Great stay!

The property location was perfect! We had the best time and the property had everything we needed. It was so nice to have such a short walk to and from the beach. It isn’t surrounded by huge condos and the public access is far enough away that the beach was not crowded. My only gripe is the master bedroom mattress was horrific. I know everyone likes a different mattress, so I’m not even taking away from my 5 star rating. Otherwise, it was perfect!

This condo is in an excellent location! Out of the high rise crowds and peaceful! The complimentary umbrella service was a positive as well. The air conditioning worked well and was cold. However, this condo is very dated and needs some TLC. Our biggest concern was with the cleanliness of the beds. There were two little flea-like bugs in the twin beds and stains on the twin and king bed sheets. Our daughter ended up sleeping on the couch. The comforters are extremely thin so extra blankets would be nice. The master shower handle was broken. The outside handrail was loose and broken. The patio steps were old and splintered so shoes must be worn. The amenities were very minimal such as soap, paper towel, etc. No “extras” provided such as coffee filters or hand soap. The amenities lists “bicycles”, but there are none. We love Navarre and have visited every summer for years. This was one of the best locations on the beach we have stayed but could benefit from some updates and deep cleaning.

We loved our stay at This Is It. The home was perfect for our family. The oceanfront view and access to the beautiful beach was incredible. Home was very clean, well stocked kitchen, and very comfortable. We appreciated having the beach chairs/umbrella and electric/charcoal grill. This home is managed by a company, not a family. The company doesn’t provide extras of anything - just 1 toliet paper roll, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish washer pod, 1 laundry pod, and 1 use of dish washing soap. So just be prepared to bring or buy extras. The walk to the beach was NOT a big deal like others have commented on. Overall, we loved our stay!

Great place to stay with family. Directly on the beach and not crowded. Furniture was comfortable and plenty of room for 6+ people.

Absolutely perfect stay! The pictures honestly don’t do this place justice. The home is much larger than it looks online, with plenty of room for everyone and 3 large bedrooms. The beach is literally right out the back door, which was amazing with kids. The downstairs area is stocked with beach toys, gear, and other amenities that made our stay even better. Our kids loved every minute of it. Navarre Beach is beautiful. While the area near the pier gets busy, this location felt incredibly private. We often felt like we had the entire beach to ourselves. As parents, having so much space and being steps from the sand was hard to beat. If you’re worried about sharing walls with neighboring units, don’t be. There were large families staying on both sides of us and we never heard a thing. One of the best vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in. We would absolutely stay here again!

Location of townhouse was within a short distance to a couple restaurants and Navarre Sea Turtle Conservatory . Home itself was comfortable and a beautiful view of the beach. Garage was a perfect setup for the beach location.We would absolutely stay again .

We definitely will be returning to this location. It was absolutely perfect in every dimension. Everything from the beach access, to the balconies, storage, etc! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice, quiet, and relaxing beach spot!

Great location on the beach. Plenty of space and super clean. The kitchen has all the pots, pans, utensils, cups, and plates you could possibly ever need. One thing to note that was different from other VRBO rentals we have stayed at, there isn't any special accessories like foil and plastic baggies, do plan on bringing those if you feel you will need such items. As the listing states, there will be a starter pack of d/w soap, dish soap, and laundry detergent so be sure to plan on bringing those items too.Overall, we loved the location and the condo was extremely nice. A lot of stairs from entry to main floor and more to the upstairs bedrooms/ laundry, so be prepared for that too.We would definitely stay here again!! You can't beat the view and the not over crowded beach.

Loved the location of this townhome! It's very spacious & comfortable. It looked exactly like the pictures. We enjoyed our stay & look forward to visiting again!

Great Home Plenty of room and the view is amazing. Checking in and out was super easy. Bed (only used master bedroom) was comfortable and we LOVED the large low leather couch. Had everything we needed except a hand mixer so I bought one and left it incase another guest may need one in the future. Had our kids over for dinner and there was plenty of space for everyone. Only slight issue was the smell of moth balls (i think) upon entry on the lower level but the smell definitely stuck to us and even though we got used to it (not bad on either upper level) when we got home we smelled it on our clothes and in our hair (this makes me thinks moth balls vs musty smell from moisture). The house and views are amazing though. If you want a million dollar home (we stay in those sometimes too) keep looking but if you are looking to just relax, have beautiful views and be comfortable this place is priced for all of that.

great location We would be happy to stay here again. Great location. Nice, quiet property. Property was just as described- included a few improvements over what was in the pictures, actually- the couches had recently been replaced and were actually comfortable, unlike most rental properties, and there was a new set of 2 outdoor chairs on the deck and an umbrella at the table on the deck. These made sitting on the deck even more enjoyable. We have rented from Scenic Stays several times and return to their properties because cleanliness is important to us and their properties seem to be much cleaner that most.

Views We loved staying here and will be back.

The most well stocked kitchen, said my friend the Chef. I thought it was a whole house, not a condo, as the ad said Whole House. But it was fine. Good beds, linens.

Beach fun One of best supplied kitchens I've experienced in a condo. Very convenient to get to beach. Water and beach way less crowded than some places.Would stay agin, but longer.

We enjoyed at our stay at This is It. The only issue was the walkway to the beach, it was just sand so it was difficult getting our beach cart to the beach.

Vacation with the grandkids We had a very comfortable stay . This was a very nice and quiet area of the beach for our family. The grandkids had a blast, and the available beach toys was nice.

Vacay 2025 My family & I really enjoyed our stay at This is It. It was very spacious. The location was great; right on the beach. The sandy walkway made it difficult to get our beach cart to & from the beach. A boardwalk would make it much easier. Overall, we had a great vacation! We love Navarre Beach!

Spring Break We had a great time! The house was the perfect layout for us! We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay! The property is spacious, quiet, and homey with a well-stocked kitchen and beautiful ocean views. I’d definitely stay here again. There were a few minor things that could be improved but nothing we felt cause to reach out to the property team to fix while we were there. It would have been nice if the kitchen had pot holders. Also, housekeeping could be improved. There was a stain on one of the fitted sheets and a decorative pillow with a small tear in the master bedroom and stain spots on one of the towels in the master bath. Also one of the bathrooms was missing any hand towels and wash clothes and the other bathrooms just had one wash cloth and hand towel.

Awesome stay!!! I loved this place!!! It was a perfect location and the views were amazing!!! Being a single renter I had friends in and out my entire stay. The set up with three bedrooms was great to host them. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Great , quiet beach stay We really enjoyed this rental. It was really quiet and the beach was so nice. The house was clean and comfy.

Not quite what we expected The pics make it look newer and don’t get me wrong it’s definitely had got some new remodels in it but it was a little older than we expected. A couple minor issues but the handyman was great. Overall had an amazing time!

Fantastic House Everything was neat and clean. Kitchen fully stocked with appliances. View from both balconies was incredible! One thing I’d change is add a wooden boardwalk to the beach. I’d book again…. If I had the chance!

Wonderful place Beautiful house with all the extras: games, Tupperware and even an air fryer! It would be nice to have an enclosed outdoor shower and a wooden boardwalk. Otherwise…. Fantastic! ❤️

Easy beach access Overall it was a nice place to stay especially the ease of getting to the beach. Right out the back gate and over the short trail was the beach. There wasn’t chairs and umbrellas lining the beach so that was a big plus. We didn’t have any problems finding a spot. Very quiet and not crowded at all. We were very pleased with our stay.

Perfect Family Getaway This property was amazing and far exceeded our expectations. Traveling with a 2 and 3 year olds can be challenging but the property was ideal. Every set of stairs was set up with a gate to keep our littles safe, the selection of sand toys was amazing, and the short walk through the dunes made running back from the beach to the house no big deal. We are already looking forward to visiting again.

Great beach location While not very attractive from the outside, the townhouse inside was very comfortably and invitingly decorated. FYI-no elevator. Views of the gulf are definitely great and the lovely beach is right out the back door! Close to state park for good bike riding and running. We enjoyed our stay!

Relaxing Beautiful house in a great area. Had everything we needed for our visit. Had a little trouble getting into the house but pretty sure it was operator error "ME" but scenic stay was very helpful and the owner came all the way there to help.

If You Like Quiet, Peaceful Days on the Beach... ...this is the place. We love Navarre Beach for its location, away from the more traveled areas like those further east or west of Navarre. The house was as advertised. A very short walk over the dune and you were on a beautiful beach. We certainly will be heading back to Navarre for our next beach vacation and you can't beat this location. It has everything you need.

Easy access to the beach and very convenient location were two of the top reasons we chose this particular spot. Will definitely come back!

Relaxing time away Enjoyed. Great views, & access to the beach. Loved the beach service of chairs & umbrella provided. We had what we needed for a few leisurely days. Internet was a little spotty but otherwise the house met our needs. Spacious for more to join in the future. Navarre seems less crowded and a little slower paced which is what we like.

Nice place, beautiful view Beautiful views of the ocean and great place with a short walk to the beach. Some new kitchen supplies such as new pans/pots could be added as there is some wear on them, but still usable. Mostly very clean with the exception of the washing machine, did not use it due to the smell/possible mold on the seals. The twin beds and master bed mattresses were too firm for my liking so a topper would be nice for those. A few minor repairs could be done like doors shutting/locking with ease and a small hole in the carpet/floor at the upstairs bedroom door to the balcony. Nothing that would keep me from staying at the home though. We all enjoyed our stay for the week.

Perfect spot We enjoyed our stay so much over winter break. The house was so clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to feel right at home and prepare meals. Highly recommend and will stay again soon! Thank you for sharing this wonderful spot!
