Very spacey plenty of room great amenities responsive host fabulous location

The home itself is extremely beautiful and matches the photos. However, our experience did not meet the standard we expected for the price or the expectations outlined in the host’s lengthy rental agreement. Upon arrival, we found several maintenance issues and missing amenities that had not been addressed. There were no paper towels or coffee provided, and a required pass that was advertised in the listing was not available. We also noticed multiple maintenance concerns, including broken trim on the refrigerator, loose canvas wall décor, a detached fire alarm, unsecured bathroom towel hooks, and a doorknob that was falling off. While the property has great potential and is visually impressive, the overall condition and lack of attention to these details detracted from our stay. We believe guests should be able to expect the same level of care and accountability from the host that is expected of them.

We have rented houses in this neighborhood for several years and this was our first time choosing this home. It definitely looks better online in the pictures that it doesn’t person. I will say the hot tub heated up very quickly and was clean which we appreciated. There’s also someone there working on it while we were there and no one told us that he would be coming. The front door keypad battery was probably dying and so most days we would be locked out when we were trying to get back in, which is a problem. And it happened one night at 10 o’clock at night and we’re trying to come home after dinner and put our kids to bed and we had called the owner of property manager several times with no answer

Beautiful home situated in a great location. The surroundings are beautiful and getting to the Park City ski resort was a breeze. Would love to come stay here again!

This was a great home to stay in for a group of 12. The location was great, it was very clean, and the host was extremely responsive especially when there were issues getting into the home with the code that was provided and no WiFi when we checked in. All problems were solved quickly and in my best interest. I would recommend this home to anyone.

Best place to stay in park city

Had a lovely stay with family for a ski/snowboard trip to park city. Hot tub was a big hit! House was overall great, just a few minor issues with getting inside using the code provided. Denise was very responsive.

Overall, we were very happy with the place and will definitely book it again the next time we go to Park City.

This is a nice getaway for larger groups. A 3 story town home just off the freeway on the way to Kamas. Easy access to Park City. 1 left out of the neighborhood and a straight shot just a few minutes away. \nThe amenities throughout the house were great, the kitchen was well appointed. The hot tub was clean and the basement floor has a little game room closet. I would recommend to anyone

My family loves this place! There was plenty of things to do as a family, board games, family walks, plenty of room for the whole family not crammed! Host was quick to respond and concerned. We loved the peaceful location, we loved the walk along the Jordanelle view. The house was modern and beautiful, a big plus was the cleanliness. We will definitely stay again.

They house was amazing 11 out of 10 for me all my family fell in love with the house the neighborhood and all the scenery will definitely come back again, oh the Denise is the best host u can ask for

The stay in Hidout was great for our quick weekend getaway. The house had everything we needed to make us feel at home. The location was perfectly located between Heber and Park City. Denise was a great host and responded in less than 15 minutes to any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this stay for anyone wanting to get out of the city for some fresh mountain air.

Beautiful place to stay for a girl’s weekend away! Loved all the bunk beds and sleeping options. Perfect location for accessing Park City and Midway. Very clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed the hot tub. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great family vacation. The house was beautiful and the host was very responsive if we needed anything. When we had a slight maintenance issue it was handled immediately and resolved just as quickly. We loved the paddle board and pass to the nearby lake. Would definitely recommend
