Megan was an amazing host! I booked this Airbnb for my bridesmaids and me, and since our wedding rehearsal started at 4 PM, I requested an early check-in. Megan was kind enough to accommodate us, and it worked out perfectly for our schedule. I would absolutely stay here again! My only suggestion for future guests would be to ensure the door code works properly upon arrival. I believe it may have been a maintenance issue, but aside from that, we had a great experience!
Beautifully upgraded space w plenty of room for a larger group. Comfy beds and linens. Very close to Rhodes College for families visiting campus.

Location is a quiet neighborhood. Home is very close to much of what Memphis has to offer. Megan is a great host and you’ll enjoy your time here!
This home is in a fantastic location - everything downtown and in midtown is easy to get to. Things were very clean. The mattress in the master bedroom was the good kind of firm - quality firm, not cheap firm, if that makes sense. I like that you can park your car way back from the street, and if you back in folks from the street can't really see what you are packing and unpacking into your car. That level of privacy is nice. Neighbors on both sides were friendly. Street is quiet. Price was great considering the number of beds and the convenience of the location. If you have a group of people and you intend to head toward locations at various places around Memphis this house is pretty much perfect.
Megan was a very responsive and friendly host, addressing our concerns and helping us locate items right away. The street is quiet and the home matched the photos.

Such a beautiful stay! Everything you could need for a great stay. Kitchen was full of all the appliances you could think of, even had kid plates and spoons which was great. Bedrooms were spacious and clean! AC works like a champ for those hot humid days. The house was really close to everything we did in Memphis. 15 minutes max! It's walkable to Dino's (great Italian food), and Cafe Eclectic!

Great stay for a whole family including our toddler. Spacious, clean house. Nice backyard. Megan is super responsive, check in was smooth. Highly recommended!

My bridesmaids and I stayed here for my wedding weekend and it was the perfect choice! Everyone went on about how calm, we all were in the home being able to relax and enjoy. It’s was spacious, quiet area, close to several restaurants… couldn’t have made a better choice!!

Spacious and clean and centrally located to everything. It was quiet at night and we felt safe. The king room was very spacious and beds are comfy. Kids had fun staying in the attic room. Kitchen had pans and utensils to cook breakfast every morning. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
We enjoyed our stay! The home was 10 mins from just about everything in town. That made our experience a lot easier. I would definitely book again.
Great house and great location especially if you’re planning to bring your family to the zoo. 8 of us were comfortable in the space and would return on our next visit to Memphis.
Overall we greatly enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and near the lovely Memphis zoo and Rhodes college. The main bedroom was quite spacious and attractive. Additionally we appreciated the outdoor space with quality furniture and a fire table. The communication was prompt and we appreciated being allowed into the house a little earlier. We did have an issue with a kitchen appliance which management acknowledged and resolved. We would return to this property and recommend to others.

This a was the perfect stay for our girls trip and first trip to Memphis. Check was easy, the home was beautiful and exceeded the pictures. The home is very spacious and comfortable. It has everything you need in the kitchen for preparing meals. It is also very close to downtown and all other main attractions. Our Host was great in answering any questions we had. Definitely would recommend!

5 stars! This house was exactly as described and very spacious. I reached out to Megan before booking to make sure it was ok for locals to book her property and she was pleasantly and confirmed right away. From the space, to the amenities, down to the mini bar everything was exactly as described. We had a few hiccups, but nothing that needed attention right away. Megan, thank you and your team for allowing me and my family to have our Christmas Staycation in your beautiful home. I will absolutely recommend staying here!

This was a very comfortable home that we enjoyed staying at for a long weekend with our kids. The beds are firm (but comfortable!), and the location can’t be beat. Walkable to the zoo, a beautiful quiet neighborhood, and within 10-20minutes of absolutely everything.
Meagan was a great host. Communication was always very fast when we had questions. We were her first guest at this new property. The beds were comfortable and the home was clean. That is the most important to me. It had a good kitchen for cooking and a nice table for 6. I liked the outside area to relax and use the fire pit. Nice TV in living room to watch shows. I would definitely stay here again. Also, close to a lot of restaurants is a plus if you not feel like cooking.
