Perfect weekend stay!! Property is exactly as described and a short uber ride to downtown! Accommodations were perfect for our group of 8!

923 Ramsey st. was a fantastic experience for my 7 friends and I. We came to Nashville from all corners of this country (NY/LA/Austin) for my bachelor/birthday party. It was my Bach-irthday party. We were all in a band years ago and took this opportunity to get back into the recording studio and record a new track! I was thrilled to see this Air BnB had an acoustic guitar so we could do a mini rehearsal after we all arrived. Unfortunately, the Low E and Low A strings were broken when we arrived.. Not the end of the world as it gave me and my brother a chance to set out and walk to a nearby music store to grab some fresh strings. We walked to Fanny’s and it was really cool spot, vibey as hell! Unique inventory. So we got some new strings and came back to the place and restrung the guitar and we were off! Sounded great for what we needed it for..

Would love to come stay here again with friends. Positive: This property was amazing. Very new and very nicely decorated. The rooftop patio was great. The complimentary wine and coffee were perfect. Negative: We had to leave early and wanted to stay longer.

Stayed here with my family + partner (6 people) for a football game and it exceeded our expectations! Having the garage spot was excellent and made unpacking from a road trip nice and easy. We were welcomed with some goodies on the kitchen island too—what a delight! \n\nThe home was large, tastefully decorated, clean and modern. It felt like we all had our own space, especially when half of us were working remote. The neighborhood was quiet and walkable for immediate needs—Walgreens for some items we forgot, Noble's East for dinner and drinks, and Haraz coffee shop for a cozy working location. The rooftop looked neat and would have been an awesome hangout spot if it were warmer. My only request would be tissues—otherwise, I would absolutely stay here again with a group!

We had a great stay with our four children and a couple of their spouses. My youngest turned 21 and the rest of the family thought Nashville would be a great “adult” getaway… and it was. The house was great and easily accommodated the 8 of us. It offered easy 10 Lyft rides to Broadway. Also East Nashville has its own charm and hidden treasures. Would definitely book again.

My daughter and I loved staying here. It was roomy, comfortable and had all we needed for a great stay here in Nashville. Had a lot of places to eat around, close to downtown and walking distance to "The Basement East" where we got to enjoy one of my daughters favorite artists perform. Thank you for a unforgettable experience 😊

We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb. The hospitality was truly exceptional—the host was proactive, communicative, and checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed, which made us feel genuinely taken care of. The home itself felt luxurious, with beautiful finishes and thoughtful details that made it feel special from the moment we walked in. The location was also perfect—you’re right in the middle of the action when you want it, but just a block away you can enjoy peace and quiet, which gave us the best of both worlds. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, upscale stay with an outstanding host.

Great 4 story townhome with a rooftop deck. Close to all things downtown. Had a blast. Would 100% stay here again. Yukon didn’t fit in the garage but street parking was safe and available right in front of the unit.

Very clean and new feeling to unit. roof top was awesome, great view of sunset and peaceful. unit was close to down town (5min), but far enough to be way from the crowds, etc. great stay.

I have stayed in so many airbnbs…and this complex is one of my favorites for sure…so lovely, so comfy, everything you need…so many beds and bathrooms! great stuff…and you are in the coolest part of Nashville…walkable to many great places…great job…

This Airbnb was absolutely beautiful and well-decorated. The rooms, bathrooms, and overall home were spotless and very comfortable. The property does have three flights of stairs, but the spacious rooftop more than made up for it. Unfortunately, we experienced some rain and tornado warnings during our trip, but the home was so inviting that we felt completely comfortable staying in and still enjoyed our planned activities. The Airbnb was equipped with everything we needed, except for scissors (which we had to make do without). The location was fantastic—quiet, safe, and in a great area. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and the host was quick to respond to any inquiries. We even had the chance to request an early check-in, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely come back to this Airbnb on my next trip!

Beautiful The unit was so welcoming and beautiful just as pictured! It was very easy to locate and access. The rooftop was absolutely amazing to have a cup of coffee, a mimosa and/or glass of wine.If I had to point out one negative…my mid-size suv would not fit in the garage and I’m not even sure two small vehicles would fit. BUT the beauty and welcoming atmosphere of the unit overrides the garage issue as there is plenty of street parking.
