This was a beautiful property. The pictures were accurate and listed amenities were available. The location is close to the freeway and we thought it would be loud, but it wasn’t bad at all. Location is in close downtown as well and Ubers were only $15 or so to get to music row for our group of 5. That bathrooms were large and clean. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed to cook. I would stay here again! We appreciated the welcome wine and ground coffee. Thanks Hallson Hospitality Co!

The house was in excellent condition, very clean and accommodated the six guests well. The highway is close but wasn’t an issue for our group. The management service responded promptly but there were very few issues to address.

House was clean and a great layout for groups. It is next to a very busy highway and is loud - not just during rush hour. The neighborhood is an industrial area and a little sketchy. It is a distance to any attractions. We needed up getting Ubers more than planned.

Great Place for a Group We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt right at home in this beautiful house. The tasteful decor and thoughtfully chosen color schemes were especially appreciated. Gorgeous backyard!! The check-in and check-out process was easy too.

A nice home. Fun for a group of friends or family. Lots of activities to do both indoor and outdoor. Can see the city in the back. It is next to a highway which can be noisy, but had fans to draw out the noise. The house was fully stock with supplies, cooking ware, utensils and bathroom supplies. Thanks for a nice stay.

Beautiful house inside and close to downtown Nashville There were 7 of us who stayed at this property and loved it. The hosts were very responsive at all times throughout the duration of our trip. When we drove up, we were a little skeptical at first based on the location and front of the house looking smaller than expected with no driveway. However, once inside, it was very spacious, clean, and very well decorated with tall ceilings too. You can see the freeway from the front door, but surprisingly, the house is well insulated from the road noise. We were also able to park 3 cars out in front of the house. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and everything looked new. They also left us with extra necessities, which is the first time a VRBO has done that for us (extra TP, PT, dish soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc.). Rooms and bathrooms were big and beautifully decorated. Beds were also very comfortable.They are located close to downtown, approx. 5-10 min., approx. 18-20 Uber ride for 7 people.The backyard was nice and they have extra outside chairs under the deck if needed. The only suggestion would be a bigger hot tub. It's good for 4 or maybe 5 small people at the most.The only other note is the living room only sits 8, but you could always bring chairs over from the dining room table if you have more than 8 folks. You also have extra chairs in the game room if needed, too.We would absolutely stay here again. It was perfect for our group. Thank you so much for hosting us.

Awesome location and very nice inside! This was a great place for a number of friends to stay, super close to downtown. The house was very well maintained and features are all updated. Communication with the property mangement team was excellent and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun time in Nashville!

This home was perfect for our group! Plenty of space, every room was spotless, and the backyard area was spacious and fun! The location was so close to Broadway and The Gulch! Definitely will be returning here next time we are in Nashville!

Very accommodating for our family of 8. Neighbors are very close. Neighborhood is a mix of old and newly remodeled. Overall it was a great stay and the house was very clean and host was very nice. Our group was able to walk to the park for the New Years Bash so that was perfect!

This review and rating is primarily for the hosts, not the property. My wife booked the stay for our family but we did not get to stay there. Two days before the stay began my wife had to be taken to the Emergency Room. She was admitted to the hospital for several days from there and after release had to follow up in person with our doctors office. My wife's recovery continues as I write this review, which would have been on the final day of our stay. In spite of this last minute medical emergency the hosts charged us for the full booking, less the cleaning fee for the property we never stepped foot in. Per Airbnb this is not a violation of any policy, so that's why I awarded 4 of the stars. We were excited about our stay there and its probably a great place. After a very empathetic response to our notification as soon as it was known about hospitalization restricting travel we thought this would be handled with courtesy and understanding but 1 star is taken away because it was not.

This was a perfect place for our family to gather. I would love to rent again!

We stayed at this home for a family vacation with 9 adults, and it exceeded our expectations in every way! From the start, communication was excellent and very timely—our host went above and beyond to help us sort out an issue with a grocery delivery service, which we really appreciated. The house was spotless, spacious, and stocked with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to plenty of bathroom supplies. We were pleasantly surprised by how much room there was for everyone to hang out and relax. The common areas were perfect for spending time together, and we never felt cramped. Access to Broadway and other local attractions was super easy, and Lyft rides were very affordable. The location made getting around a breeze! While the highway out front can be a little noisy, it was barely noticeable inside the house—especially with the fans running. The game room and hang out spaces in the backyard were a hit with our crew. Highly recommend Hallson Hospitality!

The central location just can't be beat. Everywhere we wanted to go was 5-10 minutes away. It was way more spacious than we expected. Very clean, stylish, and well-organized. Plus, the game room kept the kids entertained.

The home was comfortable and very roomy for the five adults and two little kids. Bathrooms were perfect.Kitchen was roomy and size able for a few too cook at the same time. Outback was perfect for a quiet time of drinks and playing some cornhole. To warm for fire outside but a perfect layout if we had cooler weather. Location was great to get to places quickly. Parking was easy and safe. Even though you are close to highway sound is not an issue. Great laundry room and playroom where we played cards as a family. We definitely would stay here again and the value was worth every dollar.

Great House Close to Downtown Great trip and a great property for our family of 4. House was nearly perfect with great rooms and a nice backyard with a hot tub and view of downtown. Easily walkable to downtown if you want. Close to the farmers market as well. It didn’t bother us at all but the house is right next to the highway so traffic noise is noticeable. Would definitely book again.

We really enjoyed our stay! We were so impressed with the welcome goodies, the s’more basket, laundry and dish washing detergent provided and plenty of towels. The kids loved the game room and outdoor activities and it was a perfect location to get downtown to the convention quickly. The house is located next to the highway but that wasn’t an issue for us and there was no extra noise that we noticed. We could easily get downtown without needing to get on the highway, avoiding traffic. The house was clean and the host responded quickly with any questions we had. We would be happy to stay here again.

The house was decorated beautifully. There was plenty of room for 9 adults. The walk to Downtown Broadway St is about 35 minutes. We chose to use Uber or Lyft instead which was only about $15 each way. The hosts were extremely responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was beautiful and just like the pictures and description. The wine, coffee, and caramel popcorn were a sweet welcome. The backyard was a great place for our party of 9 to hang out and relax. It is right near the highway so there is a bit of traffic noise, but everything was a quick uber ride away. Fantastic stay Fantastic stay. Was a tad worried about the house not having that many reviews, but there was nothing to worry about. The house was in GREAT condition and the house was great to host 12 guys on a bachelor party. Gina and the management team were also amazing in their handling of accommodations during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was fantastic. We celebrated my daughter’s 21st birthday with a total of 9 people. Plenty of room. Lots of beds and the towels for make up vs regular towels was great. They also had shampoo and conditioner and lots of extra blankets. The house is stocked with everything you need to cook and it was a quiet and comfort place. Easy Uber to downtown. Wonderful host and very responsive. We appreciated all of it!

A Birthday Well Spent We had an amazing time. This was the perfect location only a few minutes from broadway. Plenty of room and plenty of games within the house. The interior and rooms were top tier would Highland recomend for bigger groups. Thank you for letting us stay!!

The house was just perfect. This house is the cleanest place we have rented. The beds were comfortable, left a baskets of fresh towels & make up removal cloths on beds. There were coffee pods, sugars, salt, pepper for your use. They left a bottle of wine, popcorn and flavored coffee on the counter for us. There were 4 couples and everyone loved the house. We would definitely rent this again.

I have conferences in Nashville once or twice a year, and I always bring a team with me. By far this was our favorite place we’ve stayed at. 10/10 recommend. I’ll be rebooking for my next conference in Nashville

Nice stay at a spacious property We enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. It got high marks from my mother and grandmother for being big enough to host our group. Easily accessible to midtown and broadway by uber.

Enjoyed our stay. The hot tub wasn’t working at first but they sent someone out to resolve the issue within a couple of hours.

Very nice house with large beds. Clean bathrooms. Within a reasonable distance to downtown Nashville for fun times. Very responsive to messages! You will enjoy your stay in this spot!

We were without power after the ice storm that hit Nashville and needed a place. This was perfect. It was a refuge during a pretty stressful time. Great stay, so glad we found it.

OH MY GOODNESS - it's always the thoughtful things that make a big impression on me when I stay places and these guys had plenty of it. Right when we walked in, there was a bottle of wine (pino - my fav), carmel popcorn (it was local too), and some ground coffee on the table. In addition, each room had ample amenities. The master shower/tub combo was awesome. Location wise, its walking distance to broadway - perfect! Not the fanciest looking neighborhood and it sits close(ish) to a railroad, but those two things were worth putting up with for the location, stay, coziness.

Perfect mini vacation spot Super easy check in , close to everything we had planned to do , perfect amount of space , I would definitely recommend renting this place for a vacation , it’s possible for us to do it again soon !

Beautiful place! Clean with great design and functionality. Backyard is just like it shows. House feels HUGE. Much bigger than expected. Would be great for large groups. Surroundings were a little different than expected, but that seems to be the norm in Nashville. We had no issues.
