Everything was great. Loved the space. Loved the amenities. Megan communicated great. I did suggest baking dishes for the kitchen. There was not any which was surprising. Lots of plates etc. Very roomy and comfy beds. Great stay and recommend

Beautiful home on a pond.

This place was beautiful!! Had a little miss communication at the beginning but Megan was fast with responding!! Would 100% be telling everyone about this place! It was a great 22nd birthday spent with 19 people and plenty of space!! Spent most the days in the water or on the back porch!! Also got proposed to here everything was perfect!! Couldn’t have asked for a better place!

This was my daughter's Sweet 16 trip and it was AWFUL. The AC was broken from the moment we arrived. We looked at the filter and it was filthy so we changed it, hoping for relief. The main level of the cabin was 92 at its hottest. Communication with Megan began immediately. Megan did little than offer her "sincerest apologies" and reiterate over and over that she would speak to her "team" about getting the AC fixed. We contacted AirBNB for help on Friday, our second night/day in the cabin. AirBNB's only offer for help was to fully refund us for the time we had been there, but they would not offer help in relocating. Ultimately we had to stay as there was nowhere to go with zero notice on a Friday. In addition, we found dirty underwear in two rooms, EVERY dish, utensil, pot was filthy, the freezer melted our food, the oven burned our food, the dishwasher did not work, and the hot tub water was brown. Not only did Megan and her team let us down, so did AirBnb. RENTER BEWARE.

The location was great, the house was very spacious, the fact that each room had its own bathroom made it very easy and private for all the guests. Host was very responsive . Highly recommend the place.

We had a great time,the house is beautiful, plenty of space for all 11 of us and more,just no good restaurants around there and not alot to do,Grandson caught alot of perch there and one bass,enjoyed the outdoor patio, tv,if you like that area its worth renting.

Our family enjoyed our stay. The kitchen had all we needed for a large family. The kids enjoyed the kayaks and fishing. There was plenty of room and something to do for all ages.

Overall, we had a really good stay and enjoyed the house. The host was easy to communicate with and always responded when we had questions. We did run into a few issues. The fridge never got as cold as expected. The downstairs AC also felt pretty weak, although lowering it further helped a little. The grill was falling apart, but we were able to make it work with a temporary fix. None of these things ruined our trip, and we still had a great time. We’d definitely consider staying here again.

We have stayed in Broken Bow every year for last 15 years, it’s our annual family vacation. We have stayed at Several different cabins over the years. This was by far the favorite for everyone. Our family has multiplied over the years and we’ve had to keep getting more space. We range from 64yr old grandparent to twin 1 yr olds an this cabin was just absolutely perfection for each and everyone of my crew 💕💕💕

Nestled in the trees on a quiet pond this space was exactly what we needed to unwind from our busy schedules. House was beautiful and spacious, private and peaceful - though the frogs put on quite a loud concert in the evening :) house was as described and easy to find, all the amenities you could ask for, my family enjoyed sitting on the back patio enjoying the scenery and fishing on the pond with the canoes. 10/10 would recommend. Host was friendly and quick to respond.

Excellent and had great experience

Megan’s home was great, the pool table and shuffleboard were well used and the game room upstairs was great for my 10 year old. The bedrooms were spacious and the king beds in each room were very comfortable and pillows were very plush and slept like a baby. The kids loved jumping in canoes and playing on pond. Great outdoor area and peaceful in the morning. Easy access to state park and all trails for hiking. The only issue experienced that was disappointing was the cleanliness of hot tub. The water was not treated or cleaned properly and it had a very bad odor which kept all of us from using it. Megan was extremely responsive and I’m sure it was addressed for the next guest. Would stay there again no problem!

My family had a great and relaxing time at Megan's place, we definitely enjoyed the pond and all the amenities it included!

Positive: Location and ur stay

We loved our stay with 4 Master Suites, game room, and pond nestled in the tall pines. Our favorite was the back porch overlooking the pond and the gas fireplace we had going every evening. We spent hours upon hours out there... first thing in the morning for coffee, to late evenings with a glass of wine. We all kayaked, enjoyed the hot tub, loved going to the shops in Hochatown, and eating at The Grateful Head. the only things we wished might have been added, was a full length mirror on each floor and a second nightstand in the upstairs rooms. But that's being picky, and we loved and 5 star recommend Megan's rentsl.

Thank you for our recent stay. We truly enjoyed the town; it was both cute and charming. It was so sweet seeing the mother geese preparing to have her babies near the pond. I specifically wanted to mention that Megan was great when assisting us with our stay at the cabin. Thank you for responding to our needs in a timely manner. Regarding local recommendations, I know many people suggest Grateful Dead Pizza, but I wanted to share that it was the only place I wasn't impressed with. The wait time and the pizza were not quite what the local hype suggested, though this is certainly not a reflection on the Airbnb itself. Thank you again for your hospitality.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Lots of first timers in Broken Bow, no complaints.

Perfectly accommodated 4 families, including 6 teenagers. The game area and kayaks were perfect for entertaining. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. We were rained in for one full day, so the open kitchen plan, large dining table were great for hanging out, playing games, and lots cooking and eating. It is a short distance from lots of things to do, so great location as well!

The place was beautiful and not to far up the hill. Megan and the crew answered promptly and resolved the issue with the snow quickly. Nothing was ruined and we continued to have a great bday weekend at the cabin. I would recommend this place over and over again. We will be back to broken bow due to such a great weekend that could have turned bad. Thanks for being on top of every call and every text. We appreciate it!!!

We had an incredible weekend! Our group was large, and there was something for everyone to enjoy. The location was convenient and easily accessible, with great restaurants nearby. The pond out back was amazing! However, if you’re a large group, be sure to bring extra paper towels and trash bags. Overall, we had a fantastic time and can’t wait to return!

Awesome stay! Close enough to everything and it was a beautiful place to stay at with friends!

This was a family trip with high expectations, and unfortunately the property did not live up to them—especially given the cost. The main living areas were noticeably dirty and neglected. There was food residue on cabinets, unmopped floors, handprints on windows, a dirty stovetop, and utensils and dishes with food still on them. We even had to wipe out the refrigerator before putting our food away. While the bedrooms and bathrooms were mostly clean, the shared spaces were clearly not properly prepared. There was significant dust on the mantel and island light fixture, the exterior patio was not cleaned, and several stove burners did not work—the unit likely needs replacement. Overall, the home did not feel guest-ready or well maintained. The biggest disappointment was the kayaks. We confirmed four were available, but two had holes and began sinking immediately, and one was child-sized. One of our main days was planned around kayaking, making this especially frustrating.

We had the best weekend at Megan's cabin. This place is gorgeous; The hot tub, the kitchen, the spacious bedrooms, the loft with games... all of us had a blast. I have never slept in such a comfortable bed, and I didn't want to get out of it. I can't wait to go back.

Loved staying here!! It was a beautiful home and exactly as described. The layout was perfect for a large group. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms were soooo nice. The atmosphere of the area was very fun and laid back. My only recommendation if you plan booking this, bring extra toilet paper and trash bags. They had starters but for such a large place, we ran out kind of quickly!! I would definitely stay here again. The host was also very responsive and helpful!!! Great place all around.

Our family had an amazing stay! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcome. The host was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. We created wonderful family memories and would love to come back soon. Highly recommended!
