and we could hear everything, kids yelling and a dog barking. Someone constantly took our parking spot at the front spots. The bed in the master is also for like a 7 ft tall person so my short self had a hard time getting in it.

My family and I had the best time. We felt comfortable in the home. Will definitely come back.

My family and I had a great stay here. It was a little tricky to find,Apple Maps worked better for us. The home was very comfy and welcoming. All of the appliances worked properly, all of the rooms were nicely furnished, very clean and included extra blankets. The restrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, even facial wipes to remove make up, and of course plenty of towels. There were even some dishwasher pods and laundry pods by the sink. The kitchen was basically fully stocked as well. We had a fantastic time here overall. The only thing was the other houses near by were pretty close together, which isn’t the worst thing but if privacy is important to you then just keep that in mind haha. Otherwise, we highly recommend this home!

This was a great Airbnb! My family stayed here. There was plenty of space. It's well-decorated and fresh and clean. The hosts communicated incredibly thoroughly. We would stay here again!

Everything was amazing about this stay. Only issues we had was the legs to the kitchen table chairs were very loose but communicated with the host and it was a quick fix. I will also say the beds were not comfortable at all. They do not have much cushioning to them. Felt like we were sleeping on the floor. Other than that, everything was perfect. The host is very responsive as well.

Gathered here for a family vacation with our adult kids and their spouses. Enjoyed time at beaches, playing games, cooking and eating together, and just relaxing. Good memories!

My family & I had a great stay with Sand Key Vacation Rentals! Close to the beach & souvenir shops! They were able to recommended another business who helped with delivery on a crib for my 1 year old!

Such a beautiful and elegant home to rent for the weekend. Very well maintained had everything you needed. Definitely staying here again in near future. 10/10 recommend

Great location. very peaceful and very secluded. It is not a walking distance to the beach. The pool was a tad bit small. I had kids who wanted to swim but unfortunately did not as pool did not look appealing, the water was very green. Overall, minus the pool issue, great place to stay and would rent this unit again due to privacy, cleanliness of home and space.

Great little beach house The house is perfect for a couple or few people, with plenty of room. Kitchen area, living room, and small front patio are great for lounging. Clean space. Grill does fine. If each neighboring house is booked, it can feel lacking in privacy. But a great spot, close enough but far enough away from the main drag and beach to get everywhere easily. Would stay again.

May seem small but really is a very comforting place to call “home” for a couple days. Everything was amazing about it!

It definitely was home away from home. The property is a little hidden when you first arrive but after that great location. We rented the golf cart best thing ever to get around especially to the beach. We had a couple of issue with the property but it was handled in a very timely manner and Sand Key was quick to respond and had the issues taken care of. Kitchen was fully stocked to cook meals. We would stay there again.

The place was great and rooms were all great size with a good size living room and pull out couch. The location was close to the beach and not far from the shops. The only thing was the bbq pit was very small and the POOL was so much SMALLER than the listing makes it seem.

The only thing is that the dishwasher did not work, water in master room sink coming out to slow, host was remotely controlling AC.

This place was great for our family of four. Great location and beautiful inside. They responded quickly when we had issues with hot water in master and when the dishwasher was not working. The maintenance man was supposed to come back to fix it while we were gone for the day and not sure if he did or not as we still had Luke warm water in master and the dishwasher was still broken. No biggie we just showered in the other bathroom and I hand washed all the dishes. Would definitely stay here again !!

Terrible experience

Perfect! Great place to stay!

I have stayed in numerous Airbnb rentals. This one was easily one of my top experiences in terms of cleanliness, kitchen amenities, layout, comfort, etc. We booked last minute and the space was still ready for our arrival the next day and the hosts were very responsive. This was a great stay for us!

The Place was very well located and a very comfy home to stay in while on vacation.

We arrived at dark and there was no exterior light in the parking space next to rental. Palm tree fruit was scattered on ground by entrance and we inadvertently tracked the tarry black fruit inside and I had to clean it up. I swept the porch, walkway and street in front of our unit. The pool was advertised as heated but it was not. All window blinds in front rooms did not work except one. which made it claustrophobic in the living room. I could never get logged into WiFi using two separate devices. I called to ask if the password changed and was given a different one. Still could not get access. The garbage disposal was not working. I looked under cabinet and found the plug pulled out from the receptacle. After checking with host to see if it was OK to use I plugged it in and it worked fine. The rest of the rental unit was fine.

Quick Family Getaway House was colorful and overall nice. Rooms were good size and comfortable. House did have a couple iloff issue. Living room ceiling fan did now work. Master bathroom shower temperature control was difficult to get water temperature to stabilize. House was not very well cleaned prior to our arrival. When we pulled out the bed from the couch, it had crumbs. I believe it was a lll bit overpriced with the issue it had. We all did have a great time in Port A but would not be renting this location again.

Memorial Weekend Property manager was super easy to work with. The property itself was so clean and cute and had everything we needed.

I’m not sure what was going on but living room and master bedroom fans only had low speed but it was ok but everything else was fine, the lock on door was finally mastered at check out again all was fine just a few hiccups that didn’t change the vibe I would recommend to there if asked

Cute 3 bedroom home (Upgraded) Cute little home, spacious enough for a small family. Took the my family for my son's 19th birthday just to spend the whole day at the beach. Came home to grill for dinner and called a night and checked out to drive back home. This place worked out for my very short weekend. My plan was just a day at the beach and come home.

It has everything you need and more The location was perfect, close to Spencers Landing where friends were staying. Shared 4ft deep pool was nice to soak in after the beach. The rental itself was great! Kitchen was fully stocked. Comfortable beds. Clean towels and blankets. Used the washer and dryer. We had a great time.

House was great House was great, but did not have good hot water in spare bathroom. It ran out every shower and would go from cold to Scolding hot and vise versus. Also someone needs to check electric as had to turn off GFI tonrun dishwasher

July 2022 stay We stayed at the house for 4 nights. It was very roomy & the location was perfect for us. The house was very clean when we arrived. Everything worked as it should & had no isssues. We really enjoyed the small community where the house was & that there is no through traffic. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay We had a large group, so we rented two houses across from each other. So convenient. Pool was nice to cool off in after a long stay at the beach and the house was clean and comfortable!

Great vacation home This was a great place to stay. Enough room for the six of us. Great location 5-10 by golf cart to town and beach. The pool was great and we we’re able to toss the football because the house was off of the street. Could have been a bit cleaner but not bad.

Definitely recommend Perfect size for our group of 7. Close to everything fun! We 100% enjoyed our family vacation and will definitely be looking forward to coming back!

Girls beach week The house was small but so well designed, that it didn’t feel crowded. It was very well stocked and decorated super cute. We struggled to get dishwasher to work but we were always able to get it started. The cable was lacking and the Wi-Fi was iffy, but we were there for the beach so not too much of an inconvenience. The small complex of houses was perfect, we didn’t feel isolated but we had plants of space. We would definitely stay here again! Had a great time!!!

Quaint little community a few blocks from the beach! The house was newly renovated, and it was super clean! It sleeps 6 comfortably, but is much smaller than the pictures portray. We enjoyed coming home from the beach and relaxing at the pool with the other vacationers. Everyone was laid back and very friendly! The only disappointment was the dryer. It didn't work. I threw a load of clothes in the dryer and started another washer cycle before turning the dryer on...leaving us with two wet loads of clothes! I wish we'd have know it didn't work beforehand. Other than that, we enjoyed this place and would consider renting it again with a working dryer for beach towels, etc.

Inaccurate listing Space was VERY small, parking is extremely limited and there is ZERO boat parking. The spaces they allow for “boats” are the smallest of typical parking spaces. Nothing over 10’ long on a trailer will fit. Book a better house for the same price and dock your boat at the marina for $32/night. We settled for this house just for boat parking that ended up not even being available. Washer didn’t work while we were there and no parts were available … and I was told to use the local laundromat. They delivered a stack of brand new, in the package towels from Sam’s, unwashed. Master shower head had no water pressure, toilet was loose and the sink hot water had to be forced on. There is no upkeep happening between tenants. And it’s a cute place, but not worth the money compared to comparable size houses in Port A. I complained to management and the front desk… I got an apology and nothing else. Avoid this management company.

Really nice beautiful place!! Definitely going back! We really enjoyed our stay! We will definitely be coming back
