This house was so beautiful and a wonderful place to book for a group! We had so much fun using the pool, mini golf, and basketball court! The house inside was full of space and had everything we needed for a great weekend :)

Overall, the house was very large with lots of amenities, and the issues we had did not deter from a large group of about 14 of us having a great time. Our favorite place was the pool, it was clean, very clear and refreshing. With that said, the house clearly needs some maintenance and upgrading. Bathrooms had hard water stains as well as mold. One of the bedrooms had fire ants that bit some of our teenagers at night, the outdoor patio stairs that take you to the pool are in desperate need of replacement as the weight of your step exposes nails and screws. Several people clipped their feet on them . In addition, the railing going down to the basketball court was wobbly and there’s the need for an extra step to get down there as it’s quite the jump. Most disappointing was the slope of the yard, making some backyard amenities useless. I do hope the owners or company that manages this place makes those upgrades as I’ve seen many reviews stating all of the same issues.

pool was green and very dirty, pics sent, multiple unanswerd requests for update, only status we got was from pool tech stating pool was "hammered from overuse" and "im putting so much of this in that i wouldnt use the pool for 24 hours. there were pics and well get right back to you's which they never did. They did wait till we checked out and then offered me a 175 refund if i didnt share this or negatively rate them. 5 kids, 12 to 5........pool and pics were selling point......useless.

this review really has 2 parts. the house itself and the hosts. the house is nicely designed and outfitted with what you need for a great getaway. when we came we found that the house was overdue on maintenance to keep it feeling fresh. it felt a bit neglected. that said, it's highly reasonable to think that by the time this review is posted the house will have received the needed attention. my confidence comes from the rest of our experience, which was stellar. the hosts were responsive and very accommodating, even relocating us to another property they own for the remainder of our stay. that house was very well maintained and also a beautifully designed space. we highly recommend these hosts and also encourage you to check out all their properties on Airbnb. to the team, thank you for caring about our experience and going above and beyond to make this a pleasant memory for our family!

We hosted our multi-generational family reunion here with a group of 19 people—10 adults, 7 kids, and 2 infants—and the home handled our crowd beautifully! The massive kitchen island quickly became our central gathering hub, where we spent hours hanging out and working on family puzzles together. ​The home’s central location made navigating San Antonio activities with a large group incredibly easy. We were just a short drive from everything on our itinerary: from golfing at SilverHorn Golf Club (where we loved watching the deer walk right across the greens) to a fantastic day with the kids at The DoSeum, and a wonderful daytime trip to the downtown River Walk. ​We are already planning on heading back to this exact property for our future family reunions. Having a spacious, reliable base camp that kept us close to all the action made our trip an unforgettable success. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this home while celebrating my son’s birthday. The house looked exactly like the photos, which was very reassuring. The layout worked perfectly for our group of seven, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and spend time together. The backyard and pool were a huge hit and enjoyed by everyone throughout our stay. The kitchen had most of what we needed to prepare meals and drinks, making our stay even more convenient. We also loved the quiet, charming neighborhood, which made us feel right at home. Overall, everyone had a great time and made wonderful memories here. We would definitely consider staying again and would happily recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay.

I believe at one point this home was likely a very great spot to get away. Unfortunately it has not been maintained and is need of many repairs. The most concerning issue was the rotten deck boards leading to the pool. It is absolutely unsafe. The entire area sinks when you walk on it and there are large pieces missing with exposed screws. You have to walk over this to get from the living room out to the pool. It was a constant hazard we had to watch out for with the kids. I see where in December of 2025 a reviewer also mentioned this issue and the host responded they would address it. It has since been over 6 months so it’s clearly not something they are worried about. The house has extremely hard water and it shows in the dishes, kitchen appliances and bathrooms. Cockroaches were prevalent inside and on the porch. I will commend the photographer because the photos vs reality is the biggest glow up I have ever seen on AirBNB. This house has potential, but we would not stay ever again.

Absolutely great place to spend quality time with family as we celebrated our son’s law school graduation. We loved being able to stay together all weekend without feeling rushed in and out of restaurants or separate spaces. The amenities were extensive, well-stocked, and thoughtfully provided. The hosts were incredibly responsive, friendly, and solution-focused whenever we had a question or needed assistance. We would absolutely rent with this host again.

Just wanted to say this place was amazing and I would always book again if I vist San Antonio again the place had everything we needed and was very local to lots of activities and etc.

After traveling in a car for 17+ hours, I appreciate how flexible the host was about the check-in time. The house was very kid friendly.

We opted for a road trip from Houston to San Antonio with our grandchildren for Spring break. I am thoroughly impressed; the residence was exceptional, accommodating our large family of 18 comfortably with additional space. The amenities were delightful, and the basketball court was a notable highlight given the boys' enthusiasm for sports. This experience ranks among the top Airbnb rentals, particularly suitable for families with children, and our host demonstrated exemplary attentiveness. Great place and everyone enjoyed the pool.

The host was very communicative and responsive. They let us know that the pool on our originally chosen property would not be ready in time and offered a very comparable location. We were inadvertently not sent the updated address, but they were immediately available by phone and able to give us the updated address. We had a great time at the property. It was very clean and maintained. The kids loved the pool, video games and pool table!

Hannah, Kyle, and Nicole were fantastic hosts! They were very responsive and ultra-accommodating in any additional requests my party had. The property matched the pictures and the home was very clean and spacious. Our 4 children (ranging from 10-15 years old) really enjoyed the double full-sized bunk beds and rooming with each other. The neighborhood is walkable and very quiet; it is also closely located to a major grocery store (3 minutes) and shopping district (7minutes). If you are looking for an AirBnB in a great location, with ample useable space, entertaining amenities, and great hosts- book this home with confidence!

This place did what it was supposed to do. However, there was still a lot to be desired. The entire backyard is at an incredible slope that makes the putting green and basketball court almost useless. The basketball rim was broken, which if I was not handy, would have stopped us from playing altogether. The hot tub was not filled for the first two days of our stay and finally was filled and able to be used on the last day. The master shower floor and walls needed to be scrubbed since there was a lot of soap scum. The patio floor entrance had a big hole where the screws were protruding out, and it looked like some of the wood had rotted through. Overall, the idea is a good one for this spot, but the execution was not near expectation. It seems that this is owned by a company rather than actual individuals who take pride in their work. The communication was very quick but for the amount that we paid, it would have been nice to not have to communicate as much because of issues.

The home was very nice and tidy, only issues were the pool not being prepared and heated like we asked. However it was fixed after a couple days of not being able to use it. The home was clean other than some things left behind by past tenants. Pool had junk in the bottom of it and some trash left around the yard. The host did a good job getting back to us for issues and the home was perfect for our planned weekend and the amount of people. The beds were some of the best beds I ever had on a trip. To include the bunk beds. They were very nice.

Our stay was great! The place looked just like the pictures. There are trees around the property, so naturally a few leaves would fall onto the ground and into the pool at times, but it wasn’t anything unmanageable, we just used the pool vacuum and net to clean it up. Hannah was very responsive and attentive to my needs and questions throughout our stay. The blender that was there initially didn’t work, and she went above and beyond by having a brand-new one delivered right away. That kind of hospitality really stood out! Overall, everything was comfortable and as expected. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come again.

great house with a ton of amenities and location is great

This is not a property that our family would ever stay at again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. When we arrived, we noticed so many dirty things/areas around the house. The silverware and dishwasher were disgusting. I sent the pic to the owner. We had to go to the store and buy plastic ware. The shower had black, slimy grime on the floor. The baseboards restroom had orange material on there.The backyard lights would not work so we were not really able to enjoy that area once the sun set. We kept going back and forth with the owner but there was never any resolution. I just kept getting a message that they’d share the information with someone. The pool table was missing a ball and one of the arcade machines was missing a controller. The second restroom sink blasted water out at you and was not usable unless you wanted to soak the counter. The kitchen faucet was broken and would also splash water in your face. The house is on a slope in the pics but it’s a significant. The golf ball on the puttputt kept rolling because of that and we weren’t able to play. The loungers were uncomfortable because of the hill.The picture of the bunkbeds is deceptive. The bottom bunks are really low and somAfter sharing some issues, it was just too much to keep reaching out to the owner so we just dealt with it. Positives: It is very close to everything. The owners did seem nice (still ineffective) and they let us drop off our luggage early. The pool was nice for our group.

Very minor hiccups - we couldn’t get the gate to close and there were a few things broken. However, the responsiveness of the host and their willingness to help was unmatched to any experience I’ve had before. They were great, the property was beautiful, and we very much enjoyed our time at the home!

Overall our experience was nice! The pool was a great for the kids and the outside basketball court and mini golf course added to the fun! Lots of stairs if you are traveling with older family, no ramps.

very well stocked home from paper towels, trash bags, a full sized dish soap for our use, plenty of bath towels, and plenty of swim towels. Amenities listed were available to our use. There were plenty of basketballs and putters for our children. Great location as well; HEB is 4 min away; the proximity to 6 flags was 10 minutes and the proximity to Downtown was 16 minutes.

Great communication When we arrived for check in the cleaners had not shown up and the house was in disarray. After communicating through the VRBO app, phone calls and texts the management company hired a new cleaning crew after hours who came and cleaned the property top to bottom. They did an amazing job.We had a few minor issues throughout the week and in each case someone showed up within the day to correct the issue.The house was perfect for our multi-generational family vacation. We will definitely stay here again!

Clean and good area!

The property was amazing. I would definitely recommend this property. The only issue I had was that the jacuzzi didn’t heat up at all. Other than that I really enjoyed this property a lot. The amount of amenities was really cool too. And Heb was right around the corner.

Hannah’s place is perfect for a large family group or a team. The layout of indoor and outdoor spaces allowed us to socialize with a big group, then relax while kids enjoyed the pool and games room. The large dining area and bar allowed us to set up breakfast and dinner buffet style for a large group. The AC, TVs, kitchen amenities, grill, and fire pit all worked well with plenty of comfortable seating for our group to watch a game or make s’mores. It really elevated our trip being able to relax at the house together or easily drive to central attractions. The kids loved time in the pool after a day of touristy stuff in town and they were way more excited about the games room than they would be about a hotel. We will definitely try to book Hannah’s place again the next time we come to San Antonio!

Great stay with great communications from the host. Perfect porch and lounge area by the pool to rest, relax, have a nice egg breakfast, or just enjoy with the water with the family. It was great.

12 of us stayed at this home for Easter Weekend. 6 adults and 6 kids. The location is great. 20 mins from Riverwalk, 10 to Fiesta Texas and 20 to SeaWorld. Kids loved the pool and the playroom. Adults loved the seating areas away from the kids. Plenty of beds, kitchen has everything and home was clean. Highly recommend.

The place is absolutely beautiful! In an amazing neighborhood, quiet, peaceful. Some things that went wrong were we accidentally locked the bottom lock on the front door and the only key was for pad lock only. Also there was no propane tank for the gas grill, patio was a little dirty but i think mostly from leaves being blown on it. Other than that our family absolutely LOVED this place! Well worth the money! Little suggestions i would make: extra key somewhere in case of accidental lock out lol, maybe a wooden cutting board, a big stock pot, and make sure propane tank is available. Other than that, this was a perfect place! We also rented another one the following day for about $50.00 more and it did not compare to Hannah's 😊

Hannah was very responsive, until check in day. We paid extra to have the pool heated for our children on this special vacation. I expressed it was very important to my young kids to be able to swim. We arrived and the heater was not turned on. She took hours to respond to each message. While they did send someone out to check on the pool heater, and we were told it was working, it never did. We were hoping to at least be able to turn on the hot tub. She kept sending us instructions that were clearly meant for a different property. There is no way to control the heater on site. We honestly thought it was a bot replying, because she wasn't addressing what we were saying, she just kept sending the same incorrect instructions to us- which was very frustrating. They did refund us for the heating fee which we appreciated, but we did pay a premium for this property because of the heated pool. We would have been able to stay elsewhere for less money had we known the pool would be of no use.

We were in town for a flag football tournament. We were only 20minutes from our fields and 15min from some of our favorite SA spots. This property was in a nice, quiet neighborhood and had amenities to please both the children and the adults. The pool & fire pit were nice and the game room was a hit with the kids! Having a basketball hoop within the fenced area was awesome, too. The beds are on the firmer side but we had plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Kitchen was clean and well stocked. Everything was clean and the water pressure was great! We will definitely be keeping this house on our list for future visits.

Our son graduated from BMT, so I was looking for a quiet place with activities on the property so that the family could relax and socialize. This property, by far, exceeded my expectations. There was plenty of space for everyone and plenty of activities inside to keep everyone occupied. I would definitely rent again. I would love to return when it is a bit warmer, though, to enjoy the outdoor activities. Thank you, Hannah for being such a great host.
