Nice place to stay, the main floor was great for all of us to be comfortable for seatings and meals. We had a wonderful family get together to celebrate a family member’s milestone birthday! Clean, comfortable and responsive hosts. Would stay here again and our family from various states all loved it. Family and friends also would recommend staying here.

Enjoyed this place very much with family. Enough room for everyone and all had their own bathroom. Will keep on our list for future stays.

This space worked for my family of 6. Kitchen tools allowed us to make dinners and breakfasts. A great breakfast, coffee spot only a 5 minute walk away. We had an issue with the garbage disposal and someone was over quickly to resolve, the host responded quickly. Location felt safe and was a short drive to Lower Broadway. On street parking. We used the rooftop space to play a card game. Ping ping was a hit with the family. Thank you

ME AND MY FAMILY ENJOYED STAYING HERE. THE ONLY ISSUE WAS THE TV WOULDNT CONNECT TO THE WIFI IN THE MASTER BEDROOM.

First, the listing is an accurate description of the place and photos are accurate. It is a newer townhome that is only ~10min from downtown. It is on the cusp of the rougher part of east Nashville but we had no issues. There is, in fact, a train track next door that is pretty active. It did not impact our sleep quality. Our issue was simply that the place was not clean (at all) when we arrived. I looked for a phone number to call but realized the only contact info I had was the ability to email through the Airbnb app. After driving for 10 hours and walking in with my family to a completely unclean townhouse was not ideal. While the initial experience was unfortunate, I will give them credit that once things got escalated, they did respond quickly and had someone show up that evening around 9pm who cleaned until midnight. She worked very hard and it was appreciated

We had an amazing time during our stay in Nashville. It feels like a second home to us, and we visit a few times every year. The team at Hallson Co., especially Brandon, Jey, and Naomi, deserves 5 stars! We highly recommend staying there. One small suggestion, though - for those of us who run hot, having a fan would be really helpful. The air conditioning and ceiling fans just weren't enough to keep us comfortable. In our own home, the temperature is usually set to 67 with three fans running, so we're used to a cooler environment. I'm going through menopause, and everyone else in my family also tends to feel hot easily. Despite this, we would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Loved our stay here! Would say that if you are planning a trip here make sure that your family can handle stairs, other than that everything was perfect!

If you are looking for an Airbnb in Nashville that's mins away (less than 5) from downtown and have restaurants within walking distance, look no further than Brandon's place at Hallson Co. The home far exceeded our expectations and can easily accomodate a family of four. The communication from the time of booking until we checked out was exceptional. The home was in pristine condition and had every amenity you can think of including a rooftop with a gas grill, Pelaton bike, weights, and Sonos speaker. The area felt safe and was very quiet over the weekend. I've stayed in several Airbnbs, and Brandon's place is at the top of my overall list. This will be our go-to rental whenever we visit Nashville. No need for us to look elsewhere. The overall experience was A+++. Thanks Brandon for sharing your home with us!

Spring break The property was easy access to downtown, The Opry, parks, and golf courses. Fun brewery and restaurant/bar within walking distance. The property itself was well furnished and allowed for several family members to be very comfortable. We loved the property. I had a question before check in and during check in- the host was very quick to reply. Highly recommend!

The overall experience was TOP NOTCH!! The home was beautiful, clean, and well kept. Communication with the host was quick and extremely helpful. No complaints from my whole family. You will not regret staying here during your Nashville vacation.

This was a family trip, our first time in Nashville. We spent almost a week at Brandon's place. The unit was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. The location was very convenient and easy to get there. Brandon's team was super accessible, responded to everything we needed immediately and was very kind.

Perfect place for our 7 person group. Everyone had their own room/bath. Very well appointed and comfortable accommodations. Rooftop deck was a special treat. Lots of stairs so be prepared for the multi floor living. Well equipped Kitchen which had 2 coffee makers. Plus sugar/ creamer. Location was great. Easy access to Broadway. Couple of local spots nearby. We went to Skinny Dennis (which we discovered on our morning walk) to hear some great music.

Really nice Airbnb! Stocked and ready for our group. Within driving distance to numerous hotspots within Nashville. We enjoyed our stay!

if you're looking for a beautiful place to stay close enough to uber but far from the chaos, this is it! awesome time with all of my childhood friends. We felt right at home.

We had a great time at this property. For a group of 4-8 people, this place is great. Conveniently located between downtown Nashville and Opryland. Walkable to a great local coffee shop and a few restaurants. Super clean home. Very responsive and communicative host. Two thumbs up!!

Great space! Fully equipped kitchen was helpful to cook some meals. Enough bathrooms for all. It was a great. Recommend for any groups! If you have someone that has trouble with stairs, this might not be your place.

Our group of ten had such a great stay -- the space really fit everyone comfortably. Some nice local walkable restaurants/coffee and very close to downtown.

Brandon’s place is amazing. Has all the modern amenities that you need when traveling with a big group. Each room has a smart TV with digital thermostat and comfy bed. The townhouse interior is modern and the house has just about everything(coffee pods, to extra cups and plates). The locality is also nice, it’s just 10 mins away from downtown and is quieter, but has nice restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Definitely recommend this place.

This was an excellent stay for us. There were 8 of us, and Brandon‘s place was a great choice. As described, it was spacious and very comfortable. Brandon was very flexible in letting us arrive a couple of hours early and was responsive on a thermostat issue which was quickly resolved. I would highly recommend this for anyone traveling to Nashville.

My husband and I went to visit our son who is stationed at Fort Campbell, KY and decided to stay in Nashville. The home we rented was perfect and offered everything we needed and more. The home was clean and well decorated. All of the bedrooms had a basket with towels, wash cloths and a make-up wash cloth (every rental needs these). The hosts were responsive to any messages we sent to them. There was a wonderful ‘welcome’ gift basket greeting us in the kitchen when we arrived. We enjoyed the workout space and the shuffleboard game, as well. We will definitely rent from Hallson Hospitality again.

We had a great time staying there! The size of the house was perfect. While we were at a BMX event during the day, my husband stayed in the home during to BBQ for us so we would have great food coming home from a long day of racing. The one thing we loved, we didn't have to purchase any pots, pans, utensils, etc. The house had everything! It was also super nice that we had a welcome basket as well -- such a great surprise. One thing we learned, Publix is just right around the corner which made grocery shopping super easy. When the weekend came along, we had NO idea that there were several parties/get togethers either next door or in the area. We were SUPER shocked that we couldn't hear anyone, which was great because we had to get sleep fairly early each night. We simply loved the whole trip! Thanks again!!!!!!!

The place is beautiful and perfect for singles or couples. 3 of the bedrooms are well appointed and very comfortable. The lower level bedroom with the bunk double needs a more a comfortable mattress. Also beware of a freight train that runs all night. If you are a light sleeper this is not the place for you. This location is not walkable to downtown or any part of the city. The host was very responsive and helpful. The place was very clean.

The space with each bedroom having a full bathroom, was great! And the open kitchen with the huge island was great for our group of 8. The only downside to this condo was that we did do some cooking there, trying to save some money by not going out to eat. The kitchen sink garbage disposal did not work, so it backed up and was pretty gross in the sink. We notified them the day before we left, and they asked if it was o.k. to not fix it until we were gone. We agreed, because I just didn't want to be pushy. It got pretty gross and had food/water just sitting in it. But that was our only negative. The uber to downtown/broadway was not very long or expensive. I would stay here again, but would definitely check the garbage disposal as soon as I got there!

This townhouse was awesome. It was incredibly clean and well decorated. We were travelling for work so each person having their own bathroom was really convenient. We loved the addition of the peloton and weights that kept us moving and there was a great brewery and coffee shop close by. Will stay again when we can!

I stayed at Brandon's with a group of colleagues for a week while attending a conference at Music City Center. It worked out great as everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom as well as large common spaces. The condo was as pictured- extremely clean and equipped with everything that we needed. Beds were incredibly comfortable, especially after a long day at a convention. The location was great- a quick drive to Broadway/Downtown. Restaurants and grocery stores were a short distance away. Would highly recommend a stay at The Traveller. I would highly recommend

We stayed here for a bach trip and absolutely loved it! The house was beautiful, well-decorated, and very spacious—perfect for a group. There were plenty of fun activities to enjoy, and everything was clean and comfortable. Hallson Hospitality Co was incredibly accommodating, allowing us early access to drop off our luggage and responding quickly to any questions we had throughout the stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend!

We had a girls weekend here. It was perfect.

We stayed here as a group of four girlfriends. The space was perfect for us. It was great to have our own rooms and bathrooms but also a very comfortable common space to hang out. We loved the location, especially that there were a couple of bars and a coffee shop that were walkable. It was easy and affordable to get Ubers to other areas. It’s not quiet - the house is across from railroad tracks and both nights we heard people outside partying. But you don’t come to East Nashville to relax :). Brandon and his team were super responsive and helpful. Overall, a great stay!

A very nice place. I was worried about beat up place due to bachelorette parties but it was nice. Maybe some updated painting and a sectional in LR. Not much place to sit. But thank you for your prompt attention. We will be back.

Had a great time. They had everything you needed to cook and the games were a plus. There is a train track very close and you can hear the train horn, just fyi for any light sleepers. Also, if you’re a hot sleeper a fan would be a plus. The living area stays super cool but the 3rd level gets rather warm.

Nice big space. Great location for accessing all of East Nashville. Would highly recommend staying here. It is noisy with the train close by but once you are asleep it doesn’t bother you too much; just something to note if you are a really light sleeper.

This was a great house, very clean and had everything we needed. Used their “fill my fridge” option and that was very convenient as well. Sammy was wonderful, very sweet to talk to and very helpful. Would not hesitate to stay here again on our next trip!

House is beautiful with lots of space and bathrooms are attached to 3/4 of the bedrooms. The location isn’t the best but a short uber ride away from everything.

We had a wonderful stay. The property is very nice and clean. The train is very close and loud but tolerable. The area is ok but wish there was more within walking distance. All in all is was great and we would rent this property again.

The key feature of this property is the amount of bedrooms/bathrooms—there was plenty space to spread out and have privacy. The kitchen was well stocked with china/pots/pans/coffee makers, etc. The location isn’t far from Broadway, grocery stores, and major coffee shops, which was convenient. However, there is an active train that can be heard multiple times a day & night, which seemed to bother some guests. Also, the surrounding neighborhood offers limited options for entertainment & food. Overall, it’s a good/spacious place to stay—we never encountered the neighbors, and the house/furniture/linens were fresh and clean.

This places is great- just as described and listed. Lots of space to spread out and a clean and modern look. We loved the walkable brewery and coffee shop and easy drive to lots of other spots. Got an immediate response to our one inquiry. Would recommend! (Only things I would note is that sound carries through the unit so that and the nearby train and horns can keep up a light sleeper.)
