Great ocean front condo. Well stocked with the essentials needed they even provided us with beach chairs, snorkeling gear, coolers, beach towels. The condo is as described with a perfect view of the ocean.

We had a great 10 days here. The place was spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed (beach chairs, coolers, decent kitchen stuff, towels, etc.) . Location was central and easy to get to other locations. Quiet part of the island. Check in instructions were clear and we never had to chase anyone down for anything. The property management company was really easy to work with too. Quick to respond when we had a draining issue with the guest shower. They sent someone out during a time that was convenient for us (communicating clearly every step of the way) and the issue was resolved instantly for the entire stay. Highly recommend if you're looking at this area. Thanks for a great stay.

We had a great stay. The unit was clean & comfortable with a beautiful view of ocean & pool from the balcony. The mattresses in the bedrooms were very comfortable & the pull out worked well for our guest who was with us for fewer nights. We were able to cook many meals in the well furnished kitchen. While Ma'alaea has only a few restaurants & shops, we were intentionally looking for a quiet & peaceful location. We also love that it is centrally located for easy access to other destinations on the island. The management was very communicative and responsive to our needs.

Probably not my first choice for a return stay. Positive: The location is good convenient to get almost anywhere on the island. The vies of the water from the unit were good, saw a lot of distant whale activity. Negative: The property feels dated. The mattress could use replacing and the AC flooded the place. Also, there is no privacy on the balcony. Almost every unit looks right. In and you can see everyone else’s.

The unit was in a cute apartment complex with a great ocean view. Everything was as described in the listing. The communication from Luxe was very good. The location on the island was great as we were close to most of the areas we wanted to visit. I would definitely stay here again while on Maui.

Nice condo with great amenities for beach days.

Cute condo that has a lovely lanai to watch the whales in the distance. They had binoculars in the unit which we appreciated to watch the outriggers and whales. Kitchen had everything we needed and the pans were in good shape. The washer dryer were great and helped us keep up with beach towels. Easy communication with hosts. The location is good with a sidewalk to walk down to the marina. Easy drive to airport with easy access to the major roads. Quiet and comfortable condo! One little hiccup at the end of the stay…. Property managers sent someone out the same day. He couldn’t solve the problem but we were able to get by. Overall, responsive hosts!

The place is very clean and nicely decorated. With this unit being on the top floor overlooking the courtyard and out to the ocean it made for amazing sunrises and views of whales in the bay! We cannot wait to go back again and walk the beach and see the turtles while enjoying the refreshing Maui experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Maʻalaea. From the very beginning, communication with our host was excellent – he was always available and responded very quickly, which made us feel supported throughout our stay.\n\nThe apartment itself was perfect for our family. It offered everything we needed: a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and plenty of space to relax after exploring the island. We especially appreciated all the thoughtful touches, such as beach gear ready to go – chairs, towels, and even toys for the kids. It made our days at the beach easy and enjoyable.\n\nThe location in Maʻalaea was ideal. It was a great base for discovering Maui, and we felt very comfortable coming back to such a welcoming home each evening.\n\nOverall, this apartment and the attentive host made our holiday smooth and enjoyable. We would gladly recommend this place to families looking for a convenient and well-equipped stay on Maui.

The apartment was beautiful as described. All the areas and equipment were very clean. The apartment was very well equipped, as if you were at home. Both bedrooms and the living room were comfortable and cozy. We liked the area as it was quiet and peaceful, and it also had a great position that makes it easy to reach every part of the island. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great stay in Wailuku. The condo is clean and well-kept, it has everything you need to explore the island, including beach towels for a quick day at the beach. Highly recommended.

This condo is beautiful and was the perfect size for our family of 5. Hearing the waves at night and in the morning as you’re waking up is so peaceful. The ocean view is amazing! We were also pleasantly surprised to see the lanai had updated seating, looks much better than the pictures. Everything was so clean, beds were very comfy including the sofa bed. Having the washer/dryer in unit was so convenient, we ended up doing a load of laundry most days after the beach. The boogie boards were a huge hit with our kids. Plenty of towels are provided as well. The central location is great, quick drive to restaurants and beaches. We did walk down to the beach, access is through the property next door. A bit confusing but we figured it out. We did a snorkel tour from the harbor that is less than 5 minutes away. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Beautiful place to stay. Quiet beach. The view from the balcony is nice; however, the air conditioning unit is placed right there, and it will blow hot air on you if it's on.

First off, host was extremely communicative. Quick responses when we had questions or concerns. Place was immaculate, recently remodeled and had plenty of extras including beach chairs, shade tent, and boogie boards. Kitchen was sufficient. New appliances and overall one of the nicest units in Kana’i A Nalu we have stayed in. We will definitely come back.

Great place to stay! Nice central location! Beautiful view from the deck! Only negative was the second bedroom was hard to cool so a little warm for sleeping. We would definitely stay here again!

They only down side to this place was that is was far from the venue we needed to be at. but thats on me. that being said I'd stay here again.

Exceeded expectations

Awesome location. Central to the island and a short drive to Kaanapali, Kihei and Paia. Short walk to a calm beach great for families.

가족들 모두 6일 너무 만족스럽게 지냈습니다. 조용하고 깨끗한 숙소에 일상 생활이 가능하게 모든 것이 구비되어 있었습니다. 바다가 숙소랑 닿아있어 바다 전망이 예술입니다. 바베큐 할 수 있게 수영장 옆에 위치해 예약 없이 자유롭게 이용할 수 있었습니다. 소고기 바베큐 파티를 가족과 2번이나 할 정도로 만족스러웠습니다. 공항, 코스트코 거리도 20분정도 걸렸고 마우이 어딜가든 중간 지점에 위치하여 이동하기 수월했습니다. 스노클링 및 해변에서 즐길 수 있게 비치 의자와 파라솔 등 구비되어 블랙락 비치에서 하루 제대로 놀 수 있었습니다. ~ 바로 옆 마알레아 항구가 있어 혹등고래 시즌(12 ~ 3월)에 새벽 일정도 무리 없이 할 수 있었습니다. 내집 같이 지내며 가족과 다시 또 오자고 할 정도로 좋았습니다. ^~

The property was wonderful and they were very accommodating. The only thing was it was over a mile to walk to the nearest store or restaurant and we had mobility issues so we ended up needing to rent a car which we hadn’t planned on. Other than that it was great.

We had such a nice stay at Luxe Maui’s property. The view was phenomenal and the place was adorable. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place, property managers are very fast at responding and accommodating to your needs. Pool and bbq are great. Sugar beach is a short walk, pass a couple more condominiums and you’re there. If you like to do morning runs it’s not the best location but you can make it work. I would run to the harbor and up to the Starbucks and back to the condo a couple times and then get in the ocean for a swim at sugar beach as the sun was rising it was amazing having it all to myself.

We enjoyed our week-long stay. Everything was easy from check in to check out. Very comfortable and clean. Loved that parking was easy.

The place was beautifully decorated and clean. The kitchen was well equipped and having a washer and dryer was a great bonus. The view from the balcony is a dream and having breakfast there almost every day was def a highlight of our stay…that and being able to hear the waves during the night! We would def stay here again! Mahalo!🌺

We had a great time and enjoyed the property. We would rent from them again. Positive: We loved staying at this property. Everything was as shown at time of booking. The staff was very good keeping communication with us and ensuring we were having a good stay. This is a nice place to enjoy waking up to a beautiful sunrise while siping on a cup of coffee or tea. Or just enjoying the ocean view, the pool and pretty green garden. Maui’s Aquarium and Ocean Harbor is just 5 minutes drive from the condo as well as a gas station and a Starbucks. There is a beach walking distance. However, the best beaches are about 15 to 20 minutes drive. As well as markets or grocery stores. So having a car is very convenient. If you’re traveling with kids we recommend visiting the Butterfly Santuary, botanical garden, rainforest and of course the aquarium or take a snorkeling tour . Negative: The property doesn’t have an outside shower to rinse of the sand from the beach. Which made it harder trying to keep it off specially with little kids.
