Incredible spot in East Nashville! The large common area was great for our group and the roof decks were perfect as well. The location was amazing and we walked to a lot of great spots nearby!

East Nashville Group Hub Great gathering place for our group of 15; everybody had a bed to sleep in! The rooftop was PERFECT for getting together at the end of a long night. I really wish there was an easy way to get from one rooftop to another if you're renting both places without traversing down the stairs, but we figured it out! Each bathroom and bedroom was immaculate; they had all the amenities we could need. Comfortable beds, great water pressure in the showers, plenty of space for couples, friends, family, etc. Laundry facilities in both spaces was a surprise. The kitchens were huge and had everything you needed for family-style breakfast & dinner. I love the little touches left by the hosts to show they appreciate you being there, including the way the towels and toiletries were made available and the gift baskets. Felt like you were walking into a VIP service hotel :). Any issues we had were addressed right away or we were coached through it. My only gripe is the small garages; we had a hard time parking a Durango and Wagoneer, but were able to squeeze 1 car in each garage diagonally :) Also, the proximity to downtown (not by walking, but by Lyft/Uber) was great - a 5-8 ride away, and cute coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance as well (FIve Points area).

Our group was very satisfied and happy with our stay. They were very responsive when I reached out and were happy to help. Check in and checkout were very simple and had very clear instructions for what to do. Overall very thankful and grateful for our stay here!

We were in town with a large group for an academic competition. We stayed in side-by-side town homes that were perfect for our trip. Awesome spaces and convenient location to get downtown. Thanks for a great stay.

This was the greatest find for our large group, close to downtown but far enough away to experience the East vibe! The door code/garage code was a bit tricky but we were able to manage. The garages do NOT fit large SUVs (Tahoe) or our 2 F-250 trucks so we had to park outside, but all in all it worked great because we were renting both sides. The beds were super comfortable and everyone having their own private spaces was super helpful! The rooftop deck was accommodating to our group and very fun with the firepit and chairs. We loved the decor and really got the Nashville vibe. An uber to Broadway maybe cost us $5. The neighborhood was nice and had some cool bars/restaurants that we took advantage of. We will definitely stay again when we return! Made my 40th trip a huge success, even if the stairs wore on my knees a little !

Excellent communication with friendly, fast and helpful service. The units were modern, clean and nicely decorated. We had plenty of towels and other amenities. We were within walking distance to coffee shops and breweries, and a quick and inexpensive car share ride to Broadway. Highly recommend!
