Picture perfect rooftop in Nashville Our group of four siblings and our four spouses enjoyed this property immensely. The rooftop lounge area with the city skyline view was our peak experience in this thoroughly modern 4 story row house. The two car garage was quite handy and the sauna was a nice added touch. Great place for families We enjoyed the Willow Rooftop for our Nashville vacation. Short drive to everywhere we wanted to be. Comfortable beds, and the 4 bathrooms was so great. Check in was quick and easy. We would stay there again. Thanks for your hospitality!

Birthday Trip I stayed with 7 family members for a birthday trip. I LOVED the location nothing was too far away. Very nice house. The stairs were terrible we all went home limping with sore calves lol so be prepared. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay!

Nice place….lots of stairs! This is my fault because I didn’t read the description close enough but be ready for a lot of stairs! The property was nice but could have been cleaner. The kids wanted to use the dipping pool ( it’s just a livestock water tank! ) but before we let them we had to clean it! It was so dirty! The cooler in the roof top patio was dirty/moldy also, we didn’t use it. Walking around the house barefoot got you some really dirty feet! The great thing about the property is that it seems like it’s only 10-12 minutes from everything! The neighborhood feels safe and appears to be getting an overall upgrade.

Nicely decorated space to have a fun family vacation!

The home was perfect for our family vacation. It is perfectly decorated, very clean, all the accessories provided to cook and dine at home, the towels and sheets smelled great, beds comfortable, and many extras provided to ensure we felt at home. The top floor patio with firepit was fantastic...with a great view of downtown! The location is convenient to downtown, and walking distance to Centennial Park. We loved staying here, and the communication was great! we will definitely be back.

Great Location Only a short uber ride to Broadway and easy access to highways to sight see - it was the perfect place for us to enjoy a family getaway. Beds are super comfy and the sheets where super soft. Would recommend to anyone.

This house worked perfect for our group of 9. I would highly recommend it. Short drive to midtown plus a great rooftop. Things to note: lots of stairs but that could be considered practice for Broadway ☺️. The descriptions a little deceiving. There is not a single bed in the bunk bed room. There is a fold away cot in one of the other bedrooms closets. We would 100% book this place again.

This trip was for my husbands's 50th birthday and it worked out great for the 4 couples. Everyone had their own room and bathroom which was a huge win for the house.

Upgrade My friends and I recently celebrated 30 years of friendship with a getaway to Nashville! We all met in college, were once roommates, and wanted to spend some quality time together—especially since one of us now lives in Nashville.We originally booked the Willow, but unfortunately, due to unavoidable maintenance, we were moved to the Hawkins House, closer to the city. While this was considered an "upgrade," there were a few drawbacks worth noting.The home itself was nice, but not without issues. Several rooftop lights weren’t working, and the garage had been converted into a bedroom, leaving no designated parking—only street parking, which wasn’t always conveniently close. Given the near-100-degree heat each day, that short walk felt much longer.We were also told the property was within walking distance to downtown, but in reality, it was more of a 15–20 minute walk. With temperatures climbing into the 90s before noon, walking just wasn’t practical for us.Additionally, there was active construction directly behind the property. With no window coverings in the third-floor bathrooms, there was a definite lack of privacy during working hours. Lastly, cleaning essentials like a mop or dustpan were either not provided or so well tucked away that we couldn’t find them during our stay.While the home had its nice features, the average nightly rate didn’t quite match the value we expected for the price as advertised. Luckily we paid the Willow Rooftop price..

Perfect for us The property was spacious and clean, and lovely for entertaining a group of 10 people when some other friends joined us for an evening after a day at the conference. Walkable to nice restaurants across Charlotte Rd, and a very short 5-15 min drive to main venues in the heart of Nashville, depending on traffic and familiarity with the city. A few basics in the kitchen was so thoughtful and appreciated. The hospitality overall was excellent and attentive. Thank you for a lovely stay in Nashville.

Nashville weekend getaway This is a great property if you are planning to have a great weekend visiting Nashville. 8 adults in our group had a great time. Property is within easy driving distance to Broadway. We utilized the ‘Party Bus’ for our group to pick us up and drops back off. Bedrooms slept great and it was huge that each couple had their own bathroom. Would highly recommend staying here. Also want to commend the excellent customer service and the speed in which the team responded.

Centrally located This location was great for getting to different locations within Nashville. As has been mentioned before there are a lot of stairs which was fine for our group, but it should be taken into account for anyone that may have mobility issues.

Such a convenient spot This property was great for our group who were celebrating my son’s college graduation in Nashville. The rooms were the perfect setup with a bathroom in each bedroom. We really appreciated having the garage to park in as well. We were able to fit a sedan and Ford F150 truck inside. The staff was so great and staying in communication with us the entire trip. We would definitely stay again.

Nice space Nice space to host a decent size group. Pretty kitchen and big bed layouts in all bedrooms. Can be a little noisy at night with neighborhood being a popular group vacation rental spot, but the location is only a few minutes outside of all the action. Would recommend.

Brandon's place was just as described. We went with a group of 9 and all fit comfortably. We were also so close to major attractions like Broadway making it easy to get to. The house was gorgeous, the pictures show exaclytly what was there. The entire place was clean and tidy and extremely modern. The sauna was a great addition and the rooftop was truly stunning. The house itself is very big, by the end of the trip the stairs were definitely getting the better of us but it was so worth it. Brandon was super responsive and made the whole process very smooth. He provided everything we needed for a stress free trip. I am definitely returning to Nashville and would absolutely recommend this place for anyone looking to visit as well.

Every room has a bathroom!!! A huge plus for this house was that every to had a bathroom with it plus a half bathroom downstairs.It is a very narrow living room and kitchen area, but they utilized the space well!! There is a big kitchen table in the nook area!!!10 people stayed here very comfortably!!!The negative’s are the stairs!!!! There are a ton and parking isn’t the best but there is a garage for one vehicle. The entrance you have to walk through a dip in the yard up to the front stairs. That’s it for negatives.Communication with this property management group was hands down THE BEST!!!! Place was clean and updated!!!Definitely will rent from this place again!!!!

Nashville trip First off the Host team for this property was 5 Star. Needed them for a couple of things and they were on top of it right away with personal calls. The home was amazing. 5 Star all the way. If you have a large group 8-10 adults or kids look no further. Double deep garage held a suburban and second vehicle inside. Keypad was easy simple entry doors. Direct hot water to showers. We would definitely book this place again

This stay gave us exactly what we needed for a group of 10! Sleeping spaces for all kinds of different setups, a huge open kitchen and living room, and a great roof top for hanging out! We liked exploring West Nashville and there were a couple of good food spots near by.

Property was nice and spacious however doesn’t show there are several flights of stairs. None of the bedrooms are located on the first floor. Second and third floor. Made it challenging for a member of our party who walks with a cane. Check-in was late crew was still cleaning when we arrive. Check-in was supposed to be by 4:00pm we didn’t get in until 4:47pm.

If u dont mind stairs Nice place very clean, beds were very comfortable, kitchen was great The parking was terrible kept having to ask people to move there cars. My sister needs assistance in the bathroom wish one of the bedrooms had handicap rails.. but ok great place overall nice view on balcony

Street parking since only one car fit in garage. Rooms are smaller than photos appear. 11 ladies in our group...not enough beds for 11, used inflatable air mattress and rollaway cot. No furniture to store clothes in 4th floor K. Light switches located outside of bathroom. Need labels to identify how to access lights in closets and bathroom. Host was helpful and quick to respond.

Girls Getaway It was a short trip, and not a ton of time at the residence. It was good space. Walking down to the Sand Bar and the morning market down there was great.

Old Guys trip Had a terrific week of music and golf in Nashville. Our stay was wonderful. Place was clean and spacious and loved having our own bathrooms. The best part was coming home from golf and having a cold beer on the spectacular rooftop patio. Lots of stairs to get there but a real treat.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the linens and towels provided were top-notch, adding a touch of luxury to our stay.The house was fully stocked, which was a delightful surprise for our friend who whipped up homemade cinnamon rolls for our breakfast gatherings. The spacious living room was the ideal setting for our morning coffee and evening wind-downs before we ventured out to Broadway each day.A special shoutout to the Hallson Hospitality team, who truly went above and beyond! They greeted us with a lovely bottle of wine, caramel popcorn, and ground coffee to kick off our weekend in style. Their responsiveness was remarkable; they accommodated our request for a late check-out and addressed all my inquiries promptly both before and during our stay. This was, without a doubt, the best experience I've had with a VRBO property, and we can't wait to return to Nashville and rent through Hallson Hospitality again!

Wedding Weekend We had a great time in Nashville and the home was located close to everything we wanted to see and do while we were there.

Beautiful and clean! Great location! Walkable to nearby restaurant, coffee and dog park. Tennis facility and centennial park also nearby and within walking distance. First class reception when we arrived- a nice bottle of wine and delicious cookies! The rooftop was a bonus- we really enjoyed bringing in the new year and watching the fireworks from downtown- gorgeous view from up there! Look forward to our visit! Would highly recommend! Oh yeah, also a garage- large enough to fit two cars! And a sauna!! Wow! Enjoy!

Very clean and well laid out condo that's very close to downtown, as well as, convenient to get out of town. The areas still going through development but more to explore and do than you realize at first.

The host was welcoming and the communication was great. We did have issues with the freezer leaking and unfortunately the bunk beds were very squeaky just by moving slightly on the bed. The hosts did attempt to fix. Great location and the decor was wonderful

Keep in mind that one of the bedrooms that says three beds, is actually one two. Inconvenient as we booked this house for the beds and not having anyone on a cot- could have got a lot closer with the same amount of beds

Very nice clean . Lots of steps but we enjoyed it!

Great house, we had a wonderful stay! Property manament company was very responsive to inquiries. Kitchen was missing wine key and they delivered one the next day. We were told by several Uber drivers not to walk around in the area as it wasn’t safe. Highly recommend the owners replace the bunk bed set in one of the rooms, it is incredibly loud and unstable if you even move an inch in bed. There were full length mirrors in all rooms but the master on the third floor which was odd. The area by the front door was a complete mess, landscaping was all dead and there was a huge trench you had to climb down and up to get to the road to get an Uber.

Very clean and well kept home!

Location was good , parking not so good for 3 cars. Beautiful apartment . Everyone happy with accommodations. Only Negative was air conditioner stopped working and we had to clean it out , so air would come back on . Then refrigerator started leaking our last night . So think maintenance needs to be more thorough .

House House was great lots of stairs. Listing had roof top pool/ soaking tub which there wasn’t one.

Our stay was awesome and we loved the property. Only thing we noticed was floor could have been vacuumed better. There were a few handfuls of hair in some bedroom corners. Also, there were some ants on island when we got there and throughout our stay. Also, gnats but not like the ants. We could not find the remote for the tv in the bedroom on top floor to the right of coming up the stairs. But overall it was amazing and would stay again. We loved the goodies left on kitchen counter. A very nice touch!!!! Thanks for everything.

The house and host were absolutely fabulous. Super clean (and I’m picky), comfortable, and well furnished. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out. Location was convenient enough to all the “things.” While convenient, I personally didn’t love the area. Definitely not walkable. But, we never had an issue getting an uber and were able to leave the car in the garage. Loved having a garage but note that a full size SUV will not fit. We have a Land Rover Discovery and had to lower the car to squeak in. Host was among the best I’ve had (we stay at airbnbs frequently). Super responsive and helpful-would definitely look for one of their properties next time I’m in town! All in all, a 5 star stay!

Fantastic Nashville Spot I loved this location. Close enough to quickly Uber to Broadway (like 10 minutes), but far enough to be able to just sit and enjoy the view of the skyline on the rooftop patio. Place was amazing - plenty of space, comfy beds, big bathrooms. Really decorated well. All interaction with the management company was timely and very pleasant. Hope to be back, as this place was a gem!! Rooftop was my favorite place for coffee in the morning and wine at night!

Modern The unit is very modern and has all the amenities you need. The welcome basket was a great addition. The beds were very comfortable. There are a lot of stairs, if you can not do stairs this is not the property for you. There is a two car garage but it does not fit a Chevy 2500 in it so we were forced to park on the street as you can not park in the driveway. Host was very responsive in five minutes or less to any questions. The location was a short drive to just about anything.
