Perfect location, Jeff and Bridget were super responsive and we had a lovely stay. The kids loved the downstairs game rooms, that was a huge bonus! Highly recommend!

I will start off by saying that the house itself and the views are gorgeous. It was what we expected and very pretty. The not so good however eclipsed everything else. We booked this place for the games, and only half of the games worked. My kids were very disappointed. The ping pong balls were all broken, the shuffleboard was tilted to one side and it was unplayable, and one of the video games didn't work. The throw blankets were ripped and stunk but the host said she would handle. The check in was ridiculous. I was given 3-4 different codes before we could finally enter and was told that "they would have to escalate if we couldn't get in" like we're outside? At 9 pm? They finally guessed one and it worked. The thing that effected me most is that my mother in law left her wallet. We did not hear back for quite some time and she was panicking in the airport. We did finally get a hold of them and the cleaning ladies said it would be a 100 fee to find it PLUS the cost of shipping. I was absolutely floored. You're gonna charge a 78 year old lady 100 just to find it? That, paired with the musty blankets and the video games we were looking forward to and the horrid check in soured a lot of it. It's a beautiful property, I want to be super clear. But those were BIG things that were wrong and I expect flawlessness when paying this much for a place. It just seems like we were a burden on them unless we were getting automated messages asking for a 5 star rating.

It a nice house, probably a good place to stay with kids. As grown ups we were afraid to sleep in a dungeon B-)) but upstairs 2 bedrooms comfortable.

We had a great time. Everything was above and beyond. And the scenery was so relaxing

Great, communicative hosts. The house was very clean with updated amenities. The outside deck with the view of the red rocks was spectacular and the orientation of the house maximized this view while minimizing looking in on the neighboring properties. Quiet street. Overall very relaxing place to stay!

Our family of 12 had an incredible stay in Jeff and Bridget’s beautiful home!! There was ample space for all of us to sleep, eat indoors and outdoors, and we cherished the most unbelievable views of the Sedona red rocks!! Our kids LOVED the game room and we had fun watching movies all together upstairs and downstairs. We also watched the sun set and the strawberry moon rise from the upstairs patio. The property was easy to access from the main part of Uptown Sedona. Our hosts were incredibly responsive and answered questions throughout our stay. We will absolutely return to this property in the future if given the chance and hope others have the opportunity to enjoy it as well!!

I’m giving it one star because I can’t give any less; it was a terrible experience. When we arrived at 4:30 PM, the air conditioning was set to 84 degrees. We called because we couldn't adjust the temperature, and they said they would try to fix it; we left our food in the refrigerator and went out to eat, hoping they would reprogram it. When we returned, it was still the same, and the refrigerator wasn't working either; we had to go out and buy coolers and ice to store our food. We contacted them again but only received apology messages because they couldn't find anyone to come and check it out. We all had to sleep on the ground floor because it was unbearable upstairs. Seeing that the problem wasn't being resolved, we rented another house and checked out at 2 PM the next day, with the thermostat reading 86 degrees. Their response was that they could send us a mini-fridge and that a handyman would arrive around 7:30 PM—their lack of responsibility was totally unacceptable. Only one person, Carmen, was helpful and kind; I sent her photos of the messages and the thermostat screen showing 86 degrees. Naturally, I requested a refund for what I paid for that house, especially since—as I mentioned earlier—we had to spend extra to rent another house that was, honestly, 100% better.

Everything was clean and ready to go! The house has the best view of our favorite mountains! They had everything we needed

Beautiful home to host all of our friends on our ladies trip! Stunning views and perfect location. Our only issue was being locked out for a bit, which was frustrating after our long travel day. The front door lock didn’t work like the instructions said. Luckily we found an open door and elsewhere on the property and got in that way. Someone came the next morning to fix the lock.

A very cool house with a fun layout and lots to do. The views, especially compared to other places in town, are epic. Responsive hosts; very nice property.

We had such a great stay here! The home is absolutely beautiful and exactly what our family was looking for. The views are truly unmatched and honestly what makes this place a 10 out of 10. Waking up to that scenery every day was the highlight of our trip. The layout worked really well for our group with four full bedrooms. The listing mentions five bedrooms, and the fifth sleeping space is a trundle bed located in the loft area of the game room rather than a fully enclosed bedroom, but it worked for us and did the job. We did have an issue during our stay that we communicated to the hosts about, and they were very responsive and actively tried to resolve it. We appreciated their quick communication and effort. Overall, a wonderful stay and we would definitely come back!

We loved our stay at Jeff and Bridget’s place. With the views, games, hot tub, and many beautiful outdoor spaces to enjoy, it was like having our own private resort. Extremely clean and comfortable. The house is a short, pleasant walk to the shops and restaurants in Uptown Sedona, as well as a short drive from amazing hiking. The hosts are extremely responsive and helpful.

This place is definitely a gem. everything was as beautiful as described in photos and description. the property is close to so many activities that I wish our family had more time to experience. we highly recommend this property as it is also kid friendly as we have a 26 month old and an 11 month old.

It was a very beautiful stay. Would love to come back and enjoy it all over again sometime soon definitely worth the time the price and the company that we had together with us at that moment with close friends and family for any of you out there looking for a good time in SEDONA for a good Airbnb this place would be fantastic. The home is very comfortable and in a beautiful spot. The scenery from the living area and deck is amazing. Mountains all around. Good outdoor space as well with a grill and sitting area as well as a fire pit. Great location...only about a half mile into town. Only a few issues. There was no coffee or bottled water when we arrived at 3 a.m. I would recommend the owner supply, at a minimum coffee and water and maybe a few snacks. Also, the mgmt company only provided online information about the property and Sedona. It would have been nice to brochures with things to do in the area. While the house was generally clean, the dining table had food on it as well as the chairs. Wasn't a big deal but the cleaners could have done a better job. Overall, we were very comfortable in the house and just loved the surrounding area and neighborhood....very quiet.

I’ve been to Sedona a few times. I have never stayed in a place where the most incredible, photo perfect views were available from every upstairs window. The views are unforgettable!

This home was perfect for a large group to stay! The views are incredible to wake up to, the location is perfect, and it fit 9 adults very comfortably. The kitchen is really nice and well stocked as are the bathrooms. The hosts are always extremely responsive and helpful which is also amazing. Definitely recommend booking a stay here!

We had a great stay here - the house was very nice, had great views, and was in a wonderful location.

Stunning views from a gorgeous and comfortable home! The upstairs living area is super comfortable. Kitchen is gorgeous and loaded. Beds and bathrooms feel like home. Downstairs space is perfect for a slew of children! We had four kids bunking downstairs and they loved having their own space to unwind and decompress. Outdoor living area is GORGEOUS. Spacious patio and huge grounds for relaxing and watching the sun rise and set. We loved this house. Hosts were friendly and easily accessible. Restaurants and shops well within walking distance. Ten out of ten.

We had a great stay! The property had great curb appeal and was easy to find. The exterior was clean and looked exactly as described in the listing. While the space was lovely, adding some landscaping and greenery could enhance the overall atmosphere even more. Communication with the host was excellent—they were attentive and very responsive, which made our stay even smoother. The interior was stunning, featuring a beautiful, modern design while staying true to a traditional and authentically southwestern aesthetic. All the amenities we needed were provided, and everything was well-labeled, which was incredibly convenient. Highly recommend this property and would gladly stay again for our next adventure!

Jeff and Bridget were able to get us in within 30 minutes after another property fell through. They were kind, accommodating, responsive and incredibly welcoming throughout our 6 night stay. The home was clean, had great amenities, was in a fantastic location and had beautiful views! We absolutely loved every minute of our stay there! Place was great and the host were very accommodating on a very short notice. We were shut out of a hotel reservation and had to scramble for an Airbnb at the last moment.

We took a family vacation up to Sedona and the Airbnb was fantastic! The house was clean, spacious, and private! Walkable to downtown Sedona. The views were great and the hosts were quick to respond to messages. Check in and out was easy.

Our stay here was amazing! The home was gorgeous and had plenty of space. The downstairs stone hallway was truly unique and added to the charm of the home. We spent many nights laying out on the balcony viewing the incredible night skies. The home is pulled back from Uptown enough that it feels extra dark for great views of the Milky Way. The views of the red rocks from the windows make this place perfect for anyone looking to soak in the natural beauty of Sedona. I would highly recommend this place and hope to stay again in the future!

Coming to Sedona, I wanted to DO SEDONA! There’s no better way to do that than having a killer view. Hannah’s place was a dream. We absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay here. The property is GORGEOUS. The neighborhood is so peaceful. The “dungeon” in the basement is really just so cool! We all got a kick out of the very unique design. The AC worked great to cool off the bedrooms. However, the living area did tend to heat up during the day due to the gorgeous gigantic slider door, but still no complaints. We were all very happy with our stay here. The cleaning fee is a little higher than most places but it was a really clean home, and that is something I appreciate in a rental as I tend to live very clean myself. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with what I needed. Not once did I have to dip into my own supplies, which is sometimes nice. 10/10 recommend! Plus, I’m traveling with my kitty cat and she too was welcomed in the home, which is very appreciated. Thank you for hosting us!
