The place was super cute and perfect for our group of 8. Our request for a late check out was a little bit of a mess I felt, but in the end it all worked out. The beds were super comfy, and the host was pretty responsive.

Great home base for a group trip to Nashville!

This place was beautiful! We had a large group and were very happy with all of the sleeping accommodations. Sometimes a listing will say there is a bed in the living room and it’s really just a big couch or cot, but this was all exactly as described and very comfortable! We liked being close enough to Broadway that we could take a short Uber or walk, but we didn’t want to be directly in the chaos of the downtown area. So this location was perfect. I would definitely recommended this BnB if you are planning a trip to Nashville.

This apartment is very spacious and inviting. We had 6 people in here with no problems. Short Uber ride to Broadway /the Gulch which was very convenient. Check in was simple. The only negative I would say is there isn’t a lot within walking distance for food or snacks and the one liquor store that is, is insanely overpriced. So just be sure to designate a trip for supplies. Highly recommend, would stay again.

Visited Nashville for a girls weekend getaway and discovered this AirBnB on Lindsley Avenue to be just the right fit. Not only was Lili quick in responding but she helped answer questions I had regarding the Latch check in process for my friends. It was immaculate and had everything we needed. We arrived early (10am) & found check in was at 4pm. We were given the option to check in earlier but for a higher price than expected. We found the DripBar next door to be accommodating with their Bounce App to store our luggage. Nonetheless, we will definitely stay here again. It had large bedrooms and bathrooms for large groups and is a short distance if walking to Broadway. Only positive things to say.

We stayed here over NYE and had the best experience. The apartment has a huge kitchen, comfy beds, and was a great space for our group. Good location and easy walk to Broadway. Lili was responsive, friendly and beyond helpful.

Perfect place to estay with friends in Nashville! Walkable distance to Broadway and Nissan Stadium!

Lovely stay , we had a group of 7 it was very comfortable. quick ride to and from Broadway close to everything going on in the city. Felt safe , some road noise at night from the near by highway.

This place was great for a group of 5 adults, including one couple. We had enough beds and the beds were comfortable. The location was fine for us because we are a group that loves to walk but for folks that are looking to be close to downtown and do not like to walk, you may not enjoy this location. Additionally, the location is right off the freeway but I could not hear the freeway from the master. The apartment was large enough for our needs. I wish I had read more carefully that there are Pelotons in the gym because I would've brought my shoes! It does seem this building is predominantly airbnb, so you may run in to more tourists than locals.

Condo was great!! Short walk to Broadway. The condo was roomy and was very comfortable for our group of 6. The host was super communicative and the Latch lock was very easy to use. Would definitely stay again :)

We chose this location because it was affordable and walking distance from Broadway and many other things in the city. Our host was responsive and saw to any issues we had immediately. Our only complaint was the cleanliness, while the place was clean at first glance we found hairs in almost all the beds and there were some ants in multiple rooms. There were no issues that impacted our stay negatively and we had a great time and the place we stayed made our visit so much better.

Great place to stay. close to downtown. It was easy to grab a quick and cheap uber ride or we even rode scooters to and from. The unit was spacious for the 7 of us and well stocked with everything we needed. The only complaint is the noise from the freeway. This is listed in the listing, but it was louder than we expected. The white noise machines worked a bit to drown out the noise. Not a bad place for the price and the host was very responsive. I would consider staying again.

Functional rental, reasonably priced. Location walkable, but not easy walk Street Parking was not readily available on the weekend days, so we ended up using the garage and paying extra (1 spot included would have been nice perk). parking QR was a challenge, the door lock to enter garage was broken. We had to walk around the building to enter from the front (no fun, while carrying groceries) I am not a fan of digital locks, apps to open doors, but thats personal opinion. I'm not alone, as i also over heard others complaining in the lobby The trundle bed was not in a bedroom as described, which threw off sleeping arrangements, but the beds were comfy. Noise is a factor, as street bikes race up and down the street all night long, and it's literally next to the highway; this was disclosed and noise machines are in home. Decor was clean and modern . Poor h20 pressure in the showers. Lack of seating in living room for a group,but workable. All in all good rental that served our purpose

Nice airbnb and worth the price. Very clean and secure, however the surrounding area was not the best. Close to the interstate and could hear the noise, and the surrounding neighborhood was not the cleanest. Good location to be close to broadway though. Also the secondary bathrooms shower pressure was not the best. Other than that great Airbnb.

My family, friends, and I had an incredible weekend in Nashville! From the moment we walked in until we left, we felt right at home and at ease with our stay. We had no complaints whatsoever. It was an easy walk to Broadway, and short drive to the Grand Ole Opry. Great location!

We stayed for a few days over winter break, parked the car and was able to walk the 6-7 blocks to Broadway for food, fun and tunes. a great space for a family of 4 to spread out and enjoy some downtime when we weren't put exploring Nashville.

7 of us stayed here for a girls trip The place is gorgeous, super comfy beds, 1 mile from Broadway. There is a bus stop right outside the building as well. The neighborhood, however, didn’t feel very safe. The condo is next to a noisy highway, but they did leave sound machines to help at night. Great stay, thank you

Enjoyable home for our girls' weekend!!

Perfect place for our girls trip. It was close to Broadway Street for the fun and far enough away for peace at the end of each night.

We had an amazing time and there was plenty of space for the 6 of us very comfortably. Getting in and out was a breeze with the Latch app. We will definitely be using this space again next year for our annual girls trip. Very easy to work with. Street parking available. Short Uber ride to Broadway.

My husband and I had an amazing time staying at this Airbnb with 2 other couples for a long weekend in Nashville. The hosts were very responsive, helpful, and adaptable. This condo is close to downtown nightlife but far enough away from Broadway where we could decompress. Ubers from this location came within 2 minutes at any time of day and grocery deliveries were in close proximity. I would definitely recommend this stay for future guests!

This Airbnb was exactly what we were looking for. We had three couples stay here and we were all able to have our own rooms. The kitchen and bathrooms were really nice and it was obvious that the place was well-maintained. They even had sound machines in each room that provided a nice additional touch and made for a relaxing night of sleep. The location was great too. It was close enough to walk to Broadway and was just a short Lyft ride away from the Gulch. We also really enjoyed having a good coffee shop just a short walk away. From the amenities to the cleanliness to the location, everything was wonderful. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Nashville!

The layout was good for three couples with a couple spare bunk beds. It was clean, it had what we needed to cook a couple of simple meals, next time I would look for a parking spot on the street instead of paying for the parking, the road noise was noted in the description and they did have white noise machines in the bedrooms, I used ear plugs that worked well if you are a light sleeper. It is walkable to Broadway but in December I would recommend uber or lyft. Host was really responsive to all requests and extremely pleasant to deal with. All in all it was a good place to stay for the price.

Our stay for my bachelorette trip was great!! We had more than enough space for my group of 8 to sleep and get ready for our Nashville adventures! My only complaint would be that there are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms, so if you like it cool when you sleep that is something to keep in mind!

Nice unit with well appointed decor Very nice condo with beautiful rooftop area. Everything we needed was. Furniture and decor were very nice and in good shape. Bedding is very luxe and soft. All beds slept very well. There is some noise from highway but sound machines were in each room. Only cons, rooms did not cool enough, however there was a heatwave while we were there. The water pressure is too low. White walls need touch up painting. I did call management asking for fans and they responded without delay and brought those over for us. Very happy with unit and would highly recommend.

Lili was a fabulous host! The unit is in a perfect location to Broadway. You could walk or Uber for super cheap. Felt safe and very comfortable! The beds were super comfy and the space overall was a dream!!! Very luxury!!

Had a fun boys trip and had plenty of beds for 4 adults so no one had to share. A full kitchen to use and cooked a few meals. Everything was clean and tidy.

We stayed at Lili's place from a Thursday through Sunday, and had a fabulous time. We had a party of eight, all couples, and felt there was plenty of room, sleeping wise. I was told the bunk beds were even extremely comfy, spacious and cozy! The finishes and decor were all very cool and modern. It was a bit of a hike to Broadway, but, it was definitely do-able with the right shoes! Uber was quick and easy to/from airport and the Gulch. The ONLY complaint (not even really a complaint, cause we weren't there too much for it to be an issue really), is that as party of 8, there wasn't really enough seating in the living room for us all. We were able to use bar stools from the kitchen island though, so, we made due! The noise machines in each bedroom is a very nice touch, and help with the traffic noise! Working with Lilli on planning of our stay was very easy, she's very responsive and pleasant in her communications. Thanks to all of this...we would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful spot with every single thing we needed!!

This location was spacious and close enough for a walk or a quick uber or drive to everywhere we wanted to be. Great local coffee shop a quick walk away as well. Our host checked in on us and made sure we were enjoying our stay. We arrived a bit early and we were able to get all settled in. We wanted for nothing as they had so many nice amenities. We can’t wait to come back to Nashville and look forward to staying again.

This stay was very comfortable and clean. Towels and blankets were provided for all of our guests. This location was great for walking to local spots. I would stay here again!

The place was very clean and decorated very nicely! Had a problem with the door at the condo she was very responsive and problem was fixed very quickly so we could start to enjoy our weekend. Would definitely stay here again when we are in Nashville!!

Space was very clean, kitchen was well stocked with glassware, plates, pans etc. Bathrooms were well stocked with extra towels.Unfortunately, there is constant noise from the freeway. The host is aware of the noise problem and has white noise machines in each bedroom. Listing states that both street and garage parking is available. However, there is a fee for using garage parking. When we asked about garage parking, no one mentioned a fee. We were made aware of garage fees 48 hours prior to our arrival. All additional charges should be posted prior to confirmation, fees for early/late check out and parking. Otherwise it feels disingenuous. t

Spacious and clean. Quick uber to broadway- it was a long 6 blocks. The location was quite central to everything we wanted to do in Nashville. Lili and team were quick to respond to as small issue and generously allowed a late check out!

Lovely Nashville abode The overall 3-bedroom condo was fantastic. It was clean and inviting. Although near the expressway noise was at a minimum. Kitchen was huge and had all the necessities for cooking up breakfast, lunch and dinner. The master bedroom was awesome, huge king bed and a large master bath and shower. We also enjoyed a few nights on the building's roof top space which was beautiful, and you could see the Nashville skyline. We were only a 20-minute walk from Broadway and the all the music. We definitely will look at future bookings in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay! The unit was very clean and accommodating. We greatly appreciated the texts with updates To the weather in the area and other suggestions. We would highly recommend staying! It is a little farther than we wanted to walk from Broadway BUT it is doable! It truly depends how much walking you had already done.

This place was amazing! It was super clean and cozy. The beds were so comfortable. There was so much room in this condo. We had 7 people and everyone fit beyond comfortable. It’s about a 20 minute walk to Broadway, and a shorter walk to a couple other restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

This place was perfect for our trip! Lili was super helpful with a recommendation for luggage storage between our check out and our flight. Our only complaint was the ac couldn’t go lower than 71 in Nashville July heat and the water pressure wasn’t the greatest. Other than that we would totally recommend this listing and will be seeing if it’s available for our next trip to Nashville!

Our original air bnb location was damaged due to water and Lili answered me immediately after changing the booking to her place. Super helpful and an amazing rooftop to watch all the fireworks!

The condo was in a beautiful building, with a security guard. The neighborhood was safe, and the interior was perfect for our stay. We cooked a lot of meals and had everything we needed to do that. Well worth the price and a quick walk down 1st street to the heart of Nashvilles nightlife. Will stay here again.

It's a very nice place and was exactly as described. It's a mile walk to Broadway. It was a bit loud at night until we used the "ocean" setting on the sound machine. Also, know that if you want early check-in it will cost you $20 per hour. Other than that everything was great.

Short Uber ride to all of the downtown action. Beautiful condo and the rooftop access was a fun plus.

From booking to check-out, Lili was the most responsive host I’ve ever had. The apartment was a dream, so spacious and comfortable and INCREDIBLY DECORATED. We were a group of 6 people and really appreciated the way the space was set up. Everything was spotless when we arrived and the kitchen was enormous. The apartment is honestly in the perfect location, allowing us to disconnect when the night was over but still keeping us relatively close to all of the must-visit areas in Nashville. We will absolutely be staying at the SoBro Suite again. 100000% recommended.

The apartment was a posted on Airbnb minus the twin bed in one of the bedrooms. Place was modern, clean and building felt secure. The biggest downfall was that the apartment building backs up to a VERY BUSY highway and traffic noise made it very difficult to sleep even with ear plugs. If your accustom to living down town in a large city, the noise and sirens it might not bother you. Although it states only 6 blocks from Broadway, I did not feel safe walking so we ended up taking Ubers everywhere.

Super responsive host, great location, clean place to stay, had everything we needed!

We were underwhelmed in comparison to other Airbnb's we've rented. Not a lot of basics like a washer and dryer and supplies like lotion and coffee (there were only two pods and there were five of us) so couldn't get through one morning. The TP holder was torn off the wall and holes showing where it was missing. Later we noticed there were ants in the master because they were our bag. There was tape on walls which looked like someone had torn art off. Location was walkable to many places and that was nice. Wifi that was in the instructions didn't work so had to contact manager to get ones that did. They were responsive.

We all had a wonderful time in Nashville. We like how it was in walking distance to Broadway yet away from the crazy crowds. Lili was very responsive to any questions we had throughout our stay. We will definitely be back! Thanks Lili!!!

Location is fairly close to downtown. The highway is close by and the noise from the road can be a little loud. Added bonus, there is a IV hydration staffed by nurses right next door!

The place was within good walking distance to downtown and the stadium. It is located close to the highway, so there is some traffic noise. It was very clean, and the layout of the unit is good. The host was very responsive. We had a very good time, and we will be back to visit again.

Beautiful condo in a great location! Due to cold temperatures, we mostly used Uber to/from Broadway, which was a very short ride, but we easily walked there our last day after having brunch at a great restaurant nearby. Very spacious & comfortable for our group of 6. Easy to get in with the Latch app. Communication was very responsive and accommodating to our requests! We would definitely stay here again!
