Great house to host a group of people! Overall very clean and nice house. Super responsive but check-in early options were not as clear or set which was a little tough but overall great house!

The house was just like the pictures. It was a great place to get together with friends. Close to downtown and very well kept. They were very responsive when I had some questions. Be prepared for a lot of stairs. The beds are good but a bit too low for me. I would definitely consider staying here again.

This was the perfect house for our Nashville weekend! A beautiful and inviting space with plenty of room for a big group. Only a mile from all the main 12th street restaurants and shops. Brandon was very communicative and helpful! Would highly recommend staying here.

Our family had a great stay. The home looks like the photos and was very clean upon arrival. The open living space on the second floor and the rooftop were great places for us to relax together. The hosts were responsive to any questions and needs we had.

Beautiful, comfortable place in a great location. Well appointed and quick responses from the host. High and steep stairs are good for keeping fit but might not be ideal for mobility challenged. Third bedroom downstairs is a bit cold and far away if young kids are staying in it. We had ours just sleep in the living room. Other than that, it was overall great.

The house matched the photos and it was very well curated. The bright kitchen and open floor main living area was great. We enjoyed walks around Belmont University every morning which is about 5 mins away on foot. Please note: it is a townhome with a lot of stairs between the front door, main floor, bedrooms, and rooftop. This was perfectly fine for my family, but should be taken into consideration if stairs are challenging for anyone in your group.

This place is amazing. It has everything that you want. It's spacious even if you have a group of family and/or friends. Everything is top notch. The surroundings are nice and an easy walk to 12South restaurants. Plus, a very quick ride to Broadway. The best thing that was over and beyond is their communication and service. Any concern, they answer and will continue to follow up to make sure all is going great. Plus, they take the initiative to look for any other things to make our stay more comfortable. Definitely will look to stay at any of their Airbnbs...I just hope they will be available. Thank you again.

We enjoyed our stay here. The rooftop patio was nice. It was a quick drive to Broadway, The Gulch, and 21st street. There was plenty of room for our family of 4. Brandon and his team checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was good.

Clear expectations from check-in to check-out. Wade House was clean and comfortable. We liked that the bedrooms were not just a bed in the kitchen or living area but we’re real bedrooms all with a private bathroom. The Three separate levels gave us plenty of space to spread out and the rooftop patio was fantastic. Great place for our family of five.

The place was bigger than we expected which was nice for a big group. Everything was clean and the location was nice. My only comment would be that there is some wear and tear on the place. Other than that would recommend.

Stayed here for my bachelorette with a total of 12 people and it was perfect!!! the rooftop was amazing & we had more than enough space, we also didn't even have to use the extra air mattresses the host had in the closet. There's a couple places walkable to grab a quick bite to eat. It was a safe area! Our ubers to broadway were super quick & only about $6-$7. Would definitely stay here again the next time im in nashville!

Great location!! Really nice home and larger living room and kitchen than expected! Roof top was perfect too. A little tight for 9 girls, especially if everyone wants to be in a real bed. They were also super great communicators and very accommodative. Would defs stay again!

The house was absolutely beautiful! There were five of us, and we had more than enough space to relax and enjoy our stay. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus. The rooftop was perfect for sunset views, and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Just a heads-up, there are a lot of stairs, so something to keep in mind if mobility is a concern. It’s just a short Uber ride to Broadway and super close to The Gulch, which has tons of great restaurants. The hosts were super responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the stay. Nashville owes me nothing, this spot was the perfect for our girls trip!

Had a beautiful stay here for my bachelorette weekend - there was 7 of us and we fit so perfectly!! Lovely clean rooms, amazing couch and common space - most responsive hosts for when we had questions and very accommodating with us! Great location, walkable to 12 south and a short uber ride to broadway! 10/10 would recommend

We loved this space for our Bachelorette trip! Everyone was so happy with everything especially the kitchen! They were very helpful with an early and late checkin to accommodate our flights. Definitely would stay here again!

Stayed at the Wade House for my bachelorette weekend and it was perfect! The house is large and fit 7 of us well! There are a ton of airbeds if you have more guests too but they would need to go in the master or living room. The house felt clean which is a big priority for me. We also LOVED the roof and the living room is stunning. The house is a quick Uber - 7 min - to everything downtown/the gulch/s 12th. We didn’t walk anywhere from the house since it’s a bit of a hike but Ubers were cheap. We liked staying off Broadway since it was quieter. Brandon was super responsive to any questions and checked in during our weekend. Checkout is early (10 am) but they were flexible with us on check in. Would 100% recommend booking this house!

Wow! From the moment I walked in to the time I had to leave, I was delighted. This spot had everything I needed and more in terms of space and the small conveniences for a holiday weekend getaway. I truly enjoyed my stay in Nashville and was conflicted about going out versus staying in because both offered a great time! We had a great stay here! I am a Nashville native and was back visiting for the holidays. The best part about this listing is hands down the location. It’s right around the corner from 12 South, Belmont & The Gulch. It’s also just a short drive to the interstate, making it easy to get anywhere in Nashville. On top of that, the place was very nice and clean. The neighborhood was peaceful as well. Highly recommend this Airbnb!

This house was exactly like the photos and accommodated 3 couples comfortably. The rooftop was a fun relaxing spot to hang out. The kitchen had everything we needed.

Our recent AirBnb served our needs exceptionally well. The unit was very accommodating for two couples and one toddler (2.5 years old). Our grandson especially like the spacious living room area. We wish we could have spent more time on the roof deck but did enjoy grilling out one evening. The property had all the amenities and then some for our visit. We were within easy access to all our interested venues. Brandon and team were very responsive to check in issues and TV operations early in our stay. We definitely would rebook when visiting the Nashville area.

Had a great time and close to everything! We had a wonderful reunion and enjoyed the property. The place was pretty clean and had most of the amenities we needed. We would caution those that prefer a quiet spot as there were quite a few party animals close by with loud music and screaming on a couple of nights until early morning hours. Of note, the bedrooms did not look like the pictures. Basically mattresses placed on the floor to accommodate more people as we had 6 in our party. As such, there was nowhere to put our luggage and the 5 hangers above the washer dryer were not enough to hang our clothes up. The deck up top was nice, but not set up like the pictures. The furniture was covered and there wasn’t a straw mat and the furniture and flooring could use a good power wash. We certainly could have set it up ourselves, but typically have enjoyed everything set up and ready for us. I think the arrangements here are more conducive to college kids looking for a place to party. We were a group of 60 year olds and probably not ideal for us, but we did enjoy the main area and the kitchen was well stocked with amenities. Check in and communication was easy. All in all we had a great time and appreciate the opportunity.

The most comfortable & clean place! Looks just like the photos! Everything was so clean, kitchen had everything you needed and the beds were beyond comfortable! Loved that we were only a few minutes to anywhere you wanted to go around Nashville. Communication with management company was easy with immediate responses. Would definitely stay here again.

Location was fantastic for downtown convenience, the house was just what we needed. My only regret is not being able to use the roof space because of the rainy weather. The owner was proactive in communicating with us, which was appreciated.

The property was spacious and clean upon checkin with everything we needed. Location was minutes from 12South which was where we wanted to be close to so it was super convenient. Great having the garage to leave our EV car and also charge with the wall adapter we brought. Host was very responsive and took care of all of our requests and needs when we had a question or matter to deal with.

This place was very nice inside. Looked like the pictures and everything seemed pretty new. Very clean and nicely stocked with necessities. The rooftop furniture is pretty worn. The host communication was great. It wasn’t a negative for us but may be important to note for some that the beds are really low. We arrived over an hour after checkin and the cleaning crew was still inside when we walked in and we had to wait around outside. The area around seems nice and felt safe.

Loved this place! It was perfect ubering distance everywhere! We were here for spring break and it was great! Would use lyft if you have it instead of uber, it was SOOOO much cheaper! great stay

Looked exactly like the pictures and very clean! The location is great. Everything we did was basically 8-12 minutes away, and it was very easy to find. Lots of room in the house and the ping pong table in the garage and the rooftop were a fun bonus! Brandon was very responsive, accommodating and even left us a bottle wine, some popcorn and a welcome note! I would definitely recommend this place.

Pictures match what you get. Quiet location if you want to get away from the crowds. Great brunch spots within walking distance. Quick Uber ride to Broadway. The host was very responsive and I would definitely stay here again. We all thought the furniture was very comfortable. If you can’t do stairs this wouldn’t be the place for you.

If you think you're working with Airbnb you are mistaken. In order to get the access code to this unit you are REQUIRED to download a 3rd party app, upload your license to the app and agree to terms which replace Airbnb's. When I asked to have a different method to get access to the unit (which I had already fully paid for) I was not given another option to get my code. THEN, when I arrived (at my check-in time) there were beer cans in the yard and the cleaners were hard at work to get the unit ready for us. We had to come back and were given a bottle of wine for our inconvenience and a "sorry". The home you are renting is completely surrounded by apartment tenements and there is very little room to park. Also there is nowhere you can walk to from this unit -- driving is a must and any Uber/Lyft will have a hard time finding this place. This had to be the least optimal experience I've had with an Airbnb rental. Renter beware!

Great townhouse type accommodation. Great for fit 25 year olds. Lots of stairs. Beds were comfy. I found easy street parking for my van but there is a garage as well. There’s lots of room to spread out. The neighborhood was fine.

Great communicators and kept us in the loop. Cleaners were there when we arrived for our checkin time and we didn’t get in until ~ 15 mins after, cleaners were super pleasant and respectful. Overall, exactly what was listed in the pictures.

Very close to downtown. It was nice to be able to park in garage of this townhouse. Large kitchen and family room space. Rooftop was a nice perk to enjoy.

Brandon and his team were really lovely to work with. They were incredibly responsive and assisted us with an early check in. We really enjoyed our stay at the Wade house. The only thing that I would have changed is, I didn’t feel that the home was cleaned very well, but I know that they are under a tight time constraint between guests.

We had an amazing time at this place and loved the rooftop. It’s decorated very cute! There were very clear directions on everything including videos of how to work things! They were extremely responsive and friendly. We would definitely recommend this spot.

Brandon was a great host, the property was beautiful although there were a few more stairs than I had initially realized. However, it had all the amenities we needed, the neighborhood felt safe and was peaceful.

We enjoyed our stay! It was close to everything and accommodated 5 of us comfortably. I've stayed at another one of Brandon's properties and the access and communication with us was equally as good. This house was a little smaller than the other but had everything we needed. Unfortunately the weather kept us from enjoying the rooftop space but it looks like a great lounging area!
