Had a wonderful time very beautiful place !

Really enjoyed our stay and was able to accommodate our large party. The hosts were extremely responsive and the place was VERY clean. I also appreciated how comfortable the beds and pillows were, which is not common for airbnbs with many beds in my experience.

Upon arrival the house was breathtaking. Pictures didn’t do it any justice. The place was fairly clean besides stains in the carpet in the dining room. I will say some amenities (games, lounge chairs, cabanas) weren’t outside on the property as seen in pics but once we found where they were we were able to use them. One BIG DISCLAIMER, this property is infested with roaches. I saw one the first day we stayed and saw MANY more in the kitchen throughout our stay. Me nor none of my guests saw any upstairs or in the bedrooms (to my knowledge) and we had to end up asking the host for roach spray. Hosts were very attentive and helped to resolve the issue. Blender didn’t work so they bought a brand new one and dropped it off and more garbage bags and dish soap. Overall I’d rate this a 7/10 mainly due to there being roaches.

The property was very dirty the a/c filter is filthy pet stains on carpet worst was the roach problem. The property does have great fun items that the grandkids enjoyed and the pool was great. The homes cleansing needs addressed

Everything was great, meet or family needs. We had a couple suggestions, response was fast and well received. The only advice I would have is, watch the water temp in showers it can get hot quick.

House is in a great location and the host was very easy to communicate with. House is just as described and pictured. We would stay again!

One of the showers didn’t work Terrace was dirty Pool chair was broken, in general it needs maintenance and cleanliness to be worth it.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! Traveling with six teenagers can be a challenge, but there was more than enough space for everyone to spread out and relax comfortably. One of our favorite parts was being able to hike right from the neighborhood—it made the experience feel even more special and peaceful. The home itself was clean, inviting, and perfect for our group. We truly had a great time and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable stay!

Only issue we had was the hot tub was not working properly and wasn’t repaired till the evening before we checked out.

The features of the property were ideal for our group of 8. Pool, hot tub, ping pong, 5 bedrooms. Our host was excellent to work with- our pool cues were substandard and she got replacements delivered to us in one day!

Amazing service and stay. We stayed for the dream conference for our church and was amazing to be close to the event and have a place to come back for the kids to be able to swim and play in the wonderful back yard

It had all the amenities we needed, which made our stay easy and enjoyable. The hosts were incredibly gracious, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions. What a great house! Loved the location and the ability to walk to Lookout Mountain. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The house itself was great with everything we needed. It was clean, well-furnished and spacious with lots to do. Loved how easy it was to communicate with the hosts and they were great about responding quickly and even let us check in early. We would stay here again!

We loved the location of this home. We were able to walk to hiking at Lookout Mountain. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The kitchen was large and worked well for cooking a Thanksgiving meal.

It was a nice place

The weather was overcast with some rain. The house was spacious and equipped with the usual necessities. It fit the bedroom needs of our family. During the rainy times we kept ourselves busy with the activities and games that were provided. The location was perfect and the scenery magnificent.

Jeff and Bridget’s home is a great space for families with kids! So much to do to keep everyone busy and large enough for adequate separation for some quiet time. Everything was as advertised. Neighborhood is beautiful and wonderful to walk. We had a great weekend!

They were very responsive when there were some small broken items and had the maintenance men out within a few hours. The kids LOVED the pool and pool table. Great house and will be staying with them again at another property.

We had a great stay here. Lots of space for everyone to either hangout or go spend some quiet time away from everyone. Kitchen was stocked well. Was a good location in town for us as we covered a lot of ground while we were there. Jeff and Bridget were always responsive quickly.

Very happy with our stay, home was clean, comfortable and accommodated 11 teenagers plus 2 adults with no issues. Host was very nice, helpful and responsive to a minor pool issue and also checked in to make sure our stay was going well.

We were totally impressed with Jeff and Bridget’s home. We chose this home because it best fit our crew of 17 including 11 children. The pictures were great but seeing it in person was even better! So much to do and so much fun. We spent hours in the pool and hot tub. It was fantastic! I was the primary cook and quickly became quite at home with the fully stocked kitchen. Excellent Place This is one of the best places. We celebrated my husbands 75th Bday with family. Beds are very comfortable. The whole place is very clean. Plenty of room for several. Pool and hot tub was perfect. Place centrally located to lots of shopping and restaurants. The staff was very accommodating.We will definitely be back.

Awesome vacation spot for families looking for a friendly, quiet, and beautiful neighborhood. The house had everything our large group with children could ever imagine! The outside pool/hot tub area was perfect for everyone to enjoy the sunshine. Matched the description and had ample seating and good BBQ/eating area. The pool table along with the massive gaming setup in the garage was a kids dream, not to mention the adults. Hosts were very nice to deal with always responsive. Would highly recommend!!

We had an amazing stay! The home was in a beautiful location—clean, spacious, and filled with plenty of activities to enjoy. There were 12 of us, and everyone had their own space to relax, which made the experience even better. The only downside was not being able to use the pool since it was extremely cold, and we were a bit disappointed that heating it required an additional fee after already spending so much on the rental. That said, the hosts were incredibly communicative and helpful, and we made the most of the hot tub instead. Overall, it was a fantastic getaway!

We had a great experience at Jeff and Bridget's home. The neighborhood is spectacular and is very close to a hiking trail. Felt very connected to nature at this home. Grocery stores and shopping close by. I really appreciated everything that was provided like dishwasher pods, trash bags, shampoo, body wash, detergent, paper towels, etc. We had everything we needed to get started. The home was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Pictures are accurate and exactly what you get. Backyard is so relaxing and pool and hot tub were awesome and also clean and well maintained. Communication was stellar. Overall this was an amazing experience. I recommend this property highly.

We had a great stay and absolutely loved the unique layout of the home—it was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family. The house had everything we needed and made for a relaxing getaway. The only downside was the heated pool. We paid extra for it, but it was cold when we arrived and unfortunately got colder as the week went on. We reached out to the host, who mentioned it was set to 70 degrees, which didn’t feel quite like a heated pool. While they said they would adjust the temperature, it never warmed up, and the kids were pretty disappointed since they were so excited to swim. We understand that things can go wrong sometimes, especially with pools, but it would’ve felt more fair if the heated pool charge reflected the actual experience—and if not, a reimbursement would be appropriate. That said, everything else about our stay was wonderful, and we really enjoyed the home overall!

Had a great time. Spent many hours in the hot tub and playing games in both the game room and the arcade (thought I was better at Pac Man though, ugh). Rooms were very adequete in size and kitchen had all the ammenities for a good time. Thanks again.

Our stay at Jeff and Bridget’s place was awesome. There was overall 5x of us who stayed as coworkers, based at nearby Deer Valley area. We are all really impressed with the house on arrival, with cleanliness, decoration, amenities and especially the gaming area! The house offered everything we needed and we all felt right at home. This was my second stay in this AirBnb and it did not disappoint. Was in town for work and some R&R. The house is clean, everything was as listed and the hosts were very responsive when I had a question. We were even able to enjoy the heated pool despite it being pretty chilly at night, which was a fun experience. Look forward to future visits!

Tough experience. Was not properly cleaned and no hot water. They unfortunately said things were fixed when they weren't. Not to be trusted and made the experience as the renter pretty difficult. I'd never stay here. Old rugs, dirty, and stains all over. No hot water.

I loved this house probably one of the best houses I’ve stayed in. It was very spacious and very clean. Looks even better in person.

Great home for a swim meet weekend! The house is impeccably clean and our kiddo with multiple allergies including dogs, was able to be comfortable. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The kitchen was stocked with all the things including a crock pot. The beds and pillows are very comfortable plus there are fans and a luggage rack in every room. The blackout curtains in the bedrooms were a great touch to keep the AZ sun out. The house is an awesome house for families with kids. Our kids loved the pool table, the arcade games, the ping pong table and the basket ball games. All the things to do inside the house PLUS a pool and a hot tub outside! The pool and the hot tub was clean and our swimmer kids loved getting to relax in the hot tub after racing. One thing to note is that there is a separate AC mini split in the garage/game room to keep the area cooled off which is a great touch considering summers in AZ are warm. Hosts were easy to communicate with. Highly Recommend!

We had a great time! Positive: Many things to do in the house. Plenty of room for a large family. Negative: Needed a good cleaning or refresher before we got there. Dead crickets throughout the house.

Amazing Retreat Close girlfriends were coming into Phoenix to attend a retreat. This home was the PERFECT place for a peaceful, enjoyable retreat. This home is beautiful and it is packed with every imaginable amenity. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived. There wasn’t a single thing we needed that wasn't provided. The pool toys were even blown up and ready to enjoy. Who does that? 💕

Hi, we actually were doing a company retreat and used the house for a combination of both housing (5 of us) and for meetings with a larger group during the day. We had plenty of space and enough room for each of us to break off and have privacy. And the game room and pool was lots of fun for taking a break and blowing off steam. Safeway and other shops are a mile away, which made it very convenient. Loved staying here and would definitely recommend again, thank you

Well -stocked kitchen, even had left- over containers which you rarely see in a rental. There was an abundance of towels which was needed since there was a pool and hot tub. Only one complaint, the master bedroom on the first floor was very warm due to having west facing windows, perhaps? The rest of the house was very comfortable temperature wise.

This house was better than expected! It was cool, welcoming, and exactly what we needed as a two family renter. The space is great for kids, and has so many extras that we were able to enjoy. I would rent this house again in a heart beat.

Our stay was great! First, the house looked just like the pictures. It was very clean, had fun games for the adults and kiddos, and was decorated very cool. The pool (and pool table!) and hot tub were nice to relax and it was only a few minute walk to Lookout Mountain, which was a fun way to get some exercise while taking in the AZ scenery. All in all, excellent home and would def stay here again!
