Had a great stay, location is great, pool is nice, gym was well equipped.

Stayed here for 4 nights last weekend - the property was entirely as advertised. Very modern, clean & well-kept! If it wasn't for the sweltering heat - we would have otherwise walked more frequently to Broadway and elsewhere downtown - the pool was a great amenity.

Rented the condo for our daughter's 21st birthday. Condo was clean, spacious and exactly as described. Space worked out well for our group. Walkable location to both Downtown and the Gulch neighborhood. Melissa was extremely communicative and responsive before and throughout stay. Would definitely stay there again.

We’re a family of four, with two children aged 17 and 13, and we absolutely loved our stay at Melissa's Airbnb! The place was much bigger than we expected, absolutely spotless and in a fantastic location. It was an easy 20-minute walk to downtown and Broadway, which made getting out and exploring Nashville so convenient. There was loads to do for families in Nashville, and we found plenty to keep everyone entertained. Melissa was a fantastic host — always quick, friendly and helpful whenever we had any questions. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend Melissa’s Airbnb to anyone visiting Nashville. We had a brilliant experience and would happily return!

We had a great stay! The unit was clean and comfortable, with plenty of towels and a few thoughtful provisions that were much appreciated. Melissa was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Everything was just as expected, and we would happily stay here again.

The condo is beautiful and spacious. Plenty of room for a large family with provisions for small children such as crib, changing table, and high chair. The checkin process was a bit overly complicated with multiple emails from VRBO, the owner, the door access app. Speaking of door access, the app was ok once you figure out how to navigate it, but why is it necessary to have to choose a difference name in the app for EVERY door? This made it a pain to scroll through the list upon entering to find the correct door. We had a constant issue with noise coming from the room above us. The floors are laminate and you can hear people walking which isn't ideal in a town where everyone thinks they need to wear cowboy boots. One night the room above us had to have been hosting a line dance because they were LOUD well into the morning hours. The host was very responsive in this issue but ultimately there was nothing they could do about the floors being loud. The other issue we had was the lights are controlled by remotes. The remotes received interference from other rooms and the lights would turn on randomly at night. This happened multiple times in the middle of the night in all three bedrooms. The only way to stop it was kill the main light switch which meant you couldn't use the ceiling fan. Lastly the parking was a bit of a nightmare. Everyday was a toss up to find a spot and people parked anywhere there was space, not within the lines. We drive a Sequoia and it was a squeeze!

We had an excellent stay at this condo! It was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—just a short walk from Broadway, making it easy to enjoy all the music, restaurants, and nightlife while still having a quiet place to relax.The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience seamless from check-in to check-out. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Nashville!

Had a blast at the condo!! Pool was definitely the party spot, so you have to be ready to mingle and spring break style celebrate! We were there to party with my son and friends for his 21st. So fun, we took scooters and cabs so didn't mind the location. It was next to a mission but the condo itself felt safe, nice and clean. We would stay here again. Beds were comfy. Great place to be close to the gulch and just a fun scooter ride to the strip. We took a cab late, worked out great.

Melissa’s place far exceeded our expectations. Her quick response for every question we had was greatly appreciated. Everything was incredible very spacious perfect location from downtown and other areas as well. Absolutely recommend this to anyone that would be traveling to stay here. We had an incredible four days and enjoy being in her place..

We had a great visit in Nashville! This was our first time staying at this property, and it definitely won’t be our last. The location was perfect—close to both Broadway and The Gulch, which made it so easy to explore, enjoy the restaurants, and experience everything Nashville has to offer. The convenience of being able to get around so easily really made our trip even better. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this property to others visiting Nashville.

Great Place.

Place was clean, secure, provided plenty of toiletries including towels. Location is easily accessible to prime areas around town. Would stay again.
