This property does not allow pets of any kind.

Parking is available for a maximum of two vehicles. Guests must use the one assigned parking space provided for the rental. If bringing a second vehicle, including a golf cart, one vehicle must be parked in the back lot behind the pool, accessible from 55th Street just past the white fence. Day visitors must leave a note on their dashboard identifying the unit they are visiting. Please plan accordingly and follow all Sun Plaza West HOA parking rules.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.

“Jessica was a pleasure ! This was a perfect spot! The condo was very clean and quiet, the kitchen had everything you could need, plenty of pillows and towels, the washer and dryer was in the condo making laundry easy. Very short walk to the beach, the beach chairs, umbrella and wagon were nice to have. The pool was heated and had plenty of lounge chairs. Very close to many restaurants. Overall one of the best spots ive stayed on the island.”

Just as described, clean and very well stocked. We had a few times that we had to call maintenance (broken towel holder, screen door closure).
